This article is a comment on the article by Jia et al,aiming at establishing a predictive model to predict the occurrence of preoperative gastric retention in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography *** share our perspectives on this predictive ***,further differentiation in predicting the severity of gastric retention could enhance clinical ***,we ponder whether this predictive model can be generalized to predictions of gastric retention before various endoscopic ***,large datasets and pro-spective clinical validation are needed to improve the prediction model.

相似度计算是基于模板匹配的高分辨距离像自动目标识别研究中的核心问题之一。该文从误差计算方法和相似度测量准则两方面对相似度计算方法的选取进行了深入的讨论,提出一种基于相对平均误差的相似度计算方法。实验结果证明,与目前普遍使用的基于绝对均方误差的模板匹配方法相比,基于相对平均误差的模板匹配方法具有更强的目标识别能力、更好的识别鲁棒性,以及在模板角域增大、模板数量明显降低的情况下,仍具备较高的识别能力,为工程上处理高识别率与低模板数量之间的矛盾问题提供了一种有效的解决方法。

背景:Ⅰ型胶原为骨组织细胞外基质的主要成分,多项研究表明其具有诱导成骨分化的能力,其在骨组织矿化过程中起着重要的作用,目前生物材料领域正致力研究替代Ⅰ型胶原的仿生材料。目的:综述Ⅰ型胶原诱导成骨的机制,在生物矿化过程中的作用及在牵张成骨过程中的实时表达。方法:检索CNKI数据库和Pub Med数据库检索1990至2017年期间关于Ⅰ型胶原诱导成骨、牵张成骨Ⅰ型胶原表达及生物矿化的文章,检索词分别为"Ⅰ型胶原(Ⅰ型胶原蛋白),骨髓间充质干细胞,成骨细胞,牵张成骨,生物矿化"和"type Ⅰ collagen,bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,osteoblast,distraction osteogenesis,mineralization",最后选择58篇文章纳入结果分析。结果与结论:(1)Ⅰ型胶原诱导骨髓间充质干细胞及成骨细胞成骨分化主要通过胶原-整合素信号通道;(2)在牵张成骨早期Ⅰ型胶原分泌较少,中后期分泌较多,成为细胞外主要基质;(3)矿化机制目前主流2种学说:Ⅰ型胶原在生物矿化中起到模板支架作用,引导钙盐沉积、矿化;无定形磷酸钙无机质渗入胶原纤维之间,由非晶体状态转为晶体状态,形成定向排列晶体结构。

Background:To investigate the effects of CD8+ memory T(Tm) cells and CD8+ effector memory T(Tem) cells on the results of allogeneic heart retransplantations performed in ***:A skin transplantation model was used to generate sensitized splenic CD8+ Tem cells for infusion into BALB/c *** week after infusion,the BALB/c mice underwent allogeneic heart transplantation in the abdominal *** A was administered via intraperitoneal injection starting one day prior to transplantation to arrest immunological rejection of the transplanted *** effects of sensitized CD8+ Tem cells on allogeneic heart graft rejection were examined by monitoring survival of the transplanted hearts,the infiltration of effector memory CD8+ T cells into myocardium,and expressions of inflammatory cytokines in blood ***:Adoptive transfer of sensitized CD8+ Tem cells prior to transplantation induced an acute rejection response which decreased the survival of transplanted *** rejection response was accompanied by an infiltration of CD8+Tem cells into the transplanted myocardial ***,infusion of sensitized CD8+ Tem cells induced markedly increased expressions of IL-2 and IFN-γ,and decreased expression of TGF-β in the transplanted hearts,as well as higher levels of IFN-γ and CXCL-9 in blood ***:The infusion of sensitized CD8+ Tem cells induced an acute graft rejection response and decreased the survival of grafted hearts by regulating the expressions of inflammatory cytokines including CXCL-9,IL-2,and INF-γ.Cyclosporin A had no therapeutic effect on the graft rejection response induced by sensitized CD8+ Tem cells.

牵张成骨(distraction osteogenesis,DO)是一种利用骨痂愈合机制产生新骨的内源性组织工程学技术,随着近年来大量对牵张成骨的基础研究和临床应用,该技术在颅颌面骨发育不足、先天性唇腭裂继发颌骨畸形、颅颌面外伤及肿瘤术后骨缺损、牙槽骨萎缩种植修复等方面展现了广阔的应用前景。通过研究信号通路转导分子机制在牵张成骨中的作用,干扰其通路中某些核心分子,从分子水平调控和干预牵张成骨过程,为提高牵张成骨效率提供新的途径,加速牵张成骨区骨生成与矿化,缩短患者疾病的治疗周期。因此有必要探讨这些通路在牵张成骨与细胞信号传导及新骨形成的相互关系与调控作用,从而进一步揭示其分子生物学机制。该文对近年来研究牵张成骨相关信号通路的国内外相关文献进行综述。

内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,Epcs)是内皮细胞的前体细胞,主要来源于骨髓,外周血中的含量只有0.01%。Epcs在机体受到损伤或某些刺激时,它可通过血液循环动员到该处,形成新的血管。它还具有很高的分化潜能,可分化为内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、成骨细胞、心肌细胞等。由于内皮祖细胞可动员到机体受损伤区域形成新的血管及它作为祖细胞具有很高的分化潜能,组织工程与再生医学常作为种子细胞来修复受损伤区域的血管或分化为其他细胞修复缺损,但内皮祖细胞来源少,分离培养较难,研究学者们发现了很多与增强内皮祖细胞生物学特性有关的因素,本文就与促进内皮祖细胞生物学特性的相关因素做一综述。
