Two-dimension(2d)van der Waals heterojunction holds essential promise in achieving high-performance flexible near-infrared(NIR)***,we report the successful fabrication of ZnSb/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene based flexible NIR photodetector array via a facile photolithography *** single ZnSb/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)photodetector exhibited a high light-to-dark current ratio of 4.98,fast response/recovery time(2.5/1.3 s)and excellent stability due to the tight connection between 2d ZnSb nanoplates and 2d Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene nanoflakes,and the formed 2d van der Waals *** polyethylene terephthalate(PET)substrate enables the ZnSb/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)photodetector withstand bending such that stable photoelectrical properties with non-obvious change were maintained over 5000 bending ***,the ZnSb/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)photodetectors were integrated into a 26×5 device array,realizing a NIR image sensing application.

We present an analysis of the Imaging X-ray Polarimetry Explorer observation from a newly discovered transient source:Swift *** obtained polarization degree(Pd)and angle are 0.3%±0.3% and -24°±26°respectively in 2-8 keV within 68%confidence level errors,and polarization results are below MdP99in all energy bins,with the upper limit on Pd of 0.8% in the 2-8 keV energy *** quasi-periodic oscillations(QPos)are detected in this *** polarization and QPo analyses support the hypothesis that the source was in the high soft state,and the results are consistent with predictions for a thin accretion disk model.

Light-driven nitrogen fixation to produce ammonia is a green and economical technology of nitrogen reduction but is still quite challenging, especially in an air atmosphere without any sacrificial ***, we demonstrate efficient photocatalytic nitrogen fixation using water and air directly by loading lanthanide–transition metal(4f–3d) cluster NdCo_(3) on two-dimensional P-doped graphitic carbon nitrides(PCN) material surface. Benefiting from the increase in the number of nitrogen vacancies(NVs) and highly matched band gap structure and excellent hole trapping ability of clusters, the NdCo_(3)/PCN photocatalyst exhibits efficient nitrogen reduction activity with 371(in air) and 825 μmol h^(-1)g^(-1)(in pure nitrogen)without any sacrificial reagents. The introduction of potassium sulfate inhibits hydrogen production and promotes nitrogen reduction activation. This work suggests that anchoring precisely structured clusters on 2d materials may enhance photocatalytic nitrogen reduction under normal temperature and pressure.

三堡铅锌矿床位于江南古陆北部,其成矿作用与花岗闪长斑岩密切相关。本文在地质特征和岩相学认识基础上,对与三堡铅锌矿床相关的花岗闪长斑岩开展了锆石la-ICP-MS U-Pb同位素年代学、全岩地球化学和Sr-Nd同位素分析。结果显示,三堡花岗闪长斑岩锆石U-Pb年龄为154.8±1.8 Ma,为晚侏罗世。三堡花岗闪长斑岩Sio_(2)含量为63.75%~67.47%,Na_(2)o+K_(2)o为3.92%~7.34%,为高钾钙碱性、准铝质‒弱过铝质的I型花岗岩;且样品富集轻稀土元素(LREE/HREE=10.50~11.29)、显示弱负Eu异常(δEu=0.68~0.77),富集Rb、Th、U、K等大离子亲石元素,亏损P、Ti、Yb等高场强元素。花岗闪长斑岩(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)i值为0.71028~0.71320,ε_(Nd)(t)值在-6.57~-5.55之间。岩石地球化学特征显示,三堡花岗闪长斑岩熔体来自壳幔混合源区,上升过程中经历了显著的结晶分异作用。结合区域资料对比显示,三堡铅锌矿床为江南造山带东段地区燕山期早阶段(177~153 Ma)铜铅锌成矿作用的重要组成部分,该花岗闪长斑岩所呈现的中低结晶温度、较低分异程度、较高氧逸度与水含量是该区中酸性岩浆岩的成矿专属性指标。
