two patients had a long history of hypertension and one of them also had a nephrotic-range proteinuria secondary to focal segmental scleronephrosis which had been diagnosed by kidney biopsy. they presented with uncontrolled hypertension. Laboratory examination suggested hypersecretion of catecholamines by the left adrenal glands in both patients and primary aldosteronism in one of them. A computed tomography scan revealed small nodules on left adrenal gland in both patients. Patients underwent laparoscopic left adrenalectomy. After surgery, blood pressure was normalized and proteinuria was resolved. Most interestingly, prominent adipocytes infiltrated were detected in the adrenal cortex and were associated with the presence of lymphocytes, which suggested that adipocytes might have a role in the pathogenesis of these diseases in our patients.

OBJECtIVE:to evaluate the effectiveness of cycling in combination with electroacupuncture in treatment of poststroke hemiplegia patients at National Hospital of Acupuncture,***:the study was designed as a single-centre,outcome-assessor-blinded parallel randomised controlled trial with 120 post-stroke hemiplegia patients randomly assigned into two groups:electroacupuncture plus cycling(Ct group) and electroacupuncture(At group).Patients were assessed before and after the treatment(using muscle grading,modified Rankin,Barthel,Orgorozo scores and electromyography).Statistical Man–Whitney U test,and Fisher’s exact tests were used to compare between Ct and At ***:the results reported statistically significant improvement in motor function in patients suffering from hemiplegia following ischemic stroke in both Ct and At *** in Ct group experienced a greater improvement compared to those in At group including better muscle contraction(increased frequency and amplitude of electromyography and increased muscle grading scale);increased recovery(Orgogozo scale),increased independency(Barthel scale) and decreased disability(Modified Rankin scale)(P tion with cycling training significantly improves the recovery of post-stroke patients treated with electroacupuncture.

the Red-thai Binh River system is an important water resource to the Northern Delta, serving the development of agriculture, people’s livelihood and other economic sectors through its upstream reservoirs and a system of water abstraction works along the rivers. However, due to the impact of climate change and pressure from socio-economic development, the operation of the reservoir system according to Decision No. 740/QD-ttg was issued on June 17, 2019 by the Prime Minister of Government promulgating the Red-thai Binh River system inter-reservoir operation rules (Operation rules 740) has some shortcomings that need adjustments for higher water use efficiency, meeting downstream water demand and power generation benefits. through the results of water balance calculation and analysis of economic benefits from water use scenarios, this research proposed adjustment to the inter-reservoir operation during dry season in the Red River system. the result showed that an average water level of 1.0 - 1.7 m should be maintained at Hanoi during the increased release period.

We describe a new species of Rhacophorus based on two adult specimens collected from Hoa Binh Province, northern Vietnam. Rhacophorus hoabinhensis sp. nov. is distinguishable from its congeners on the basis of a combination of the following morphological characters： size small （SVL 31.1-32.5 mm in males）; head slightly longer than wide; vomerine teeth absent; snout short （SNL/SVL 0.16）; dorsal skin smooth; forearm and tarsus with dermal fringes; dermal appendage at vent present; webbing formula on fingers I12/3-12/3II1-2III1-1IV and on toes I3/4-1II1/2- IIII1/2-1IVI-1/2V; dorsal surface grey yellow with brown spots; lower jaw region dark grey, throat, chest and belly cream; anterior and posterior thighs, as well as ventral surface of tibia orange. the interspecific uncorrected genetic distances （16S rRNA gene） between the new species from Hoa Binh and other analyzed congeners varied from 9.8% to 17.4%. In the phylogenetic analyses, the new species revealed to be a representative of Rhacophorus and was nested within the R. hoanglienensis-orlovi species group.

the use of high-power lights during night-time purse seining is common in ***,metal halide(MH)lamps are used in the commercial fishery to attract fish,however these lights require more energy,have a shorter lifespan,and lower chromatic performance than light emitting diode(LED)*** study examined catch efficiency and fuel consumption when using LED lamps in combination with reduced numbers of MH lamps(10.24 kW),compared to conventional lighting(28.6 kW),used during purse seining off the coast of ninh thuan province,*** economic performance associated with using LED lamps in this fishery was also *** found no significant differences in catch rates between the different light treatments,however fuel consumption was significantly *** consumption per nightly trip using LED with MH lamps was 70.8 l(11.1 l/h)compared to114 l(17.45 l/hr)using MH lamps alone,an estimated 37.9%reduction in fuel *** investment in LED lamps by a fishing enterprise will require additional initial costs,however our analysis revealed the financial break-event point can be reached after approximately 101 nightly trips when the fuel price is at the 2015 level of USD$0.74 per *** enterprises can increase their profitability,and reduce CO2 emissions,by using LED lamps in the Vietnamese purse seine fishery.

