Stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy(SABR)is an effective technique comparable to surgery in terms of local control and efficacy in early stages of non-small cell lung cancer(NScLc)and pulmonary *** fractionation schemes have proven to be safe and effective,including the single fraction(SF)*** is an option costeffectiveness,more convenience and comfortable for the patient and flexible in terms of its management combined with systemic *** outbreak of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 pandemic has driven this not new but underutilized paradigm,recommending this option to minimize patients’visits to *** SABR already has a long experience,strong evidence and sufficient maturity to reliably evaluate outcomes in peripheral primary NScLc and there are promising outcomes in pulmonary metastases,making it a valid treatment option;although its use in central locations,synchronous and recurrencies tumors requires more prospective safety and efficacy *** SABR radiobiology study,together with the combination with systemic therapies,(targeted therapies and immunotherapy)is a direction of research in both advanced disease and early stages whose future includes SF.

本研究旨在探讨饲料加工方式对液体饲料在发酵过程中游离赖氨酸的微生物降解的影响。在生长期仔猪的基础日粮中添加游离氨基酸,试验分为两个处理:处理1将饲料制粒(83℃);处理2将饲料粉碎未加热。饲料与水混合(1:2.75,w/w),约25℃培养。在饲料与水混合的瞬间,粉料中的肠杆菌数量比颗粒饲料高,但发酵几个小时后,这两种加工饲料中细菌的数量相似。粉料中的乙酸含量比颗粒饲料高。发酵时,粉料中游离赖氨酸的降解率高于颗粒饲料。这是通过一个更有实力的FLF系统(实行回喷几天后)特别观测的。结论:数据显示,发酵时未制粒未加热的饲料中游离赖氨酸降解率高,而颗粒饲料中的游离赖氨酸在发酵时只发生了有限的降解。

Objective:To determine the incidence of preeclampsia(PE)and preterm PE in Spain and to identify the risk factors for developing the ***:This is a multicenter prospective cohort study performed at six maternity units across *** with singleton pregnancies attending their first-trimester routine visit at the hospital were offered *** and pregnancy characteristics,including mean arterial pressure,as well as ultrasound findings were *** and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to identify independent risk factors for subsequent development of ***:A total of 5868 pregnancies were recruited for this study,including 174(3.0%)cases of PE,47(0.8%)cases of preterm PE and 127(2.2%)cases of term *** maternal age was 33.9 years(interquartile range:30.1 to 36.9)and median gestational age at the routine visit was 12.7 weeks(interquartile range:12.3 to 13.0).However,293(5.0%)of the women were on aspirin treatment during pregnancy,likely reducing the true incidence of the *** expected,increasing body mass index(Pconception(P=0.013),previous personal(Pchronic hypertension(P=0.001)were identified as independent risk factors for developing subsequent PE during *** for PE by maternal factors alone leads to a detection rate of 36.8%(64/174)at 10.0%(587/5868)screen positive ***:In Spain,3.0%of singleton pregnancies are complicated by PE and 0.8%require delivery before term due to its *** of PE by risk factors alone is only able to detect about 40%of total PE at 10%screen-positive rate.

已经证实饲喂液体发酵饲料(FLF)有益于猪的胃肠道健康。然而,饲喂FLF的乳猪及育成猪的生长性能变异较大,且与饲喂非FLF或干饲料相比,饲喂FLF通常会降低猪的采食量。FLF中的微生物代谢产物(乙酸)的累积,可能伴随着饲料p H的降低,最终通过破坏适口性来降低饲料的采食量。但是,这个假设目前为止还未作深入的研究,本次试验意在探查FLF中的乙酸浓度对断奶仔猪采食量的影响。试验使用3种含有不同乙酸浓度的FLF日粮(30mM、60mM及120mM)。试验分为3组,每组20只仔猪,4周龄断奶且单独饲养,断奶后采用试验日粮饲喂6周,每周检测仔猪的采食量和体重变化。试验结果显示,高乙酸浓度的FLF略微降低饲料的pH,在不影响体增重的情况下,降低仔猪的饲料采食量。看似矛盾的结果可能由于饲喂液体饲料很难准确测定仔猪干物质采食量所导致的。总之,通常FLF中的乙酸浓度并不会显著影响仔猪的生长性能。

Endorectal Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy Are Useful for Selecting candidates for Biopsy among Patients with Persistently Elevated Prostate Specific Antigen

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of endorectal Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Magnetic Resonance Spetroscopic Imaging (MRSI) combined with total prostate-specific antigen (tPSA) and free prostate-specific antigen (fPSA) in selecting candidates for biopsy. Subjects and Methods: 246 patients with elevated tPSA (median: 7.81 ng/ml) underwent endorectal MRI and MRSI before Transrectal Ultrasound (TRUS) biopsy (10 peripheral + 2 central cores);patients with positive biopsies were treated with radical intention;those with negative biopsies were followed up and underwent MRSI before each additional biopsy if tPSA rose persistently. Mean follow-up: 27.6 months. We compared MRI, MRSI, tPSA, and fPSA with histopathology by sextant and determined the association between the Gleason score and MRI and MRSI. We determined the most accurate combination to detect prostate cancer (Pca) using receiver operating curves;we estimated the odds ratios (OR) and calculated sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative predictive values. Results: No difference in tPSA was found between patients with and without Pca (p = 0.551). In the peripheral zone, the risk of Pca increased with MRSI grade;patients with high-grade MRSI had the greatest risk of Pca over time (OR = 328.6);the model including MRI, MRSI, tPSA, and fPSA was more accurate (Area under curve: AUc = 95.7%) than MRI alone (AUc = 85.1%) or fPSA alone (AUc = 78.1%), but not than MRSI alone (94.5%). In the transitional zone, the model was less accurate (AUc = 84.4%). The association (p = 0.005) between MRSI and Gleason score was significant in both zones. conclusions: MRSI is useful in patients with elevated tPSA. High-grade MRSI lesions call for repeated biopsies. Men with negative MRSI may forgo further biopsies because a significantly high Gleason lesion is very unlikely.
