This study introduces a. innova.ive "Big Model" stra.egy to enha.ce Bridge Structura. Hea.th Monitoring (SHM) using a.Convolutiona. Neura. Network (CNN), time-frequency a.a.ysis, a.d fine element a.a.ysis. Levera.ing ensemble methods, colla.ora.ive lea.ning, a.d distributed computing, the a.proa.h effectively ma.a.es the complexity a.d sca.e of la.ge-sca.e bridge da.a. The CNN employs tra.sfer lea.ning, fine-tuning, a.d continuous monitoring to optimize models for a.a.tive a.d a.cura.e structura. hea.th a.sessments, focusing on extra.ting mea.ingful fea.ures through time-frequency a.a.ysis. By integra.ing Finite Element a.a.ysis, time-frequency a.a.ysis, a.d CNNs, the stra.egy provides a.comprehensive understa.ding of bridge hea.th. Utilizing diverse sensor da.a. sophistica.ed fea.ure extra.tion, a.d a.va.ced CNN a.chitecture, the model is optimized through rigorous preprocessing a.d hyperpa.a.eter tuning. This a.proa.h significa.tly enha.ces the a.ility to ma.e a.cura.e predictions, monitor structura. hea.th, a.d support proa.tive ma.ntena.ce pra.tices, thereby ensuring the sa.ety a.d longevity of critica. infra.tructure. © 2024 The a.thors.

Thus, a.l contributors to society, whether young or old members, ca. use these mobilea.ps. The use of these a.ps ea.es our da.ly lives, a.d a.l customers who need a.y type of service ca. a.cessit ea.ily, comforta.ly, a.d efficiently through mobile a.ps. Pa.ticula.ly, Sa.di a.a.ia.grea.ly depends on digita.services to a.sist people a.d visitors. Such mobile devices a.e used in orga.izing da.ly work schedules a.d services,pa.ticula.ly during two la.ge occa.ions, Umra. a.d Ha.j. However, pilgrims encounter mobile a.p issues such a.slowness, conflict, unrelia.ility, or user-unfriendliness. Pilgrims comment on these issues on mobile a.p pla.formsthrough reviews of their experiences with these digita. services. Schola.s ha.e ma.e severa. a.tempts to solve suchmobile issues by reporting bugs or non-functiona. requirements by utilizing user ***, solving suchissues is a.grea. cha.lenge, a.d the issues still exist. Therefore, this study a.ms to propose a.hybrid deep lea.ningmodel to cla.sify a.d predict mobile a.p softwa.e issues encountered by millions of pilgrims during the Ha.j a.dUmra. periods from the user perspective. Firstly, a.da.a.et wa. constructed using user-genera.ed comments fromreleva.t mobile a.ps using na.ura. la.gua.e processing methods, including informa.ion extra.tion, the a.nota.ionprocess, a.d pre-processing steps, considering a.multi-cla.s cla.sifica.ion problem. Then, severa. experimentswere conducted using common ma.hine lea.ning cla.sifiers, a.tificia. Neura. Networks (a.N), Long Short-TermMemory (LSTM), a.d Convolutiona. Neura. Network Long Short-Term Memory (CNN-LSTM) a.chitectures, toexa.ine the performa.ce of the proposed model. Results show 96% in F1-score a.d a.cura.y, a.d the proposedmodel outperformed the mentioned models.
