The numbers of cases and deaths due to the COVID-19 virus have increased daily all around the *** X-ray is considered very useful and less time-consuming for monitoring COVID *** doubt,X-ray is considered as a quick screening method,but due to variations in features of images which are of X-rays category with Corona confirmed cases,the domain expert is *** address this issue,we proposed to utilize deep learning *** this study,the dataset of COVID-19,lung opacity,viral pneumonia,and lastly healthy patients’images of category X-rays are utilized to evaluate the performance of the Swin transformer for predicting the COVID-19 patients *** performance of the Swin transformer is compared with the other seven deep learning models,including ResNet50,DenseNet121,InceptionV3,EfficientNetB2,VGG19,ViT,CaIT,Swim transformer provides 98%recall and 96%accuracy on corona affected images of the X-ray *** proposed approach is also compared with state-of-the-art techniques for COVID-19 diagnosis,and proposed technique is found better in terms of *** system could support clin-icians in screening patients for COVID-19,thus facilitating instantaneous treatment for better effects on the health of COVID-19 ***,this paper can contribute to saving humanity from the adverse effects of trials that the Corona virus might bring by performing an accurate diagnosis over Corona-affected patients.

＜正＞ The electrical resistivity （p）, the dielectric constant （e）, and the dielectric loss （tan 8） were accurately measured in the temperature range 60-200℃for the samples （BaTiO3-La2O3-Nb2O5） with （Nb2O5 = 0.1） wt% and La2O3 = 0.0,0.1,0.2,0.3 and 0.4). It is found that the addition of La content cause increase in resistivity and decrease the dielectric constant.

Introduction: Gallstone disease, also known as gallbladder stones or GBS, is almost always asymptomatic but can result in a number of problems, including ascending cholangitis and obstructive jaundice. The frequency of gallbladder stones among patients who were sent for abdominal ultrasound at mogadishu Somali Turkey Training and Research Hospital, mogadishu, Somalia, during the period between January 2018 and June 2022 was assessed in this study. methods: This is a record-based study that was carried out at the radiology department of mogadishu Somali Turkey Training and Research Hospital on patients who were chosen for abdominal ultrasounds during the months of January 2018 and January 2022. The study focused on cases that occurred within those periods. Reports of abdominal ultrasounds served as the source of the collected data. Results: Records from 2352 patients are included in this study. They were divided into 451 (19.1%) males and 1901 (80.8%) females. Patients with GBS were present in 76.4 percent of cases. 73.2 percent of patients had big stones larger than 5 mm, while 53.4 percent of patients had several stones. GBS 1474 (77.5%) was substantially more common in females than in males (71.6%: 323/451) (P 0.008). The presence of small stones (less than 5 mm) was also shown to be significantly different between males and females (P = 0.015). Furthermore, compared with men, females had a considerably higher frequency of big GBS (5 mm) (P 0.015). Conclusion: In this study, it was discovered that females were significantly more likely than males to have GBS. Small stones were found much more frequently in the males. When compared to men, females had a considerably higher frequency of large GBS.

The Role of Kappa and Lambda in Subclassification of B Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Sudanese Patients Using Flow Cytometry

Background: B-cell Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) is a neoplasm of lymphoblasts which are of B-cell lineage typically composed of small to medium sized blast cells, moderately condensed to dispersed chromatin with scanty cytoplasm and inconspicuous nucleoli, involving the bone marrow and/or blood. methods and materials: This is a prospective cross-sectional study in which 50 blood and/or bone marrow samples of newly diagnosed patients (B-ALL) were tested for immunophenotyping. All samples were prepared for surface and cytoplasmic markers including kappa and lambda human antibody for 10 minutes in dark place and then run by the Flow Cytometer. Results: 64% of the study populations were males and 36% were females. Cases were classified according to immunophenotype and the age into different subtypes and showed the following frequencies: Pro B-ALL (8%), early pre B-ALL (56%), common B-ALL (16%), Pre-B-ALL (14%) and mature B-ALL (only 6%). Surface immunoglobulin was positive in 10% and negative in 90% of all patients, showing 100% positivity in mature B-ALL and totally negative in other subtypes. While cytoplasmic immunoglobulin was positive in 16% and negative in 84% of all patients and was positive in 100% of Pre-B-ALL and in 50% of mature B-ALL. Surface kappa was more expressed in mature B-ALL than lambda giving a ratio of 2:1, while cytoplasmic kappa:lambda was 6:1 in Pre-B-ALL. Conclusion: Kappa and lambda have important role in B-ALL classification which necessitates their presence in immunophenotyping of B-ALL.

Design and Simulation of a Passive Vertical Suspension System for Spray Boom Structure

The most usual way of using chemical method to protect crop against weed, insects, and fungi is spraying the mixture of chemicals and water onto crop through the nozzles. Sprayers usually moved on the field by tractor, and tractor induced unwanted vibration to sprayer because of uneven soil or terrain. This oscillation leads to over-doses and under-doses of chemical sprayed on the field. For this reason, many commercial and some theoretical suspension were made to reduce undesirable vibration. Therefore, in this study a finite element based model was established to represent the dynamic behavior of spray boom structure with 8m width. The first tenth natural frequencies were obtained between 9.25 Hz to 1,182.5 Hz. Also, a passive vertical suspension was designed to remove unwanted vibration with 0.5 vibration transmissibility. Finally, the suspension system was simulated to be as certain of its efficiency. The results of simulation have good agreement to the proposed aim.

