In this paper we present the science potential of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry(eXTP) mission for studies of strongly magnetized objects. We will focus on the physics and astrophysics of strongly magnetized objects, namely magnetars, accreting X-ray pulsars, and rotation powered pulsars. We also discuss the science potential of eXTP for QED studies. Developed by an international Consortium led by the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the eXTP mission is expected to be launched in the mid 2020s.

Obesity represents a major health problem worldwide. World health organization estimated that over 650 million adults were obese in 2016 and 1.9 billion were overweight (1). In the United States, the prevalence of obesity is approximately 36%, whereas it ranges from 10% to 30% in different countries (1-3) in Europe. It is well known that obesity is a strong risk factor for a number of diseases, including diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary artery disease, obstructive sleep apnea, chronic kidney disease, depression, and several cancers, such as breast, uterus and colorectal cancer (3).

Omega-3 fatty acids(Ω3 FA)are essential nutritional components with beneficial effects on fatty liver and metabolic syndrome affecting blood lipid profiles,membrane lipid composition,eicosanoid biosynthesis,cell signaling cascades,and gene expression(1).They are also involved in a number of metabolic process,including inhibition of several aspects of inflammation,such as leucocyte chemotaxis,adhesion molecule expression and leucocyte-endothelial adhesive interactions,production of eicosanoids like prostaglandins and leukotrienes,production of inflammatory cytokines and T cell reactivity(2).Ω3 FA are particularly abundant in fish and other seafood.

液体深度除湿是实现低湿度行业低碳转型的一种有效途径。目前,具有深度除湿潜力(极低蒸气压、非结晶和无腐蚀)的离子液体是传统盐溶液的理想替代。本研究搭建了离子液体深度除湿实验平台,并分析了不同运行工况下的除湿性能。结果表明:降膜/鼓泡吸收方式均能实现较高的深度除湿效果,最低出风含湿量可降至2.0 g/kg(da)以下。同时,对于进口含湿量为3.3 g/kg(da)的低湿工况,降膜装置的除湿效率仅为40%左右。然而,鼓泡装置的除湿效率可达到81%,有效开发了离子液体的深度除湿潜力。此外,总结了两种吸收方式的先进性与适用性,为离子液体深度除湿技术的应用提供指导。

In this White Paper we present the potential of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry(eXTP) mission for studies related to Observatory Science targets. These include flaring stars, supernova remnants, accreting white dwarfs, low and high mass X-ray binaries, radio quiet and radio loud active galactic nuclei, tidal disruption events, and gamma-ray bursts. eXTP will be excellently suited to study one common aspect of these objects: their often transient nature. Developed by an international Consortium led by the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Science, the eXTP mission is expected to be launched in the mid 2020s.

基础设施建设可以极大地带动经济的发展,因而成为了现代经济发展的重要支柱。正因为基础设施建设在经济发展中扮演着如此重要的角色,本文重点关注当今环境下影响欧洲各国基础设施建设的宏观经济因素,并研究未来基础设施建设将应通过何种渠道进行融资。世界经济先后经历了美国次级债务危机和欧洲主权债务违约,出现了较为明显的下滑,遭受重创。本文重点关注世界宏观经济格局震动期间和情况依旧不甚明朗的将来基础设施建设融资方面可能发生的变化。事实上,在危机之前,基础设施建设资金主要依赖政府预算和税收收入。然而,在欧洲诸多国家经历了主权债务违约和政府收支不平衡之后,欧洲各国政府资产负债表不堪入目,资不抵债现象严重。可以预见,欧洲各国政府今后很难负担得起基础设施建设方面的庞大开支。眼下宏观经济环境极其恶劣,欧洲各国不得不采取紧缩的财政政策和不断削减政府开支,因而政府不得不为基础设施建设寻找新的融资渠道,以弥补政府预算不足。根据经济合作与发展组织的预测,2020年欧洲各国总计需要投入于基础设施建设的资金将高达2万亿欧元。本文着眼于为欧洲各国政府寻找新的资金来源,重点分析私人领域在基础设施建设融资方面越来越重要的影响力。然而,在私人领域,我们也将关注基础设施建设项目所经历的变化,尤其是巴塞尔银行监管委员会对银行资产流动性和为了抵抗高风险资产的准备金率提出的全球通行的新标准。监管层对银行风险资金日益严苛的要求使得商业银行对投资长期且风险较高的项目热情减淡,也更为谨慎。也就是说,巴塞尔协议Ⅲ的出台限制了传统商业银行在基础设施建设融资方面可以发挥的作用。因而,今后欧洲各国政府和金融机构应该为基础设施建设寻找创新性的融资渠道。其中之一是通过私人和公共领域的合作共同为基础设施建设提供项目资金。因此,本文将重点关注项目融资的一种全新方式,即私人和公共领域的合作,以及该种融资方式在后危机时代可能呈现的变化。本文的第一部分关注欧洲各国基础设施项目建设的资金短缺现象,以及可能的融资渠道。尤其关注了私人和公共领域的合作融资以及其相对于传统融资渠道的优越性。通过建立和分析一个详实的数据库,本文的第二部分研究项目融资模式近几年来的变迁,美国次级债危机和欧洲各国主权债务违约前后基础设施建设项目所呈现的不同特点,以及私人融资成本较高的原因分析。为了证实研究假设,本文建立了一个实务模型以分析决定贷款定价和银团融资息差的主要因素。最终,在学习英国经验的基础上,本文建议欧洲各国政府应该尽快采取修缮性的措施以重塑市场信心,重启项目融资大门,为项目融资提供新的渠道,尤其是推动私人资本在基础设施建设方面的投资。

Photonic and plasmonic devices rely on nanoscale control of the local density of optical states(LDOS)in dielectric and metallic *** tremendous progress in designing and tailoring the electric LDOS of nano-resonators requires an investigation tool that is able to access the detailed features of the optical localized resonant modes with deep-subwavelength spatial *** scenario has motivated the development of different nanoscale imaging ***,we prove that a technique involving the combination of scanning near-field optical microscopy with resonant scattering spectroscopy enables imaging the electric LDOS in nano-resonators with outstanding spatial resolution(λ/19)by means of a pure optical method based on light *** this technique,we investigate the properties of photonic crystal nanocavities,demonstrating that the resonant modes appear as characteristic Fano line shapes,which arise from ***,by monitoring the spatial variation of the Fano line shape,we locally measure the phase modulation of the resonant modes without the need of external heterodyne *** novel,deep-subwavelength imaging method allows us to access both the intensity and the phase modulation of localized electric ***,this technique could be implemented on any type of platform,being particularly appealing for those based on non-optically active material,such as silicon,glass,polymers,or metals.
