Extended use of supported Pt catalysts causes thermal migration of Pt particles to form large agglomerates,thus decreasing the catalytic *** combination of Pt with Re protects Pt against *** addition,Cl injection into the reactor assists Pt particles redispersion to prolong catalyst *** this work,a PtRe/H-ZSm-5 catalyst was treated with either HCl or HF to investigate their role in activating or deactivating the *** conversion exceeded 90% in the whole temperature range with the PtRe/H-ZSm-5(HCl) catalyst,and its activity for the direct isomerization of cyclohexene to methylcyclopentenes(mCPEs) was the lowest but the activity for the hydrogenation of the mCPEs to methylcyclopentane was the *** reactivities of mCPEs and cyclohexadienes on the catalysts were similar because both are dehydrogenation *** production was significantly higher on the hydrochlorinated catalyst than on the other catalysts,and its hydrocracking activity was the lowest,which is a good characteristic for processing catalysts where cracking is undesired.

The adsorption of sulfur compounds,in commercially available LPG,has been studied using different adsorbents,namely Zeolite,Zn O and house made date pits activated carbon（DP-AC）. It was found that the three adsorbents are capable of effectively removing sulfur compounds at different feed sulfur concentrations. The effects of height to diameter aspect ratio of the adsorption column,flow rate of LPG and input sulfur concentrations have been studied. A first order kinetics model has been used to describe the adsorption,and the kinetics constant was found to increase by increasing the flow rate of LPG and decrease by increasing the amount of adsorbent used. The developed model described the system fairly well,and can be used in designing and scaling-up of fixed-bed adsorption columns.

Anticipation of Dural Tear in Patients with Blunt Head Trauma

Background: Dural tears are considered among the neurosurgical challenges to be dealt with during management of head trauma patients;it’s important to anticipate such pathology pre-operatively;the purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze various predictors of dural tear as a sequala of blunt head trauma. methods: Patients with blunt head trauma who underwent surgery during the year 2020 were analyzed;operative data were reviewed;only patients with reported dural repair as a step during surgery were included. Patients with penetrating head injury were excluded. Preoperative radiology, epidemiological and clinical details were analyzed to conclude specific criteria for dural tear. Results: Twenty-three patients were involved in the study;male predominance was evident. The most common primary injury was depressed fracture (73.9%), while the most common mode of trauma was domestic injury (43.5%), especially in pediatric group (76.9%). Two cases of growing skull fracture were involved, and both were in pediatric group. CT findings were conclusive for immediate dural tear findings, however, suggestive for patients with growing skull fractures. mean depth of depression for depressed fracture group was 15.07 mm. Conclusion: Dural tears are not a serious complication of head trauma, however, their sequalae are life-threatening. Anticipation of dural tear is feasible radiologically pre-operatively for immediate dural repair and craniotomy fashioning;for cases of growing skull fractures, it’s difficult to anticipate the course from time of impact till time of presentation.

New flame-retardant polyimide-silver nanocomposite containing phosphine oxide moiety in the main chain was synthesized by a convenient ultraviolet irradiation technique.A precursor such as AgNO_3 was used as the source of the silver *** 6 as a source of polymer was synthesized by polycondensation reaction of bis（3-aminophenyl） phenyl phosphine oxide 4 with pyromellitic anhydride 5 in the presence of iso-quinoline as base and in m-cresol *** resulting composite film was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction（XRD）,transmission electron microscopy（TEm）,thermogravimetry（TGA） and differential scanning calorimetry（DSC）.The average size of the nanometer Ag particles is about 10 *** temperature of 5 and 10%weight loss and also the char yield at 600℃of polyimide-silver nanocomposite 6a were higher than the pure PI 6.

