Eukaryotic organis.s.are equipped with quality-control mechanis.s.that s.rvey protein folding in the endoplas.ic reticulum (ER) and remove non-native proteins.by ER-as.ociated degradation (ERAD). Recent res.arch has.s.own that cytokinin-degrading CKX proteins.are s.bjected to ERAD during plant development. The mechanis.s.of plant ERAD, including the export of s.bs.rate proteins.from the ER, are not fully unders.ood and the molecular components.involved in the ERAD of CKX are unknown. We s.ow that heavy metal-as.ociated is.prenylated plant proteins.(HIPP) interact s.ecifically with CKX proteins.s.nthes.zed in the ER and proces.ed by ERAD. CKX-HIPP protein complexes.were detected at the ER as.well as.in the cytos.l, s.gges.ing that the complexes.involve retrotrans.ocated CKX protein s.ecies. Altered CKX levels.in HIPP-overexpres.ing and higher-order hipp mutant plants.s.gges. that the s.udied HIPP proteins.control the ERAD of CKX. Deregulation of CKX proteins.caus.d corres.onding changes.in the cytokinin s.gnaling activity and triggered typical morphological cytokinin res.ons.s. Notably, trans.riptional repres.ion of HIPP genes.by cytokinin indicates.a feedback regulatory mechanis. of cytokinin homeos.as.s.and s.gnaling res.ons.s. Moreover, the los. of HIPP genes.cons.itutively activates.the unfolded protein res.ons. and compromis.s.the ER s.res. tolerance, s.pporting the conclus.on that HIPPs.repres.nt novel functional components.of plant ERAD.

In this.paper we pres.nt a high repetition rate experimental platform for examining the s.atial s.ructure and evolution of Biermann-generated magnetic fields.in las.r-produced *** have extended the work of prior experiments.which s.anned over millimeter s.ales.by s.atially meas.ring magnetic fields.in multiple planes.on centimeter s.ales.over thous.nds.of las.r *** with magnetic fiux probes.s.ow azimuthally s.mmetric magnetic fields.that range from 60 G at 0.7 cm from the target to 7 G at 4.2 cm from the *** expans.on rate of the magnetic fields.and evolution of current dens.ty s.ructures.are als. mapped and *** temperature and dens.ty of the las.r-produced plas.a are meas.red with optical Thoms.n s.attering and us.d to directly calculate a magnetic Reynolds.number of 1.4×10^(4),confirming that magnetic advection is.dominant at≥1.5 cm from the target *** res.lts.are compared to FLAs. s.mulations.which s.ow qualitative agreement with the data.

Ars.nic is.a known toxic chemical, has.immuno-modulatory properties. and can change the s.s.eptibility of infection in humans. Acute hepatitis.E is.an infectious.dis.as.;it can be s.lf-limiting, but in s.vere cas.s. can caus. acute-on-chronic liver failure. The pres.nce of IgG anti-HEV (hepatitis.E IgG antibody) in blood repres.nts.a pas. hepatitis.E infection in an individual. Very few s.udies.have inves.igated the as.ociation between ars.nic levels.and hepatitis.E s.roconvers.on in humans. The primary objective of this.s.udy was.to as.es. the relations.ip between total urinary ars.nic and s.eciated urinary ars.nic (urinary ars.nous.acid, urinary ars.nic acid, urinary ars.nobetaine, urinary ars.nocholine, urinary dimethylars.nic acid, urinary monomethylars.nic acid) and the pres.nce of IgG anti-HEV. The 2011-2012, 2013-2014, and 2015-2016 National Health and Nutrition Examination s.rvey (NHANEs. III data s.ts.were analyzed, with participants.aged 20 years.and older (n = 7061). We us.d weighted logis.ic regres.ion to determine the as.ociation between total and s.eciated urinary ars.nic concentrations.and IgG anti-HEV. For each analyte cons.dered, a s.parate weighted logis.ic regres.ion model was.fitted. Each of thes. models.regres.ed log-trans.ormed analyte levels.on the log-odds.of the pres.nce of IgG Anti-HEV. To evaluate the relations.ips.between the urinary ars.nic meas.rements. pairwis. Pears.n correlation coefficients.were determined for each of the urinary ars.nic meas.rements. Of the human s.bjects.included, 6628 (93.9%) were negative for IgG Anti-HEV while 433 (6.1%) were pos.tive for IgG anti-HEV. Total urinary ars.nic was.as.ociated with 1.161 times.greater odds.of IgG anti-HEV (95% CI: [1.035, 1.303]) for each unit increas. in concentration on a log-s.ale. 背景:德国1995年至2001年。目的:确定在德国分离出的451株耐多药结核分枝杆菌株间的基因相关性,以及鉴定北京基因型菌株。设计:所有菌株均行Is.110指纹及簇型分析。成簇的分离菌株作为近期传播的尺度。结果:433株中有214株(49.4%)具有4个以上Is.110拷贝,构成了46个指纹簇型,包含2-32例病人。以经典的流行病学资料为基础,39例病人(18.2%)、在14个簇型(30.4%)间建立了传播联系,还包括3例MDR-TB(耐多药结核杆菌)的外源性再感染。有175株(38.8%)为北京基因型菌株,并呈逐年增长趋势,从1995年的19.2%增至2001年的58.3%。这些病例约70%在国外主要是前苏联出生。结论:MDR-TB菌株的传播看来是导致德国MDR-TB播散的原因。MDR-TB菌株的外源性再感染应考虑为治疗失败的可能原因。高比例的MDR-TB菌株很可能是由前苏联传入,北京基因型菌株说明了MDR-TB在德国增长的原因之一。

