In this investigation,all-optical Toggle flip-flop event-driven memory is explored with data rate of 16 Gbit/*** mode optical fiber model is used as a nonlinear medium to generate the output set and reset pulses of a Toggle flip-flop,and the model is based on the bidirectional optical transmission principle,considering the fundamental effects of cross phase modulation and self-phase modulation with change in polarization *** performance of a flip-flop is evaluated using truth table conditions and performance parameters such as Q factor,which is obtained as 380.92 d B for Q and 272.9 d B for■,and rising and falling times of 7.304 ps and 5.79 ps,respectively are obtained,which makes flip-flop design fast as compared to earlier design techniques.

本研究采用高速火焰喷涂(HVOF)沉积技术,将碳化钒(VC)和铜镍铬(CuNiCr)复合涂层应用于SS316不锈钢上,以解决不锈钢在海洋环境中的腐蚀问题。在室温环境下,在3.5%氯化钠溶液中进行电化学腐蚀,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散光谱(EDS)对有涂层和未覆涂层样品的表面形貌进行检测。结果表明,涂层内由铜(Cu)、镍(Ni)和铬(Cr)组成的金属间黏合剂在氯化钠介质的影响下发生变质,从而导致出现衬底间的局部点蚀现象。有趣的是,在涂层配方中加入碳化钒(VC)显著地增强了表面的耐腐蚀性能,从而阻止了密闭腐蚀凹坑的出现。在不同类的涂层中,加入VC的效果最好,最小的腐蚀速率为72.38×10^(-3)mm/a,相比之下,SS316基底的腐蚀速率最快。

Bilateral Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer Loss and Recovery with Teprotumumab in Thyroid Eye Disease

Background: Thyroid Eye Disease (TED) is known to alter tissues of the orbital cavity, including the optic nerve. However, its effect on measured global Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer (gRNFL) is not well elucidated. This case evaluates the effect of teprotumumab on gRNFL in a patient with moderate TED. Observations: A 60-year-old female with controlled ocular hypertension and moderate TED received 8 standard IV teprotumumab infusions. Comprehensive ocular evaluations were performed pre-, during-, and post-treatment. Bilateral gRNFL thickness decreased (10 m OD;12 m OS) at 4 months post-treatment start, persisting at 8 months, but recovered at 20 months. Conclusions and Importance: Teprotumumab treatment in patients with TED led to a transient bilateral decrease in gRNFL thickness, which was restored to baseline levels with no adverse events reported. Monitoring gRNFL changes in teprotumumab-treated patients is crucial as gRNFL thinning indicates retinal ganglion cell damage. Teprotumumabs ability to dampen the IGF-IR inflammatory cascade may have reduced retinal inflammation, leading to recovery.

This paper examines the stabilization problem of a distributed networked control system under the effect of cyberattacks by employing a hybrid aperiodic triggering *** cyber-attack considered in the paper is a stochastic deception attack at the sensor-controller end. The probability of the occurrence of attack on a subsystem is represented using a random variable. A decentralized hybrid sampled-data strategy is introduced to save energy consumption and reduce the transmission load of the network. In the proposed decentralized strategy, each subsystem can decide independently whether its state should be transmitted to the controller or not. The scheme of the hybrid triggering mechanism for each subsystem composed of two stages: In the first stage, the next sampling instant is computed using a self-triggering strategy. Subsequently, in the second stage, an event-triggering condition is checked at these sampling instants and the control signal is computed only if the event-triggering condition is violated. The self-triggering condition used in the first stage is dependent on the selection of eventtriggering condition of the second stage. Finally, a comparison of the proposed approach with other triggering mechanisms existing in the literature is presented in terms of the sampling instants,transmission frequency and performance measures through simulation examples.

By using a suitable set of the surface energy coefficient, nuclear radius, and universal function, the original proximity potential 1977 is modified. The overestimate of the data by 4% reported in the literature is significantly reduced. Our modified proximity potential reproduces the experimental data nicely compared to its older versions.
