To obtain an accurate and robust soft sensor model in dealing with the increasingly complex industrial modeling data,an effective heterogeneous ensemble of extreme learning machines(HEELM)is ***,the kernel extreme learning machine(KELM)and four common extreme learning machine(ELM)models that have different internal activations are contained in the HEELM for enriching the diversity of *** number of hidden layer nodes of the extreme learning machine is determined by the trial and error method,and the optimal parameters of the kernel extreme learning machine model are determined by cross ***,to obtain the best output of the ensemble model,least squares regression is applied to aggregate the outputs of all individual *** complex data sets of practical industrial processes are used to test the HEELM *** simulation results show that the HEELM has a high prediction *** with the individual ELM models,bagging ELM ensemble model,BP and SVM models,the prediction accuracy of the HEELM model is improved by 4.5%to 8.7%,and the HEELM model can obtain better generalization capability.

Time-frequency-based methods are proven to be effective for parameter estimation of linear frequency modulation （LFM） signals. The smoothed pseudo Winger-Ville distribution （SPWVD） is used for the parameter estimation of multi-LFM signals, and a method of the SPWVD binarization by a dynamic threshold based on the Otsu algorithm is proposed. The proposed method is effective in the demand for the estimation of different parameters and the unknown signal-to-noise ratio （SNR） circumstance. The performance of this method is confirmed by numerical simulation.

针对滚动轴承信号微弱故障特征提取困难、故障诊断依靠大量专家经验和故障识别率低等问题,提出了融合自适应噪声完备集合经验模态分解与改进一维多尺度卷积神经网络的滚动轴承故障诊断方法.首先,采用自适应噪声完备集合经验模态分解对轴承信号进行消噪处理,并利用皮尔逊相关系数法对所得IMF分量进行信号重构;其次,在网络首层将大尺寸卷积核与空洞卷积结合,并引入金字塔场景解析网络提出改进的一维多尺度卷积神经网络,对故障特征信息进行提取,采用PSO算法对卷积核进行参数寻优;最后,融合多尺度特征信息完成网络学习,并输入Sofmax分类器,实现滚动轴承故障诊断.采用西储大学轴承数据集和HZXT-DS-001型双跨综合故障模拟实验台的滚动轴承故障数据进行了验证.结果表明,相比传统故障诊断方法该方法可以得到良好的诊断结果.

爆破振动是影响露天矿边坡稳定的重要因素之一。通常采用预裂爆破控制爆破振动效应,降低爆破振动对边坡稳定性的影响。预裂缝宽度是影响降振效果的关键指标。基于预裂缝降振原理,研究预裂缝宽度对优化预裂爆破设计、提高降振效果与保障矿山安全生产具有重要意义。为了研究预裂缝宽度对降振效果的影响规律,结合爆破地震波构成及传递理论,分析了预裂缝对爆破地震波的降振原理,利用数值模拟验证了预裂缝宽度对爆破地震波传递和衰减规律的影响。采用物理相似模拟与数值模拟实验,以质点的峰值振速为判据,针对不同预裂缝宽度时的降振效果进行了定量分析。结果表明:预裂缝宽度由2 cm增加到4 cm时,峰值振速衰减曲线下降趋势急剧,各测点监测的减振率显著增加;随后,预裂缝宽度继续增加到5 cm,峰值振速衰减曲线下降趋势变得平缓,减振率平均增幅为3.25%。随着测点与预裂缝距离的增加,振降效果也随之增加,但增幅会逐渐变得缓和,减振率总体呈现先急、后缓的趋势。

To implement a real-time reduction in NOx,a rapid and accurate model is required.A PLS-ELM model based on the combination of partial least squares(PLS)and the extreme learning machine(ELM)for the establishment of the NOx emission model of utility boilers is ***,the initial input variables of the NOx emission model are determined according to the mechanism ***,the initial input data is extracted by ***,the extracted information is used as the input of the ELM model.A large amount of real data was obtained from the distributed control system(DCS)historical database of a 1 000 MW power plant boiler to train and validate the PLS-ELM *** modeling performance of the PLS-ELM was compared with that of the back propagation(BP)neural network,support vector machine(SVM)and ELM *** mean relative errors(MRE)of the PLS-ELM model were 1.58%for the training dataset and 1.69%for the testing *** prediction precision of the PLS-ELM model is higher than those of the BP,SVM and ELM *** consumption time of the PLS-ELM model is also shorter than that of the BP,SVM and ELM models.

Generating the rogue waves in offshore engineering is investigated,first of all,to forecast its occurrence to protect the offshore structure from being attacked,to study the mechanism and hydrodynamic properties of rouge wave experimentally as well as the rouge/structure interaction for the structure *** achieve these purposes demands an accurate wave generation and *** this paper,we establish a spatial domain model of fourth order nonlinear Schrdinger(NLS) equation for describing deep-water wave trains in the moving coordinate *** order to generate rogue waves in the experimental tank efficiently,we take care that the transient water wave(TWW) determines precisely the concentration of time/*** we simulate the three-dimensional wave using TWW in the numerical tank and modeling the deepwater basin with a double-side multi-segmented wave-maker in Shanghai Jiao Tong University(SJTU) under the linear superposing *** discuss its nonlinearity for guiding the experiment,we set the TWW as the initial condition of the NLS *** differences between the linear and nonlinear simulations are ***,the characteristics of the transient water wave,including water particle velocity and wave slope,are investigated,which are important factors in safeguarding the offshore structures.

This paper presents a systematic model test program to assess the uncertainty of the ship-bank interaction forces,using the planar motion mechanism(PMM)system in a circulating water channel(CWC).Therefore,the uncertainties due to ship-bank distance and water depth are considered,and they are calculated via the partial differentials of the regression formulae based on the test *** general part of the uncertainty analysis(UA)is performed according to the ITTC recommended procedure 7.5-02-06.04,while the uncertainty of speed is identified as the bias limit due to the flow velocity maldistribution in the *** each example test for the UA of ship-bank interaction forces,12 repeated measurements were *** from the UA show that the contribution of water depth error and flow velocity maldistribution to the total uncertainty is noticeable,and the paper explains how they increase with the change of the test *** present study will be useful in understanding the uncertainty regarding the ship-bank interaction force measurement in a CWC.

Most large-scale evapotranspiration(ET)estimation methods require detailed information of land use,land cover,and/or soil type on top of various atmospheric *** complementary relationship of evaporation(CR)takes advantage of the inherent dynamic feedback mechanisms found in the soil−vegetation−atmosphere interface for its estimation of ET rates without the need of such biogeophysical *** estimates over the conterminous United States by a new,globally calibrated,static scaling(GCR-stat)of the generalized complementary relationship(GCR)of evaporation were compared to similar estimates of an existing,calibration-free version(GCR-dyn)of the GCR that employs a temporally varying dynamic *** annual water balances of 327 medium and 18 large watersheds served as ground-truth ET *** long-term monthly mean forcing,GCR-stat(also utilizing precipitation measurements)outperforms GCR-dyn as the latter cannot fully take advantage of its dynamic scaling with such data of reduced temporal ***,in a continuous monthly simulation,GCR-dyn is on a par with GCR-stat,and especially excels in reproducing long-term tendencies in annual catchment ET rates even though it does not require precipitation *** same GCR-dyn estimates were also compared to similar estimates of eight other popular ET products and they generally outperform all of *** this reason,a dynamic scaling of the GCR is recommended over a static one for modeling long-term behavior of terrestrial ET.
