对于许多人来说,“反资本主义”的概念过于宽泛,缺乏必要的政治信念来指导左翼的战略和战术。如今,反资本主义作为一种民主斗争的组织形式仍被忽视。在不同时期,亦出于不同目的,反资本主义组织有可能以纵向、横向、集中抑或分散的形式组织聚集。我们无法预先确定反资本主义的组织特性,因为它总是由斗争的需求所决定的。然而,我们可以探索反资本主义组织的政治精神价值。反资本主义的魅力在于,它能以外显于形、内在于心的匮乏促使主体及时行乐,驱动其作出政治承诺。因此,精神分析理论有助于让人们思考反资本主义形式如何在充满政治斗争的紧张环境中培育关乎解放的知识、行为和存在方式。

Emphysematous cystitis is a rare complication of lower urinary tract infection whose prognosis is conditioned by the delay in treatment. The predisposition of diabetic patients to urinary infections caused by gas-producing bacteria is considered one of the most common factors in the occurrence of emphysematous cystitis. The currently recommended diagnostic test is CT scanning, which has definite value in assessing gas accumulation in the bladder wall and lumen. The authors report the observations of two patients aged 68 and 80 who were treated for emphysematous cystitis complicating diabetes mellitus. The evolution was favorable under treatment with antibiotic therapy, insulin therapy and bladder drainage.

Introduction: Urological emergencies play a significant role in the medical and surgical activity of a urology department. The objective of this study was to determine the hospital prevalence of urological emergencies at the University Hospital of Brazzaville (CHUB), identify the different pathologies requiring urgent care, and list the various therapeutic methods. Patients and methods: A retrospective study of patients admitted to the medical and surgical emergencies department of CHUB over a 5-year period. Patient records admitted and treated for a urological emergency were included. The variables studied were the frequency of urological emergencies, patient age at admission, gender, nature of the emergency, and various therapeutic options. Results: Urological emergencies accounted for 4.3% of all medical and surgical emergencies. The mean age was 57 ± 28 years with a range of 3 to 93 years. The male-to-female ratio was 7.1. The most common conditions were urinary retention (54.67%), hematuria (17.20%), and renal colic (8.13%). Therapeutically, surgical urinary drainage was dominated by cystostomy. Conclusion: Urological emergencies are infrequent at the University Hospital of Brazzaville. Their management is often delayed.

Advances in joint roughness coefficient (JRC) and its engineering applications

The joint roughness coefficient (JRC), introduced in Barton (1973) represented a new method in rock mechanics and rock engineering to deal with problems related to joint roughness and shear strength estimation. It has the advantages of its simple form, easy estimation, and explicit consideration of scale effects, which make it the most widely accepted parameter for roughness quantification since it was proposed. As a result, JRC has attracted the attention of many scholars who have developed JRC-related methods in many areas, such as geological engineering, multidisciplinary geosciences, mining mineral processing, civil engineering, environmental engineering, and water resources. Because of such a developing trend, an overview of JRC is presented here to provide a clear perspective on the concepts, methods, applications, and trends related to its extensions. This review mainly introduces the origin and connotation of JRC, JRC-related roughness measurement, JRC estimation methods, JRC-based roughness characteristics investigation, JRC-based rock joint property description, JRC's influence on rock mass properties, and JRC-based rock engineering applications. Moreover, the representativeness of the joint samples and the determination of the sampling interval for rock joint roughness measurements are discussed. In the future, the existing JRC-related methods will likely be further improved and extended in rock engineering.

As "the third pole", the Tibetan Plateau(TP) is sensitive to climate forcing and has experienced rapid warming in recent decades. This study analyzes annual and seasonal near-surface air temperature changes on the TP in response to transient and stabilized 2.0℃/1.5℃ global warming targets based on simulations of the Community Earth System Model(CESM). Elevation-dependent warming(EDW) with faster warming at higher elevations is predicted. A surface energy budget analysis is adopted to uncover the mechanisms responsible for the temperature changes. Our results indicate a clear amplified warming on the TP with positive EDW in 2.0℃/1.5℃ warmer futures, especially in the cold season. Mean TP warming relative to the reference period(1961–90) is dominated by an enhanced downward longwave radiation flux, while the variations in surface albedo shape the detailed pattern of EDW. For the same global warming level, the temperature changes under transient scenarios are ~0.2℃ higher than those under stabilized scenarios, and the characteristics of EDW are broadly similar for both scenarios. These differences can be primarily attributed to the combined effects of differential downward longwave radiation, cloud radiative forcing, and surface sensible and latent heat fluxes. These findings contribute to a more detailed understanding of regional climate on the TP in response to the long-term climate goals of the Paris Agreement and highlight the differences between transient and stabilized warming scenarios.
