In power communication networks, it is a challenge to decrease the risk of different services efficiently to improve operation reliability. One of the important factor in reflecting communication risk is service route distribution. However, existing routing algorithms do not take into account the degree of importance of services, thereby leading to load unbalancing and increasing the risks of services and networks. A routing optimization mechanism based on load balancing for power communication networks is proposed to address the abovementioned problems. First, the mechanism constructs an evaluation model to evaluate the service and network risk degree using combination of devices, service load, and service characteristics. Second, service weights are determined with modified relative entropy TOPSIS method, and a balanced service routing determination algorithm is proposed. Results of simulations on practical network topology show that the mechanism can optimize the network risk degree and load balancing degree efficiently.

In order to construct and maintain stability Connected Dominating Set over MANET in Ubiquitous Stub Network, this paper proposes a novel area-based CDS construction and maintenance algorithm. The algorithm is divided into three phases: 1) Area Partition; 2) Area Expansion; 3) Area Connection. In additional, maintenance strategy is proposed in each phase respectively to handle node mobility with timer. At last, the simulation is implemented with OPNET and MATLAB and the results are analyzed in detailed with Size of CDS, Message Overhead and other indexes.

电网作为一个典型的物联网应用,电力无线专网上行调度过程中存在业务服务质量得不到保障、系统吞吐量低和资源分配不连续等问题,因此提出了基于业务优先级的电力无线专网上行动态资源调度算法。通过研究电力无线专网承载业务的特点,对业务优先级进行评定,并结合TD-LTE资源分配的特点,针对不同业务设计不同的调度方法。仿真结果表明,所提算法能有效提高系统吞吐量,并保障业务Qo S,改善业务传输性能。

根据智能配电网的通信需求,本文提出了基于无线Mesh网和电力线通信网的智能配电网通信框架。在此框架的基础上,设计了一个遗传算法和启发式算法,为不同类型的业务分别建立虚拟网络并将其映射到异构的物理网络中,通过增加传输分集来保证实时业务的可靠性。通过仿真,验证两种映射算法在保证实时业务可靠性的基础上,使尽力而为型业务的吞吐率达到最大化。

针对电力综合数据网对故障定位的准确性和时效性要求,提出一种交互式故障诊断机制,并重点解决该机制中故障定位集的选取问题,提出一种基于交互式主动探测的故障定位集选择算法(IPCA)。建立电力综合数据网与候选定位集的贝叶斯模型,借助贝叶斯网络条件独立性将候选定位集划分为若干子集,并引入探测价值衡量探测的诊断能力,利用探测价值交互更新过程的子模性降低故障定位集选取的时间复杂度。仿真结果显示,IPCA在确保故障定位准确性的同时平均可缩短20%左右的定位时间。

In this paper,a distributed cooperative control protocol is presented to deal with actuator failures of multi-agent systems in the presence of connectivity *** the developed strategy,each agent can track the reference trajectory of the leader in the presence of actuator failures,disturbances and *** connectivity of the multi-agent system can always be ensured during the control *** achieve the aforementioned control objectives,a potential function is introduced to the distributed adaptive fault-tolerant control algorithm to preserve the initial connected network among the *** uncertainty of the multi-agent system,which is allowed to be described by discontinuous functions,is approximated and compensated using the fuzzy logic *** asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is demonstrated through the use of Cellina’s approximate selection theorem of nonsmooth *** to the developed adaptive laws,the upper bound of the disturbance is allowed to be uncertain,which facilitates the implementation of the control ***,simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

On-demand food delivery(OFD)is gaining more and more popularity in modern *** a kernel order assignment manner in OFD scenario,order recommendation directly influences the delivery efficiency of the platform and the delivery experience of *** paper addresses the dynamism of the order recommendation problem and proposes a reinforcement learning solution *** actor-critic network based on long short term memory(LSTM)unit is designed to deal with the order-grabbing conflict between different ***,three rider sequencing rules are accordingly proposed to match different time steps of the LSTM unit with different *** test the performance of the proposed method,extensive experiments are conducted based on real data from Meituan delivery *** results demonstrate that the proposed reinforcement learning based order recommendation method can significantly increase the number of grabbed orders and reduce the number of order-grabbing conflicts,resulting in better delivery efficiency and experience for the platform and riders.

Pipeline isolation plugging robot (PIPR) is an important tool in pipeline maintenance operation. During the plugging process, the violent vibration will occur by the flow field, which can cause serious damage to the pipeline and PIPR. In this paper, we propose a dynamic regulating strategy to reduce the plugging-induced vibration by regulating the spoiler angle and plugging velocity. Firstly, the dynamic plugging simulation and experiment are performed to study the flow field changes during dynamic plugging. And the pressure difference is proposed to evaluate the degree of flow field vibration. Secondly, the mathematical models of pressure difference with plugging states and spoiler angles are established based on the extreme learning machine (ELM) optimized by improved sparrow search algorithm (ISSA). Finally, a modified Q-learning algorithm based on simulated annealing is applied to determine the optimal strategy for the spoiler angle and plugging velocity in real time. The results show that the proposed method can reduce the plugging-induced vibration by 19.9% and 32.7% on average, compared with single-regulating methods. This study can effectively ensure the stability of the plugging process.
