The mechanism o. interactio. between a cell and an external mechanical field is still po.rly understo.d, and the accumulated diverse experimental data are o.ten scattered. Therefo.e, the aim o. this wo.k was to.systematize the experimental data in a mathematical mo.el o. the interactio. between a cell and an external mechanical field based o. standard kinetic equatio.s and Fick’s diffusio. equatio.. Assuming that the co.tical cyto.keleto. pro.eins play a key ro.e in cell mechano.ensitivity, we co.pared the results o. mathematical mo.eling and experimental data co.cerning the co.tent o. cyto.keletal pro.eins at the early stages o. a mechanical field change. In additio., the pro.o.ed mathematical mo.el suggests the dynamics o. changes o. a key transcriptio. facto., which is necessary fo. the expressio. o. certain genes enco.ing cyto.keletal pro.eins.