We report on the synthesis of Sn-doped hematite nanoparticles(Sn-α-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs)by the hydrothermal *** prepared Sn-α-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs had a highly pure and well crystalline rhombohedral phase with an average particle size of 41.4 *** optical properties of as-synthesizedα-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs show a higher bandgap energy(2.40-2.57 eV)than that of pure bulkα-Fe_(2)O_(3)(2.1 eV).By doping Sn intoα-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs,the Sn-doped hematite was observed a redshift toward a long wavelength with in-creasing Sn concentration from 0%to 4.0%.the photocatalytic activity of Sn-dopedα-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs was evaluated by Congo red(CR)dye *** degradation efficiency of CR dye using Sn-α-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs catalyst is higher than that of pureα-Fe_(2)O_(3) *** highest degradation efficiency of CR dye was 97.8%using 2.5%Sn-dopedα-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs catalyst under visible-light *** results suggest that the synthesized Sn-dopedα-Fe_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles might be a suitable approach to develop a photocatalytic degradation of toxic inorganic dye in wastewater.

随着我国经济的飞速发展,对石油等能源的储存需求日益加深,立式储液罐作为最主要的能源存储设施,其需求量也日益增长。储液罐作为存储易燃易爆物品的设施,一旦发生破坏,不仅造成火灾等严重的直接灾害,还会引起环境污染等次生灾害,因此对立式储液罐进行抗震研究具有重要的应用价值。在较强地震作用下,储液罐内液体晃动将对储液罐结构造成不利影响,为解决此类问题可在储液罐内加装环形挡板装置,来控制储罐内液体晃动。为研究储液罐内环形挡板位置和尺寸对圆柱形储罐内液体晃动高度的影响,本文基于大型通用有限元软件ADINA,假定液体为粘性且不可压缩的流体,挡板形状为薄环形圆板且垂直罐壁,建立地基-储液罐-液体相互作用体系。首先对无环形挡板的储液罐体系进行静力及模态分析并与相关规范进行对比验证,进一步地,对水平地震作用下储液罐内液体晃动高度进行参数化分析。在此基础上,通过BP神经网络预测出储液罐的挡板尺寸和设计位置的最优工况。本文主要研究内容如下:(1)对本文建立的数值模型进行了静力和模态分析,计算得到储液罐的静态流体压力、位移和应力以及储液罐的固有频率,并将计算结果与相关规范及经验方法所得结果进行比较,以验证本文模型的正确性及合理性。(2)选用EI-Centro波进行动力时程分析,设计了环形挡板不同位置及尺寸的50种工况,对储液罐内环形挡板对液体晃动高度的影响进行分析,计算结果表明:环形挡板对储液罐内液体的晃动高度影响显著,具体地,挡板尺寸越小且位置越靠近液体表面,其储罐内液面晃动高度越小。(3)基于人工神经网络预测给出环形挡板的最优位置和尺寸,且经计算发现此时储液罐内液面的晃动高度仅为无挡板工况最大晃动波高的41%,即加设环形挡板可明显降低地震作用下储罐内液面的晃动高度。

这些年来,环球旅游发展快速,促进了世界各地旅游资源的猛烈开发。同时让旅游业的竞争日益激烈,各地纷纷走上了可持续发展的道路。区域旅游形式已经成为全球旅游业发展的一种趋势,也成为各地提高旅游竞争力,改善区域旅游质量服务,实现旅游业可持续、健康以及快速发展的必走之路。目前随着社会、经济、文化的全面发展和人民生活水平不断提高,人们对旅游的需求也越来越大。在越南,旅游业虽然起步较晚,但近年来它在数量与质量上都有了较快地发展,为国民经济做出了重大贡献。广宁省位于越南东北部,特别是下龙市和云屯岛县的两个地方拥有许多的人文与自然景观旅游资源,有利于发展旅游业。作者在充分调研越南广宁省的旅游发展境况下,发现了存在以下问题:交通基础设施健全、缺乏地方特色、人力资源不足、服务质量低以及管理能力有限等。因此,本文通过对广宁省的下龙市和云屯岛县进行研究、分析和评估,从此提出切实可行的解决方案。建构旅游战略之后,广宁省将得到一些有利于发展旅游业的详细建议以及该省能够实施、实现全省旅游业发展的各种项目。规划将提出创新的想法来解决广宁省目前面临的最大限制。关于这项研究取得的主要结果如下:介绍广宁省旅游业发展现状,发展存在问题,发展目标以及发展战略。笔者需要解决的主要问题就是如何吸引世界各地的游客以及全国其他地区的其他省份游客;开发一个现代化的基础设施,以方便接待游客进入省和省的旅游景点;解决省内旅游业人力资源问题,创造就业机会,为社会增加收入,为减少贫困人口做出努力;最后是合理地规划管理旅游业发展计划。论文研究越南广宁省旅游业发展的问题与对策研究,将目前存在的困境原因进行分析并提供发展旅游的方向和建立发展战略,将直接推动越南广宁省旅游业的健康和可持续发展,并对其他地区旅游业的发展起到引领示范作用。
