^(13)C-Carbon is the most available source of *** is a relatively inexpensive solid material,which can be easily converted to calcium carbide-^(13)C_(2).In current work,Ca^(13)C_(2)was used for in situ generation of^(13)C_(2)-acetylene in 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition and[4+2]cycloaddition *** the first time,1H-1,2,3-triazoles-4,5-^(13)C_(2)and isoxazoles-4,5-^(13)C_(2)were synthesized using calcium carbide-^(13)C_(2).A Diels-Alder type cycloaddition of 3,6-di(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine and Ca^(13)C_(2)was investigated,and the best way for the synthesis of 3,6-di(pyridin-2-yl)pyridazine-4,5-^(13)C_(2)was proposed for the first *** we perform a detailled description of NMR spectra of^(13)C_(2)-labeled triazoles,isoxazoles and 3,6-di(pyridin-2-yl)pyridazine.

The paper presents the results of investigation of changes in the composition of hydrocarbons and sulfur-containing compounds of an atmospheric residue in the course of cracking in the presence of a tungsten carbide-nickel-chromium(WC/Ni-Cr)catalytic additive and without *** cracking is carried out in an autoclave at 500℃for 30 *** addition of the WC/Ni-Cr additive promotes the deepening of reactions of destruction not only of resins and asphaltenes,but also high molecular weight naphthene-aromatic compounds of the atmospheric *** is shown that the content of low molecular weight C9-C17 n-alkanes and C9-C10 alkylbenzenes rose sharply in the products of cracking with addition of WC/Ni-Cr in comparison with those produced without the ***-and naphthene-substituted aromatic hydrocarbons of benzene,naphthalene,phenanthrene series,polyarenes,benzo-and dibenzothiophenes are identified.

In vivo lung perfusion(IVLP)is a novel isolated lung technique developed to enable the local,in situ administration of high-dose chemotherapy to treat metastatic lung *** therapy using folinic acid(FOL),5-fluorouracil(F),and oxaliplatin(OX)(FOLFOX)is routinely employed to treat several types of solid tumours in various ***,F is characterized by large interpatient variability with respect to plasma concentration,which necessitates close monitoring during treatments using of this *** plasma drug concentrations often do not reflect tissue drug concentrations,it is essential to utilize sample-preparation methods specifically suited to monitoring drug levels in target *** this work,in vivo solid-phase microextraction(in vivo SPME)is proposed as an effective tool for quantitative therapeutic drug monitoring of FOLFOX in porcine lungs during pre-clinical IVLP and intravenous(IV)*** concomitant extraction of other endogenous and exogenous small molecules from the lung and their detection via liquid chromatography coupled to high resolution mass spectrometry(LC-HRMS)enabled an assessment of FOLFOX's impact on the metabolomic profile of the lung and revealed the metabolic pathways associated with the route of administration(IVLP ***)and the therapy *** study also shows that the immediate instrumental analysis of metabolomic samples is ideal,as long-term storage at80℃ results in changes in the metabolite content in the sample extracts.

It is shown that when relativistically intense ultrashort laser pulses are reflected from the boundary of a plasma with a near-critical density,the Doppler frequency shift leads to generation of intense radiation in both the high-frequency(up to the x-ray)and low-frequency(mid-infrared)*** efficiency of energy conversion into the wavelength range above 3μm can reach several percent,which makes it possible to obtain relativistically intense pulses in the mid-infrared *** pulses are synchronized with high harmonics in the ultraviolet and x-ray ranges,which opens up opportunities for high-precision pump–probe measurements,in particular,laser-induced electron diffraction and transient absorption spectroscopy.

Near-IR(wavelength≈1μm)laser ablation of bulk,chemically-inert gold in water was compared for different laser pulse width in broad the range of 300 fs–100 ns,comparing a number of key ablation characteristics:mass loss,singleshot crater volume and extinction coefficient of the generated colloidal solutions taken in the spectral ranges of interband transitions and localized plasmon *** to related air-based ablation results,at the given fluences laser ablation in the liquid resulted in the maximum ablation yield per unit energy and maximum NP yield per pulse and per unit energy for the picosecond lasers,occurring at subcritical peak pulse powers for laser *** self-focusing effect was demonstrated to yield in incomplete,effectively weaker focusing in the water filaments of ultrashort laser pulses with supercritical peak powers,comparing to linear(geometrical)focusing at sub-critical peak *** the other,nanosecondpulse extreme the high ablation yield per pulse,but low ablation yield per unit energy and low NP yield per pulse and per unit energy were related to strong ablation plasma screening,providing mass removal according to the well-established scaling relationships for *** comparison of the ablation and nanoparticle generation efficiency versus the broad fs–ns laser pulse width range was enabled in terms of productivity,economicity,and ergonomicity,using the proposed universal quantitative criteria.

Figuring out rock strength plays essential roles in the sub ground mining activities,such as oil and gas well drilling and hydraulic fracturing,coal mining,tunneling,and other civil engineering *** help understand the effects of the mineralogical composition on evaluating the rock strength,this research tries to establish indirect prediction models of rock strength by specific input mineral contents for common sedimentary *** rock samples collected from the outcrops in the Sichuan Basin,uniaxial compression tests have been conducted to sandstone,carbonate,and shale *** with statistical analysis,the experimental data prove it true that the mineralogical composition can be utilized to predict the rock strength under specific conditions but the effects of mineralogical composition on the rock strength highly depend on the rock *** to the statistical analysis results,the predicted values of rock strengths by the mineral contents can get high accuracies in sandstone and carbonate rocks while no evidences can be found in shale *** best indicator for predicting rock strength should be the quartz content for the sandstone rocks and the dolomite content for the carbonate ***,to improve the evaluation accuracy,the rock strengths of sandstones can be obtained by substituting the mineral contents of quartz and clays,and those of carbonates can be calculated by the mineral contents of dolomite and ***,the research data point out a significant contrast of quartz content in evaluating the rock strength of the sandstone rocks and the carbonate *** quartz content helps increase the sandstone strength but decrease the carbonate *** for shale rocks,no relationship exists between the rock strength and the mineralogical composition(e.g.,the clay fractions).To provide more evidences,detailed discussion also provides the readers more glances into the framework of the rock matrix,which can