Production and Properties of Superplasticized Concrete

The objective of this research is to study the effect of grinding powdered superplasticizer, Portland cement, sand, and silica fume on the properties of fresh and hardened concrete. Lose Angeles machine was used to grind these constituents. The program was arranged to determine the effect of cycles＇ number, superplasticizer type and dosage, silica fume dosage and condition, and gravel to sand ratio on properties of concrete. Naphthalene sulphonated formaldehyde （NSF） superplasticizers in the forms of liquid and powdered were used. Silica fume may be grinded with the other constituents （grinded）, or added to concrete mixer （normal）. The water/cement （w/c） ratio varied from 0.35 to 0.55 to achieve a constant slump （50-90 mm）. Slumps, bulk density and mechanical properties of concrete were measured. Scanning electron microscope （SEm） was also used to show the differences between traditional and superplasticized concrete. The results showed that grinding the mixture enhances fresh and hardened concrete properties. It is also observed that grinding the mixture for 500 cycles is more effective than other numbers of grinding. In addition, superplasticized concrete exhibits compressive strength higher than traditional one at varied ages. moreover, using powdered superplasticizer has a remarkable effect on enhancing concrete properties rather than using it in a liquid form. A dosage of 1% by weight of cement gave the highest results of compressive strength. Silica fume has an essential role in improving concrete strength and durability since it acts as very efficient void filler and as a super pozzolana. SEm observations illustrate that grinding the mixture enhances transition zone （TZ） properties and makes it denser. On the other hand, grinded mixture can be packaged in bags and transported for use in crowded cities, and so, enhances quality control, since the only requirement to obtain superplasticized concrete is to add water and gravel. marine litter at (Al-Ghandoor area) the most northern part of the Jordanian coast of the Gulf of Aqaba, Red Sea

Composition and abundance of submerged marine litter at one selected site within a coral reef area along the Jordanian coast of the Gulf of Aqaba has been estimated. The litter was collected in a clean up voluntarily campaigns that took place in the period 19 September 2006. A total of 14613 items weighing 4112.2 kg were collected during the survey. mean litter density in the individual sampling sites varied between about 1 and 6 items/m2 with an over all mean density of 2 items/m2. The mean weight of the collected items per sampling site varied between 0.06 and 1.81 kg/m2 with an overall mean of 0.85 kg/m2. Cans accounted for 41% of the collected items, plastic was the second most popular (38%) while glass litter was the third most abundant item (17%). By comparison, other items formed only 4% of the total items collected during the campaigns. Approximately 46% of the plastic litter consisted of fragments followed by bottles bags and containers (18%). Potential sources are pointed out and recommendations and actions to deal with the problem are suggested.

Detection of the Possible Buried Archeological Targets Using the Geophysical methods of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Self Potential (SP), Kom Ombo Temple, Aswan Governorate, Egypt

Kom Ombo temple is one of temples which were belted over high plateau close to the River Nile, near to Aswan in Egypt in the Greek-Roman period. The expected archaeological remains in the selected area are the hidden tunnels of the mummified crocodiles. The aim of the present work is to detect any of these tunnels by the application of the (GPR) and (SP) methods. The interpretation of the 10 GPR profiles revealed some locations of possible hidden tunnels. These locations show different contrasts and high amplitudes of the reflected signals, compared to the enclosing soil;also the scattering of the signals is higher than the bed layer in these locations, which may reveal the possible buried mummified crocodile tunnels in the study area. The depths of the possible targets range from 2.0 m to 2.5 m. The SP electric map shows that the study area possesses a range of about 135 mV of the potential differences between the measured stations. The positive response of the SP data is mainly concentrated at the central part of the study area. The relatively weak, negative SP anomalies may be related to moisture in the soil. The positive SP anomalies on the SP electric map display possible significant correlation between them and the inferred tunnel locations from the GPR data. The calculated depths from the SP profiles show significant agreement with that estimated from GPR data depths, which indicate that the SP electric method can be used as a successful tool in detecting buried archaeological remains in support of GPR.

In this article,a total life cycle cost analysis(LCCA)was developed covering two transportation systems:trucking and railway within the Gulf Cooperation Council(GCC)*** region is a regional intergovernmental political and economic union consists of six countries(Saudi Arabia,Kuwait,the United Arab Emirates,Qatar,Bahrain,and Oman).In general and based on statistics,the GCC regional economy is expected to grow due to the increase in aggregate supply and ***,there is a need to build a solid foundation of transportation systems that can help in transforming this region into a logistics ***,different analysis was discussed in order to be able to select more reliable and appropriate mode of shipping between the *** the main cost factors that which includes the capital,operational,maintenance and depreciation *** factors such as,border delays,emissions,noise and safety factors were added to the *** results show that,shipping using trucking system can be cheaper when shipping commodities between the GCC region,but at the same time considering border delays and emission produced,railways and intermodal modal systems prove to be more ***,shipping bulk commodities favor the rail and intermodal systems due to the payload capacity besides the flexibility of finding the most efficient way to move the shipments between origin and destinations.

Objective:To study the occurrence and prevalence of dermatomycosis in special patient populations suffering from diabetes,cancer and heart ***:A total of 640 patients suffering from diabetes,280 patients suffering from cancer and 210 patients suffering from heart diseases from Cairo City were evaluated for dermatophytosis at the dermatology clinics of four different hospitals from January 2005 to December ***:The presence of diabetes looks a risk factor for tinea pedis and tinea *** cruris and tinea unguium were not common among diabetics,while tinea capitis and tinea versicolor were completely *** capitis followed by tinea pedis are the most common among cancer *** cases were recorded for tinea among 210 patients with heart diseases of which tinea capitis and tinea versicolor were recorded once while the other clinical types of tinea were estimated in 6-8 patients for each ***:The present investigation shows that diabetes remains to be a risk factor for dermatophytosis and cancer comes next due to the use of radioactive irradiation.
