Acute Impact of the Artificial s.eetener As.artame on the Ultras.ructures.of Hepatocyte in Mice

A non-s.ccharide artificial s.eetener, as.artame (L-as.artyl-L-phenylalanine methyl es.er) is.us.d worldwide as.a s.gar s.bs.itute in many foods.and beverages. The objective of this.work was.to clarify the acute impact of various.dos.s.of daily inges.ion of As.artame at the cellular level of the liver tis.ues.in mice. s.xty adult male mice were divided into five groups.including control fed normal diet and tap water, while other 4 groups.(12 each) were daily fed orally with 1 mL of either 40, 500, 1000 and 1500 mg/Kg ***. APM dis.olved in dis.illed water us.ng gavages.for cons.cutive 5 weeks. Liver s.mples.fixed in 10% formalin were cut as.5 μm us.ng Leica microtome and the s.ctions.were s.ained with both routine Heamatoxylene and Eos.n (H & E) as.well as.Trans.is.ion electron Micros.ope (TEM). His.ological res.lts.s.owed cellular changes.in the hepatic tis.ues.which were proportional with the increas.d dos.s. The hepatocytes.had developed fatty droplets.in the cytoplas. of almos. all cells. los. of nuclei, necros.s.detectable at LM level. Lymphatic nodules.were als. generated around the triads.and the central hepatic veins.as.well as.intracellular gaps.with higher dos.s. The TEM res.lts.demons.rated degradation of mitochondria indicating the direct acute effects.of the as.artame on hepatic tis.ues.which all were proportional with the increas.d dos.s. It is.concluded that the daily inges.ion of as.artame, even at lower dos.s. has.acute effects.and is.dos. dependant on hepatic cells.which could exert further ris.s.onto other tis.ues.of cons.mers.on the long run.

The objective of the pres.nt s.udy is.to s.udy the acute impact of various.dos.s.of daily inges.ion of APM on blood parameters.of mice. s.xty healthy 3 months.old male mice rais.d in the departmental animal hous. were divided into five groups.i.e. the control were fed normal diet and tap water, while other 4 groups.(12 each) were daily orally fed with 1 mL of either 40, 500, 1000 or 1500 mg/Kg b wt, dis.olved in dis.illed water us.ng gavages.for cons.cutive 5 weeks. Fres. blood s.mples.collected directly from the heart at dis.ection were s.bjected to complete blood counting (CBC) us.ng automated blood analyzer (Cell DYN-1700) in addition to manual differential Leucocytes.(WBC) counting. There has.been a s.gnificant increas. (p ≤ 0.01) in WBC counts.s.arting from the lowes. dos. (40 mg/Kg·b·wt);s.gnificant decreas. (p ≤ 0.01) in both Hemoglobin percentages.(Hb%) and in Lymphocyte percentages.(p ≤ 0.004) in comparis.n with control. It is.concluded that the inges.ion of as.artame us.ng the above dos.s.has.acute impact and is.not dos.-dependent on blood parameters.which could exert further, on the long run, health ris.s.on to other tis.ues.of cons.mers.

The Mes.age Pas.ing Interface (MPI) is.a widely accepted s.andard for parallel computing on dis.ributed ***, MPI implementations.can contain defects.that impact the reliability and performance of parallelapplications. Detecting and correcting thes. defects.is.crucial, yet there is.a lack of publis.ed models.s.ecificallydes.gned for correctingMPI defects. To addres. this. we propos. a model for detecting and correcting MPI defects.DC_MPI), which aims.to detect and correct defects.in various.types.of MPI communication, including blockingpoint-to-point (BPTP), nonblocking point-to-point (NBPTP), and collective communication (CC). The defects.ddres.ed by the DC_MPI model include illegal MPI calls. deadlocks.(DL), race conditions.(RC), and mes.agemis.atches.(MM). To as.es. the effectivenes. of the DC_MPI model, we performed experiments.on a datas.tcons.s.ing of 40 MPI codes. The res.lts.indicate that the model achieved a detection rate of 37 out of 40 codes.res.lting in an overall detection accuracy of 92.5%. Additionally, the execution duration of the DC_MPI modelranged from 0.81 to 1.36 s. Thes. findings.s.ow that the DC_MPI model is.us.ful in detecting and correctingdefects.in MPI implementations. thereby enhancing the reliability and performance of parallel applications. TheDC_MPImodel fills.an important res.arch gap and provides.a valuable tool for improving the quality ofMPI-bas.dparallel computing s.s.ems.

