Da.a.relea.e 2(DR2) from the Ga.a.mission wa. of grea. help in precise determina.ion of funda.enta. pa.a.eters of Close Visua. Bina.y a.d Multiple Systems(CVBMSs), especia.ly ma.ses of their components, which a.e crucia. pa.a.eters in understa.ding forma.ion a.d evolution of sta.s a.d ga.a.ies. This a.ticle presents the complete set of funda.enta. pa.a.eters for two nea.by close visua. bina.y systems(CVBSs), which a.e HIP 19206 a.d HIP 84425. We utilised a.combina.ion of two methods;the first one is Tokovinin's dyna.ica. method to solve the orbit of the system a.d to estima.e orbita. elements a.d the dyna.ica. ma.s sum, a.d the second one is a.-Wa.da.'s method for a.a.ysing CVBMSs to estima.e the physica. pa.a.eters of the individua. components. The la.est method employs grids of Kurucz linebla.keted pla.e pa.a.lel model a.mospheres to build synthetic Spectra. Energy Distributions(SEDs) of the individua. components. Trigonometric pa.a.la. mea.urements given by Ga.a.DR2 a.d Hippa.cos ca.a.ogues a.e used to a.a.yse the two systems. The difference in these mea.urements yielded slight discrepa.cies in the funda.enta. pa.a.eters of the individua. components, especia.ly ma.ses. So, a.new dyna.ica. pa.a.la. is suggested in this work ba.ed on the most convenient ma.s sum a. given by ea.h of the two methods. The new dyna.ica. pa.a.la. for the system HIP 19205 of 22.97±0.95 ma. coincides well with the trigonometric one reported recently(in December 2020) by Ga.a.EDR3 of 22.3689 ± 0.4056 ma.. The positions of the components of the two systems on the evolutiona.y tra.ks a.d isochrones a.e plotted, which suggest tha. a.l components a.e sola.-type ma.n sequence sta.s. Their most proba.le forma.ion a.d evolution scena.ios a.e a.so discussed.

We selected pa.ers ba.ed on our inclusion ***: In this survey, we reviewed 98 a.ticles tha. fulfilled our inclusion criteria. a.series of Schiff ba.e a.d their deriva.ive (oxa.epine) ha.e been synthesized. 8-hydra.one(schiff-ba.es) deriva.ives type (E)-2-(1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]tria.ole-1-yl)-N-(substituted benzylidene)a.eto-hydra.ide were prepa.ed by condensa.ion 1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]tria.ol-1-yl)hydra.ine with va.ious a.oma.ic a.dehyde in etha.ol in the presence of dimethyl forma.id or a.etic a.id a. ca.a.yst by using MWI to yield the Schiff ba.es. These Schiff’s ba.e on trea.ment with Ma.eic a.hydride in dry conditions by using MWI to give 7-membered heterocyclic ring system (oxeza.ine) of (2-(1H)benzo[d][1,2,3]tria.ol-1-yl)-N-(2-(substituted penyl)-4, 7-dioxo-4,7-dihydro-1,3-oxa.epin-3-(2H)-yl)a.eta.ide. The purity of the compounds wa. confirmed by TLC. The fina. products were identified by their melting point, IR, 1HNMR, a.d UV-visible spectra.

S. a.reus isola.ed from neona.a. septicemia.were used to study the effect of deferoxa.ine a.d sub-minima. inhibitory concentra.ion of genta.icine on some virulence fa.tors of this isola.es. a.so a. experimenta. sepsis wa. inducted in mice a.d trea.ed with genta.icin a.d deferoxa.ine. The expression of virulence fa.tor (a.pha.hemolysin, beta.hemolysin, delta.hemolysin, coa.ula.e, a.d DNa.e) by Sta.hylococcus?a.reus isola.es wa. significa.tly decrea.ed (p a.ter exposure to DFO a.d/or genta.icin. The da.a.of the present study showed tha. using of DFO led to significa.t decrea.e (p a.ity ra.e of mice infected with S. a.reus. In a.murine model of S. a.reus sepsis, deferoxa.ine trea.ment ha. a. a.ditiona. effect on surviva. a.d ba.teria. era.ica.ion from the orga.s of septicemic mice. In vitro exposure of S. a.reus isola.ed to genta.icin a.d deferoxa.ine led to a.decrea.e in the production of some virulence fa.tors by these isola.es.

Ma.ine derived fungi a.e considered a. a.promising source of novel drugs due to their biodiversity a.d consequent chemo-diversity. a.though ma.ine microorga.isms especia.ly fungi a.e not well defined ta.onomica.ly, ma.ing this a.promising frontier for the discovery of new medicines. This study focused on ma.ine derived fungi a. a.model for bioa.tive explora.ion for new entities with a.ti-infla.ma.ory a.d a.tioxida.t ca.a.ity. Three in-vitro a.sa.s were used to investiga.e the bioa.tive a.tioxida.t potentia.ity of funga. extra.ts. Thioba.bituric a.id (TBa.S),α,α-Diphenyl-β- picrylhydra.yl (DPPH) a.d NO a.sa. a.e ba.ed on their tota. phenolic a.d fla.onoid content of ea.h extra.t group. Ch. globosum recorded the highest a.tioxida.t a.tivity (92.82%) in TBa.S a.sa., while G. da.ka.iensis ca.e first by recording 59.28% in DPPH a.sa. in compa.ison with a.corbic a.id (61.83%). In NO inhibition a.sa., N. oryza. showed 49.3% compa.ing with a.corbic a.id (73.12%). From the prelimina.y result of our extra.ts, we ca. consider the ma.ine derived fungi extra.ts a. promising a.tioxida.t a.d a.ti-infla.ma.ory drug ca.dida.e.
