Altered oceanic crust source for the alkaline rocks with superchondritic Nb/Ta ratios due to the steep subduction

The cause resulting in alkaline rocks with superchondritic Nb/Ta ratios remains a geochemical enigma. This paper present zircon and apatite geochronology， mineralogy， geochemistry， and Nd-Hf-Zn isotope investigation on the Ejinao nepheline syenite from South China to constrain the petrogenesis of alkaline rocks. The occurrence of alkaline minerals， including alkaline feldspar， arfvedsonite， and nepheline， indicate an alkaline feature of the Ejinao nepheline syenite. Zircon and apatite from the rock show U-Pb concordia age of 135.4±0.9 Ma and 137.5±5.8Ma， respectively， suggesting generation in the Early Cretaceous. The rock is characterized by low MgO （0.17 wt.%–0.26 wt.%） contents， but high Fe2O3T（4.66 wt.%–6.16 wt.%） and total alkalis (Na2O + K2O = 12.1 wt.%–13.1 wt.%) contents， consistent with the melts from subducting oceanic crust rather than mantle peridotite. The rock has low TiO2（0.13 wt.%–0.21 wt.%） contents and superchondritic Nb/Ta and Zr/Hf ratios， resulting from rutile residue in the source area. The εNd（t）（-1.35 to -1.09）， εHf（t）（-3.03 to -1.52）， and δ66Zn （0.32‰ to 0.34‰） values of the nepheline syenite manifest the involvement of 15%–20% carbonate-bearing sediments in the altered oceanic crust. Geochemical modeling further reveals that the nepheline syenite was sourced from 10%–20% melting of such a source. This superchondritic Nb/Ta nepheline syenite was generated during the steep subduction of the Paleo-Pacific Ocean， which is needed to bring oceanic slab to a hot mantle and resulted in the altered oceanic crust melting. Our study highlights that the altered oceanic crust represents a novel source for superchondritic Nb/Ta alkaline rocks.

Glycine Attenuates Myocardial Fibrosis in Myocardial Infarction in Rats Partly through Modulating Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3/Nuclear Factor-κB/Transforming Growth Factor-β axis

Objective: Inflammation and fibrosis are strongly associated with each other. Glycine is present in various traditional Chinese medicines and exhibits anti-inflammatory activity. However, the effects of glycine on myocardial fibrosis(MF) in rats with myocardial infarction(MI) have not been reported. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of glycine therapy on MF and comprehend its underlying mechanisms. Materials and Methods: Left anterior descending artery ligation-induced MI in Sprague Dawley rats was leveraged to assess the therapeutic effects of Glycine. Rats received either normal saline or glycine(0.5 mg/g bodyweight) for 7 days. Results: Glycine upregulated cardiac ejection fraction and fractional shortening to improve cardiac function, as evaluated by echocardiography. Histological and immunohistochemical analyses demonstrated that glycine could decrease inflammatory cell infiltration and alleviate collagen deposition. Western blotting revealed that nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)-mediated inflammatory signaling was also downregulated by glycine treatment. The expression of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3), tumor necrosis factor-α, and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) was decreased significantly in the glycine-treated group compared to the model group. Thus, glycine plays a protective role against myocardial ischemia and subsequent MF. Conclusion: The protective effects of glycine were achieved partly through STAT3/NF-κB/TGF-β signaling pathway.

【目的】针对学术论文语步识别相关研究存在只能处理少量的语步、语步识别粒度较粗、缺少公开的语步分类数据集等问题,研究学术论文的全文语步识别,为机器自动理解论文内容提供基础。【方法】基于BERT模型,采用多阶段微调的方式构建学术论文语步分类数据集,并提出一种融入章节标题文本的语步识别方法,在细粒度层面实现中文学术论文全文语步的识别。【结果】实验结果表明,学术论文语步的22类别分类任务中,RoBERTa-wwm-ext模型总体准确率提升0.031,达到0.909,Micro-F1值提升0.022,达到0.837。【局限】所构建的学术论文语步分类数据集尚存在少量数据不平衡问题,所提方法受限于论文质量,这些问题得到改进后,模型对语步的识别能力应能得到进一步提高。【结论】所提方法取得了较高的语步识别准确率,研究成果可用于学术论文的自动理解、论文质量评价及论文语义检索等领域,对科技文献的有效利用具有重要作用。