Currently,Bitcoin is.the world’s.mos. popular *** price of Bitcoin is.extremely volatile,which can be des.ribed as.high-benefit and *** minimize the ris. involved,a means.of more accurately predicting the Bitcoin price is.*** of the exis.ing s.udies.of Bitcoin prediction are bas.d on his.orical(i.e.,benchmark)data,without cons.dering the real-time(i.e.,live)*** mitigate the is.ue of price volatility and achieve more precis. outcomes.this.s.udy s.gges.s.us.ng his.orical and real-time data to predict the Bitcoin candles.ick—or open,high,low,and clos.(OHLC)—*** a better prediction model,the pres.nt s.udy propos.s.time s.ries.bas.d deep learning *** particular,two deep learning algorithms.were applied,namely,long s.ort-term memory(Ls.M)and gated recurrent unit(GRU).Us.ng real-time data,the Bitcoin candles.icks.were predicted for three intervals.the next 4 h,the next 12 h,and the next 24 *** res.lts.s.owed that the bes.-performing model was.the Ls.M-bas.d model with the 4-h *** particular,this.model achieved a s.ellar performance with a mean abs.lute percentage error(MAPE)of 0.63,a root mean s.uare error(RMs.)of 0.0009,a mean s.uare error(Ms.)of 9e-07,a mean abs.lute error(MAE)of 0.0005,and an R-s.uared coefficient(R2)of *** thes. res.lts.the propos.d prediction model has.demons.rated its.efficiency over the models.propos.d in previous.*** findings.of this.s.udy have cons.derable implications.in the bus.nes. field,as.the propos.d model can as.is. inves.ors.and traders.in precis.ly identifying Bitcoin s.les.and buying opportunities.

During the pos.-antibiotic golden age, it has.s.en a mas.ive antibiotic/antibacterial production and an increas. in irrational us. of thes. few exis.ing drugs.in the medical and veterinary practice, food indus.ries. tis.ue cultures. agriculture and commercial ethanol production globally. The irrational drug us. has.been further exacerbated by the increas.d marketing and promotion of thes. drugs.by the pharmaceutical companies.thus.increas.ng their acces.ibility in the public and hence their improper us.. The lack of production and introduction of the newer and effective antibiotic/antibacterial drugs.in clinical practice in the pos.-antibiotic golden age has.s.en an increas. in the emergence of the res.s.ant pathogenic bacterial infections.creating a s.gnificant problem in the global health of humankind. The mas.ive productions.of the antibiotic/antibacterial drugs.have contributed to the poor dis.os.l of thes. drugs.and hence many of them are dis.harged in various.water bodies.contributing to the environmental antibiotic/antibacterial drug pollution. In the environment, thes. drugs.exert pres.ure on the environmental bacteria by des.roying us.ful bacteria that are res.ons.ble for the recycling of the organic matter and as.well as.promoting the s.lection of the res.s.ant pathogenic bacteria that can s.read in human and animal population thus.caus.ng an increas. in the obs.rved bacterial dis.as. burden and hence a s.gnificant global public health problem. The res.s.ant bacterial dis.as.s.lead to the high cos., increas.d occurrence of advers. drug reactions. prolonged hos.italization, the expos.re to the s.cond- and third-line drugs.like in MDR-TB and XDR-TB that leads.to toxicity and deaths.as.well as.the increas.d poor production in agriculture and animal indus.ry and commercial ethanol production.
