Neddylation is necessary for activation of Cullin-RINg ligases(CRLs),which degrade various immune regulatory *** recent study showed that while depletion of neddylation E2-E3 pair ube2f-Sag in regulatory T(T_(reg))cells had no obvious phenotype,the same depletion of either ube2m or Rbx1 caused inflammation disorders with different *** these E2s or E3s compensate each other in functional regulations of T_(reg)cells is,however,previously *** this report,we generated Foxp3^(Cre);ube2m^(fl/fl);ube2f^(fl/fl)or Foxp3^(Cre);Rbx1^(fl/fl);Sag^(fl/fl)double-null mice by simultaneous deletion of both neddylation E2s or E3s in T_(reg)cells,***,ube2m&ube2f double-null mice developed much severe autoimmune phenotypes than did ube2m-null mice,indicating that ube2m markedly compensates ube2f in T_(reg)*** minor worsened autoimmune phenotypes seen at the very early stage in Rbx1&Sag double-null than Rbx1-null mice is likely due to already severe phenotypes of the later,indicating a minor compensation of Rbx1 for *** RNA profiling-based analyses revealed that up-and down-regulations of few signaling pathways in T_(reg)cells are associated with the severity of autoimmune ***,severer inflammation phenotypes seen in mice with double E3-null than with double E2-null T_(reg)cells indicate a neddylation-independent mechanism of 2 E3s,also known to serve as the RINg component of CRLs in regulation of T_(reg)cell fitness.

Pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is one of the most deadly cancers,characterized by extremely limited therapeutic options and a poor prognosis,as it is often diagnosed during late disease *** and selective treatments are urgently needed,since current therapies have limited efficacy and significant side *** proteomics analysis of extracellular vesicles,we discovered an imbalanced distribution of amino acids secreted by PDAC tumor *** findings revealed that PDAC cells preferentially excrete proteins with certain preferential amino acids,including isoleucine and histidine,via extracellular *** amino acids are associated with disease progression and can be targeted to elicit selective toxicity to PDAC tumor *** in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrated that supplementation with these specific amino acids effectively eradicated PDAC ***,we also identified XRN1 as a potential target for these amino *** high selectivity of this treatment method allows for specific targeting of tumor metabolism with very low toxicity to normal ***,we found this treatment approach is easy-to-administer and with sustained tumor-killing ***,our findings reveal that exocytosed amino acids may serve as therapeutic targets for designing treatments of intractable PDAC and potentially offer alternative treatments for other types of cancers.

In this paper,a kind of Wire Mesh Casing Treatment(WMCT)is proposed to improve the stable operating range of the *** contrast to the traditional circumferential groove,as for WMCT,a layer of wire mesh is laid on the surface of the circumferential *** studies were conducted on the low-speed axial flow compressor,including the groove width,axial location,and mesh *** optimum axial location for WMCT is related to its groove width.A higher wire mesh count results in a smaller compressor stall margin *** simulations were carried out to study the effect of WMCT on the flow structure of the *** wire mesh in the WMCT has a certain flow resistance,which restricts the flow into and out of the *** to the WMCT,the flow parameter in the tip region of the rotor is less sensitive to changes in the operating conditions of the *** WMCT causes the rotor tip blade loading to shift backward,inhibiting the formation of spill forward of the leakage flow,and thus improving the stability of the *** flow resistance on the groove surface is a new degree-of-freedom for the casing treatment designer.

In the past two decades,model averaging,as a way to solve model uncertainty,has attracted more and more *** this paper,the authors propose a jackknife model averaging(JMA) method for the quantile single-index coefficient model,which is widely used in *** model misspecification,the model averaging estimator is proved to be asymptotically optimal in terms of minimizing out-of-sample quantile *** experiments are conducted to compare the JMA method with several model selections and model averaging methods,and the results show that the proposed method has a satisfactory *** method is also applied to a real dataset.

The accuracy of the simulation of carbon and water processes largely relies on the selection of atmospheric forcing datasets when driving land surface models(LSM).Particularly in high-altitude regions,choosing appropriate atmospheric forcing datasets can effectively reduce uncertainties in the LSM ***,this study conducted four offline LSM simulations over the Tibetan Plateau(TP)using the Community Land Model version 4.5(CLM4.5)driven by four state-of-the-art atmospheric forcing *** performances of CRuNCEP(CLM4.5 model default)and three other reanalysis-based atmospheric forcing datasets(***,gSWP3 and WFDEI)in simulating the net primary productivity(NPP)and actual evapotranspiration(ET)were evaluated based on in situ and gridded reference *** with in situ observations,simulated results exhibited determination coefficients(R2)ranging from 0.58 to 0.84 and 0.59 to 0.87 for observed NPP and ET,respectively,among which gSWP3 and ITPCAS showed superior *** the plateau level,CRuNCEP-based simulations displayed the largest bias compared with the reference NPP and ***3-based simulations demonstrated the best performance when comprehensively considering both the magnitudes and change trends of TP-averaged NPP and *** simulated ET increase over the TP during 1982-2010 based on ITPCAS was significantly greater than in the other three simulations and reference ET,suggesting that ITPCAS may not be appropriate for studying long-term ET changes over the *** results suggest that gSWP3 is recommended for driving CLM4.5 in conducting long-term carbon and water processes simulations over the *** study contributes to enhancing the accuracy of LSM in water-carbon simulations over alpine regions.

As a common precursor for supercritical CO_(2)(scCO_(2))deposition techniques,solubility data of organometallic complexes in scCO_(2)is crucial for the preparation of ***,metal acetylacetonates have shown great potential for the preparation of single-atom catalytic *** this study,the solubilities of iron(Ⅲ)acetylacetonate(Fe(acac)3)and nickel(Ⅱ)acetylacetonate(Ni(acac)2)were measured at the temperature from 313.15 to 333.15 K and in the pressure range of 9.5–25.2 MPa to accumulate new solubility *** was measured using a static weight loss *** semi-empirical models proposed by Chrastil and sung et *** used to correlate the solubility data of Fe(acac)3 and Ni(acac)*** equations obtained can be used to predict the solubility of the same system in the experimental range.