农业农村高质量发展是实现乡村全面振兴的重要基础。实践中,“自上而下资源输入”与“自外而内资本下乡”的外源驱动模式难以促进农业农村高质量发展,亟需依托中坚农民实现向内生发展模式的转换。中坚农民促进农业农村高质量发展具有组织发展逻辑、资源对接逻辑与利益联结逻辑三重理论逻辑。具体来说,中坚农民以其个体性发展引领激活农业农村整体性发展、以其关键群体的引领性发展重塑农村公共性以及以其高质量发展能力强化小农利益联结的系统性能力。为此,中坚农民促进农业农村高质量发展需要以“自内而外、联结上下”的整合型道路为引领,构建中坚农民发展联合体,发挥中坚农民的发展与稳定功能以及塑造中坚农民利益整合联结机制。

Hypoglycemic activities of flowers of Xanthoceras sorbifolia and identification of anti-oxidant components by off-line UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS-free radical scavenging detection

Objective: To identify phytochemical constituents present in the extract of flowers of Xanthoceras sorbifolia and evaluate their anti-oxidant and anti-hyperglycemic ***: The AlCl3colorimetric method and Prussian Blue assay were used to determine the contents of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids in extraction layers, and the bioactive layers was screened through anti-oxidative activity in vitro. The Waters ACQUITY UPLC system and a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18column(2.0 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) were used to identify the ingredients. And anti-oxidative ingredients were screened by off-line UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS-free radical scavenging. The ameliorative role of it was further evaluated in a high-fat, streptozotocin-induced type 2 diabetic rat model and the study was carried out on NADPH oxidase(PDB ID: 2CDU) by molecular ***: Combined with the results of activity screening in vitro, the anti-oxidative part was identified as the ethyl acetate layer. A total of 24 chemical constituents were identified by liquid chromatographymass spectrometry in the ethyl acetate layer and 13 main anti-oxidative active constituents were preliminarily screened out through off-line UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS-free radical scavenging. In vivo experiments showed that flowers of X. sorbifolia could significantly reduce the blood glucose level of diabetic mice and alleviate liver cell damage. Based on the results of docking analysis related to the identified phytocompounds and oxidase which involved in type 2 diabetes, quercetin 3-O-rutinoside, kaempferol-3-O-rhamnoside, isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside, and isoquercitrin showed a better inhibitory ***: The ethyl acetate layer was rich in flavonoids and phenolic acids and had significant anti-oxidant activity, which could prevent hyperglycemia. This observed activity profile suggested X. sorbifolia flowers as a promising new source of tea to develop alternative natural anti-diabetic products with a high safety margin.

The distribution pattern of metals as active centers on a substrate can influence the peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation and contaminants ***,atomic layer deposition is applied to prepare Cu single atom(SA-Cu),cluster(C-Cu),and film(F-Cu)decorated MXene catalysts by regulating the number of deposition *** comparison with SA-Cu-MXene(adsorption energy(E_(ads))=-4.236 eV)and F-Cu-MXene(E_(ads)=-3.548 eV),PMS is shown to adsorb preferably on the C-Cu-MXene surface for activation(E_(ads)=-5.435 eV),realizing higher utilization *** SO_(4)^(·-)are generated in C-Cu-MXene/PMS system with steady-state concentration and 1–3 orders of magnitude higher than those in the SA-Cu-MXene and F-Cu-MXene activated PMS ***,the contribution of SO_(4)^(·-)oxidation to sulfamethoxazole(SMX)degradation followed the order,C-Cu-MXene(97.3%)>SA-Cu-MXene(90.4%)>FCu-MXene(71.9%),realizing the larger SMX degradation rate in the C-Cu-MXene/PMS system with the degradation rate constants(k)at 0.0485 min^(-1).Additionally,SMX degradation routes in C-Cu-MXene/PMS system are found with fewer toxic *** this work,we highlighted the importance of guided design of heterogeneous catalysts in the PMS *** metal distribution patterns need to be selected according to the actual water treatment *** sites could be then fully utilized to produce specific active species to improve the utilization efficiency of the oxidants.
