In the.sche.e. the.che.kpoint e.e.ute. by e.ch pe.r(i.e., a re.ource. is use. as an inte.me.iate.re.ult and e.e.ute. in othe. pe.rs via its duplication and transmission. As the.che.kpoint is close.to a final re.ult, the.re.uction of e.e.ution time.for e.ch task be.ome. highe., le.ding to re.ucing turnaround time. To e.aluate.the.pe.formance.of our sche.uling sche.e.in te.ms of transmission cost and e.e.ution time. an analytical mode. with an e.be.de. Markov chain is pre.e.te.. We.also conduct simulations with a failure.rate.of tasks and compare.the.pe.formance.of our sche.uling sche.e.with that of the.e.isting sche.e.base. on clie.t-se.ve. archite.ture. Pe.formance.re.ults show that our sche.uling sche.e.is supe.ior to the.e.isting sche.e.with re.pe.t to the.re.uction of e.e.ution time.and turnaround time.

Particle. we.e.characte.ize. with diffe.e.t te.hnique. such as XRD, XRF, Se. and e.S. The.XRD and XRF analysis of Me. ide.tifie. the.dominant e.iste.ce.of crystalline.magne.ite. Furthe.more. the.morphological analysis of Me. confirme. the.agglome.ate.porous morphology of magne.ite. Oxyge. and iron, the.main constitue.ts of magne.ite.we.e.acknowle.ge. during the.e.e.e.tal analysis using e.S. The.phosphate.adsorption on Me. is we.l e.plaine. using various isothe.m and kine.ic mode.s, e.hibiting the.monolaye. adsorption of phosphate.on the.surface.of Me.. The.maximum adsorption capacity was de.e.mine. 6.41 mg/g. Base. on particle.size.(45–75 and 75–150 μm) and e.pty be. contact time.(1 and 2 h), four columns we.e.ope.ate. for 54 days. Me. we.e.appe.re. succe.sful to re.ove.all phosphate.conce.tration from the.column influe.t having 2 mg/L conce.tration. The.e.ore. we.e.aluate. the.incide.ce.of complications following CRP in me. ne.ly diagnose. with mPCa. A total of 68 patie.ts who unde.we.t CRP from 2006 to 2014 at four te.tiary surgical ce.te.s we.e.compare. to 598 me. who unde.we.t radical prostate.tomy for clinically localize. prostate.cance. （PCa）. Urinary incontine.ce.was de.ine. as the.use.of any pad. CRP had longe. ope.ative.time. （200 min vs 140 min, P 〈 0.0001） and highe. e.timate. blood loss （250 ml vs 125 ml, P 〈 0.0001） compare. to the.control group. Howe.e., both ove.all （8.82% vs 5.85%） and major complication rate. （4.41% vs 2.17%） we.e.comparable.be.we.n the.two groups. Importantly, urinary incontine.ce.rate.at 1-ye.r afte. surge.y was significantly highe. in the.CRP group （57.4% vs 90.8%, P 〈 0.0001）. Univariate.logistic analysis showe. that the.e.timate. blood loss was the.only inde.e.de.t pre.ictor of pe.iope.ative.complications both in the.unadjuste. mode. （OR： 1.18; 95% Ch 1.02-1.37; P= 0.025） and surge.y type.adjuste. mode. （OR： 1.17; 95% Ch 1.01-1.36; P= 0.034）. AIM: To inve.tigate.the.prognostic significance.of S100A4 e.pre.sion in colore.tal cance. and its corre.ation with e.pre.sion of e.cadhe.in and p53. Me.HODS: A cohort of archival formalin-fixe. paraff ine.be.de. spe.ime.s was se.e.te. from 127 patie.ts with colore.tal cance. who unde.we.t surgical re.e.tion be.we.n April 2000 and March 2004 at the.De.artme.t of Surge.y, Kore. Unive.sity Guro Hospital. The.e.pre.sion of prote.n S100A4 was e.aluate. according to the.proportion of positive.y staine. cance. ce.ls. In e.ch case. thre. core.biopsie. with a diame.e. of 2 mm we.e.punche. out and positione. in a re.ipie.t paraff in array block. Four-μm se.tions of the.e.tissue.array blocks we.e.use. for immunohistoche.ical analysis of prote.n S100A4, e.cadhe.in, and p53. Clinicopathological data we.e.base. on the.original histopathologic re.orts and clinical re.ords of patie.ts. Re.ULTS: In normal colore.tal mucosa, prote.n S100A4 immunore.ctivity was cle.rly abse.t in both cytoplasm and nucle.s. Howe.e., positive.immunore.ctivity of prote.n S100A4 was de.e.te. in 45 (35.4%) of the.tumor case.. The.e.was no significant association be.we.n positive.immunore.ctivity of prote.n S100A4 and clinicopathological parame.e.s such as tumor diffe.e.tiation or TNM stage. and also no corre.ation be.we.n the.re.ctivity and e.cadhe.in or p53 e.pre.sion. Howe.e., positive.immunore.ctivity of prote.n S100A4 was found to be.associate. with tumor re.urre.ce.(P = 0.004), and was also associate. with significantly worse.ove.all survival in the.Kaplan-Me.e. survival analysis (P = 0.044). Afte. adjustme.t for tumor diffe.e.tiation, tumor de.th and nodal status, howe.e., it faile. to achie.e.statistical significance.(P = 0.067). CONCLUSION: The.e.pre.sion of prote.n S100A4 is associate. with tumor re.urre.ce.and poor ove.all survival in patie.ts with colore.tal cance..
