MRI or histopathological tumour re.re.sion grade.TRG) scale. to de.ine.good and poor re.ponde.s we.e.include. in re.ation to outcome. [local re.urre.ce.LR), distant re.urre.ce.dR), dise.se.fre. survival(dFS), and ove.all survival(OS)]. Qualitative.data(LR, dR, dFS and OS) we.e.pre.e.te. as range.. The.ove.all proportion of poor re.ponde.s afte. ne.-adjuvant che.oradiothe.apy(CRT) was 37.7%(95%CI: 30.1-45.8). The.e.we.e.19 diffe.e.t re.orte. histopathological scale. and one.MRI re.re.sion scale.mrT RG). Clinical studie. use. nine.and six histopathological scale. for poor and good re.ponde.s, re.pe.tive.y. All studie. using MRI to de.ine.good and poor re.ponse.use. one.scale. The.most common histopathological de.inition for good re.ponse.was the.Mandard grade. 1 and 2 or dworak grade. 3 and 4; Mandard 3, 4 and 5 and dworak 0, 1 and 2 we.e.use. for poor re.ponse.