Increasing plant density and improving N fertilizer rate along with the use of high density-tolerant genotypes would lead to maximizing maize(Zea mays L.) grain productivity per unit land area. The objective of this investigation was to match the functions of optimum plant density and adequate nitrogen fertilizer application to produce the highest possible yields per unit area with the greatest maize genotype efficiency. Six maize inbred lines differing in tolerance to low N and high density(D) [three tolerant(T); L-17, L-18, L-53,and three sensitive(S); L-29, L-54, L-55] were chosen for diallel crosses. Parents and crosses were evaluated in the 2012 and 2013 seasons under three plant densities: low(47,600),medium(71,400), and high(95,200) plants ha-1and three N fertilization rates: low(no N addition), medium(285 kg N ha-1) and high(570 kg N ha-1). The T × T crosses were superior to the S × S and T × S crosses under the low N–high D environment in most studied traits across seasons. The relationships between the nine environments and grain yield per hectare(GYPH) showed near-linear regression functions for inbreds L54, L29, and L55 and hybrids L18 × L53 and L18 × L55 with the highest GYPH at a density of47,600 plants ha-1and N rate of 570 kg N ha-1and a curvilinear relationship for inbreds L17, L18, and L53 and the rest of the hybrids with the highest GYPH at a density of95,200 plants ha-1combined with an N rate of 570 kg N ha-1. Cross L17 × L54 gave the highest grain yield in this study under both high N–high-D(19.9 t ha-1) and medium N–high-D environments(17.6 t ha-1).

Chrysopogon serrulatus(false beard-grass)is a dominant component of vegetation in the foothills of the *** study whole plant morphology,individuals of *** were collected from three plots at each of six locations spanning from 400 to 1,400 *** population colonizing the highest elevation modifications in different plant *** showed increased metaxylem number and *** the stem,especially outside of the vascular tissue,there was intensive sclerification indicative of increased xeromorphy as a survival *** the highest elevation,leaves were wider;aerenchyma formation and increased sclerification were noted in the leaf sheath;and a greater proportion of storage parenchyma was observed in the leaf blade,all indicators of *** contrast,leaves at lower elevations had xeric morphological features such as increased epidermal thickness,sclerification and more developed metaxylem *** conclusion,shifting of morphological features in below-and above-ground plant parts of *** were linked to shifts in environmental factors along this elevation gradient,thus enabling the successful distribution of this species along this elevation gradient.

In this paper,we analyzed squeezing in the information entropy,quantum state fidelity,and qubit-qubit entanglement in a time-dependent *** proposed model consists of two qubits that interact with a two-mode electromagnetic field under the dissipation *** analytical solution is calculated by considering the constants for the equations of *** effect of the general form of the time-dependent for qubit-field coupling and the dissipation term on the temporal behavior of the qubit-qubit entanglement,quantum state fidelity,entropy,and variance squeezing are *** is shown that the intervals of entanglement caused more squeezing for the case of considering the time-dependent ***,the entanglement between the qubits became more substantial for the case of time *** and negativity rapidly reached the minimum values by increasing the effect of the dissipation ***,the amount of variance squeezing and the amplitude of the oscillations decreased considerably when the time dependence increased,but the fluctuations increased *** show the relation between entropy and variance squeezing in the presence and absence of the dissipation parameter during the interaction *** result enables new parameters to control the degree of entanglement and squeezing,especially in quantum communication.

The increasing use of fossil fuels has a significant impact on the environment and ecosystem,which increases the rate of *** the high potential of renewable energy sources in Yemen and other Arabic countries,and the absence of similar studies in the *** study aims to examine the potential of wind energy in mokha *** was done by analyzing and evaluating wind properties,determining available energy density,calculating wind energy extracted at different altitudes,and then computing the capacity factor for a few wind turbines and determining the *** speed was verified as the closest to the average actual wind speed using the cube root,as this was verified using 3 criteria for performance analysis methods(R^(2)=0.9984,RmSE=0.0632,COE=1.028).The wind rose scheme was used to determine the appropriate direction for directing the wind turbines,the southerly direction was appropriate,as the winds blow from this direction for 227 days per year,and the average southerly wind velocity is 5.27 m/s at an altitude of 3 *** turbine selected in this study has a tower height of 100m and a rated power of 3.45 *** capacitance factor was calculated for the three classes of wind turbines classified by the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)and compared,and the turbine of the first class was approved,and it is suitable for the study site,as it resists storms more than *** daily and annual capacity of a single,first-class turbine has been assessed to meet the needs of 1,447 housing units in mokha *** amount of energy that could be supplied to each dwelling was around 19 kWh per day,which was adequate to power the basic loads in the home.
