Background:As.rocytes.play an es.ential role in neuroinflammation and are involved in the pathogenes.s.of neurodenegerative *** of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),an as.rocytic damage marker,may help advance our unders.anding of different neurodegenerative *** this.s.udy,we inves.igated the diagnos.ic performance of plas.a GFAP(pGFAP),plas.a neurofilament light chain(pNfL)and their combination for frontotemporal dementia(FTD)and Alzheimer's.dis.as.(AD)and their clinical utility in predicting dis.as. ***:pGFAP and pNfL concentrations.were meas.red in 72 FTD,56 AD and 83 cognitively normal(CN)participants.us.ng the s.ngle Molecule Array *** the 211 participants.199 underwent cerebros.inal(Cs.)analys.s.and 122 had magnetic res.nance *** compared cros.-s.ctional biomarker levels.between groups.s.udied their diagnos.ic performance and as.es.ed correlation between Cs. biomarkers.cognitive performance and cortical *** prognos.ic performance was.inves.igated,analyzing cognitive decline through group comparis.ns.by ***:Unlike pNfL,which was.increas.d s.milarly in both clinical groups.pGFAP was.increas.d in FTD but lower than in AD(all Ps.a markers.improved the diagnos.ic performance to dis.riminate FTD from AD(area under the curve[AUC]:combination 0.78;pGFAP 0.7;pNfL 0.61,all Ps. and plas.a NfL,and cortical thicknes.(all Ps.as.ociated with greater change in MMs. s.ore and poor cognitive outcome during follow-up both in FTD(1.40 points.annually,hazard ratio[HR]3.82,Ps.annually,HR 2.26,Ps.ons.pGFAP and pNfL levels.differ in FTD and AD;and their combination is.us.ful for dis.inguis.ing between the two *** could als. be us.d to track dis.as. s.verity and predict greater cognitive decline during follow-up in patients.with FTD.

Pteros.ur bones.are for the firs. time reported from the Tremp s.ncline （s.ain） and the s.uthern Pyrenees. They come from the Torrebilles.2 s.te （Is.na, Lleida Province） in the upper Maas.richtian part of the Tremp Formation, which falls.within the C29r magnetochron. Fragmentary long bones.are referred to the Pteros.uria bas.d on their cortical thinnes., micro-architecture, and his.ological features. They belong to very large to pos.ibly giant individuals. The mos. complete s.ecimen is.pos.ibly a partial right femur. The review of the Maas.richtian pteros.ur record s.ows.that only a few s.ecimens.can be referred to the C29r （which contains.the K/Pg boundary）. The identification of fragmentary remains.could improve our knowledge about the abundance and dis.ribution of thes. flying s.urops.ds.jus. before the end-Cretaceous.mas. extinction.

The article is.a les.on to the s.udy of global warming. In Mexico, at the local level, the riches. region in biodivers.ty in the s.ate of Hidalgo is.becoming a des.rt by the performance of the main economic activities.of the population. In s.m, the damage in s.ch a way at the region Otomi Tepehua, wide des.rt areas.will become vis.ble;nevertheles., current conditions.of rainfall s.ill take place, which could wors.n life conditions.for its.population;increas.ng poverty among it, due to the direct decreas. in the amount and quality of milpas. In this.article we us. the Urban Political Ecology approach to s.ow that by analys.ng governance networks.we can better unders.and the production of certain s.cio-environmental trans.ormations.that negatively affect s.me s.cial groups.while benefiting others. Drawing upon two cas. s.udies.in the UK, the article explores.the dialectical relations.ips.between different modes.of urban governance on one hand and the s.cio-environmental trans.ormations.fulfilled in each cas. s.udy on the other hand. The article concludes.that although urban regeneration policies.are always.cons.rained by the neoliberal es.ablis.ed framework of power relations. policy outputs.and outcomes.could be very different from one place to another, s.aping uneven s.cio-environmental cons.ructions. Finally, we make s.me recommendations.in order to s.imulate the production of more s.s.ainable communities.in the future.

REs.LTs.Compared to controls.rats.with compens.ted cirrhos.s.s.owed a normal tes.icular s.ze and weight and very few his.opathological tes.icular abnormalities. The application of organic photocatalys.s.towards.the oxidation of pollutants.in water is.hampered by different limitations.s.ch as.their ins.lubility in the ***,we report that the grafting of a photoorganocatalys. into mes.porous.s.lica materials.is.an ideal approach to obtain effective ***,the photocatalys. 10-phenylphenothiazine(PTH)was.eas.ly anchored into three different mes.porous.s.lica-bas.d materials.Ms.,Ms.-2 and s.A-15)with different particle s.zes.and pore s.zes.through an amide bond *** materials.were characterized us.ng IR analys.s.s.lid-s.ate X-ray diffraction,poros.ty and micros.opy(s.M and TEM)techniques.s.owing that PTH is.immobilized ins.de the pores.of the materials.and its.optical properties.are maintained after the *** homogeneous.PTH was.inactive in water media,the three photocatalytic materials.were active for the degradation of ***-15-AP-PTH exhibited the highes. catalytic performance towards.the degradation of acetaminophen and diclofenac under s.lar irradiation,finding in this.manner a new s.rategy for the decontamination of pollutants.
