保护历史环境需要在其自身价值与历史建筑面临的新挑战之间保持平衡。因此,工业遗产作为一个国家经济和社会发展的体现,代表着一种文化价值。尽管工业遗产是一种相对较新的遗产,其同样有适应性再利用的需求。为了实现这一功能,建筑信息模型(BIM)平台的出现至关重要,因为它可以在遗产项目或历史建筑信息模型(HBIM)中开发干预项目的所有周期。该模型在几何形状精度方面的质量无疑是研究人员、学者和专业人员面临的挑战之一。为了解模型的质量和精确度,本文分析了西班牙拉帕尔马(La Palma de. Condado)火车站,一个具有遗产价值的工业建筑案例。所使用的研究方法基于从扫描(Scan)到建筑信息模型(BIM)的第一阶段;在BIM-ArchiCAD环境下获得建筑物的几何形状后,将信息模型与便携激光扫描仪(PSL)获得的点云进行比较。在实验工作中,使用了Cyclone.Re.iste. 360软件进行处理,获得的结果表明这两种模型在云和几何图形之间可能存在显著差异。

目的评估2007年中开始的澳大利亚人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）疫苗计划对生殖器疣患病情况的影响。设计国家调查数据趋势分析。数据来源数据收集于2004--2011年度澳大利亚8所性健康服务机构；其中2所最大的临床中心收集了自我报告的本中心2009年度HPV疫苗现状。研究对象2004--2011年度首次就诊的85770名澳大利亚出生的国民；其中7686（9．0％）名患生殖器疣。主要结局测量比较前疫苗时期（2004—2007年中）和疫苗时期（2007年中-2001年末）不同人群生殖器疣新发病率变化趋势。结果疫苗时期21岁以下和21～30岁女性诊断患有生殖器疣的比例明显下降，发病率分别从2007年度的11．5％和11．3％下降至2011年度的0．85％和3．1％，P均〈0．001。在30岁以上的女性中未发现发病率的明显下降。在21岁以下和21～30岁异性恋男性人群中疫苗时期生殖器疣的发病率较前疫苗时期明显下降，分别由2007年度12．1％和18．2％下降至2011年度2．2％和8．9％，P均〈0．001。30岁以上的异性恋男性人群中发病率无明显下降。2011年235名21岁以下女性在使用HPV疫苗后无新发生殖器疣病例。结论年轻女性生殖器疣发病率的显著下降和2011年度部分年轻女性使用疫苗后的零发病率，说明HPV疫苗获得实验室外的良好功效。异性恋男性生殖器疣发病率的显著下降可能是由于群体免疫所致。

目的：本声明旨在回顾有关儿童卒中的文献，为最佳的诊断和治疗提供推荐意见，供负责诊断和治疗婴儿、儿童和青少年脑血管病的医生使用。方法：写作组成员由美国心脏协会卒中委员会科学声明监督委员会任命，由多个不同领域的专家组成。应用美国心脏协会卒中委员会的证据分级标准对每条推荐意见进行分级。在经过小组成员审查后，草稿由4位同行评议专家和卒中委员会指导委员会成员审阅，并由美国心脏协会科学咨询和协调委员会批准。我们预计该声明需在4年内进行更新。结果：为镰状细胞病、烟雾病、颈一脑动脉夹层分离和心源性栓塞引起的缺血性卒中的预防提供循证推荐，同时为出血性卒中的评价和处理提供推荐意见。提出儿童使用肝素和华法林的剂量方案。另外，还为围产期卒中和儿童脑静脉窦血栓形成的评价和处理提供推荐。