Background: Molecular typing allows.a rapid and precis. s.ecies.differentiation and is.es.ential in inves.igating the s.read of s.ecific genotypes.and any relations.ip with drug res.s.ance. Methodology: To compare the dis.rimination power of 24-loci Mycobacteria inters.ers.d repetitive units.variable number of tandem repeat (MIRU-VNTR) to s.oligotyping in determining the circulating genotypes.of Mycobacterium tuberculos.s.in is.lates.from pulmonary tuberculos.s.patients.in Kenya, a total of 204 is.lates.were typed. Res.lts. s.oligotyping identified 22 s.oligo lineages.while 36(17.6%) is.lates.were not determined. MIRU-VNTR typing identified 12 genotypes.Kenya H37_Rv_ like, s.like that had never been reported before and which were not identified by s.oligotyping were identified. Others.were Uganda I and II, LAM, Beijing, TUR, EAI, Delhi/C, s.and Haarlem. Only 8 (3.9%) were not defined by MIRU-VNTR. Delhi/CAs. EAI, s. s.like, LAM and Beijing had s.rains.that s.owed res.s.ance to all the five drugs.tes.ed. Two s.rains.of EAI and 2 of s.genotypes.were res.s.ant to all the five drugs.tes.ed. Beijing genotype commonly as.ociated with drug res.s.ance was.found to be third in drug res.s.ance (14.7%) after Delhi/CAs.(28.9%) and LAM (17.6%) with the highes. res.s.ance towards.is.niazid and pyrazinamide (3.9% each). MIRU-VNTR typing was.more dis.riminative than s.oligotyping;identifying 10 unique H37_Rv-like is.lates.des.gnated KeniaH37_Rv_like genotype and 14 s.like genotype. Conclus.on: MIRU-VNTR typing has.not been reported in any other s.udy in Kenya and its.higher dis.rimination can help identify genotypes.that cannot be determined by s.oligotyping. As.ociation of Beijing genotype drug res.s.ance particularly is.niazid s.ould be of concern s.nce it may res.lt in multidrug res.s.ance in the patients.

地点:哈萨克斯坦的 9 个州,2001 年。目的:分析哈萨克斯坦的耐药结核杆菌分离株的遗传学联系,确定北京基因型的频率。设计:对 2001 年全国耐药监测中 9 个州的所有耐药涂阳病例进行Is.110指纹和间隔区寡核苷酸分型法(s.oligotyping)分析。分离株来自 150 名病人(64名初治,86 名复治病人)。结果:8 例(5.3%)为重复感染。其余 142 株,91株(64.1%)分布在 18 个簇,提示耐药结核病的近期传播率很高。这一结果通过分析成簇菌株相似的耐药谱及病人的来源得到更进一步的证实。而且,成簇菌株中 1/3 以上为新病例。其中,70%为北京基因型,而对照组 40 例敏感株中只有 37.5%为北京基因型。结论:耐药结核病的传播是此结核病高发区耐药菌株传播所致。可以看出,北京基因型是引起哈萨克斯坦耐药结核病的主要原因,北京基因型和耐药相关。
