With remarkable learning capabilities and swift operational speeds,artificial intelligence(AI)can assist researchers in swiftly extracting valuable patterns,trends,and associations from subjective *** behaviors are characterized by dependence on systems,evolution with time,and multidisciplinary *** friction process involves a variety of phenomena,including mechanics,thermology,electricity,optics,magnetics,and so ***,tribological information possesses the distinct characteristics of being multidisciplinary,multilevel,and multiscale,so that the application of AI in tribology is highly *** delineate the scope,classification,and recent trends of AI implementation in tribology,this review embarks on exploration of the tribology research *** comprehensively outlines the utilization of AI in basic theory of tribology,intelligent tribology,component tribology,extreme tribology,bio-tribology,green tribology,and other ***,considering the emergence of"tribo-informatics"as a novel interdisciplinary field,which combines tribology with informatics,this review elucidates the future directions and research framework of"AI for tribology".In this paper,tribo-system information is divided into 5 categories:input information(I),system intrinsic information(S),output information(O),tribological state information(Ts),and derived state information(Ds).Then,a fusion method among 5 types of tribo-system information and different AI technologies(regression,classification,clustering,and dimension reduction)has been proposed,which enables tribo-informatics methods to solve common problems such as tribological behavior state monitoring,behavior prediction,and system *** purpose of this review is to offer a systematic comprehension of tribo-informatics and to inspire new research ideas of ***,it aspires to enhance the efficiency of problem-solving in tribology.

Digital rock physics(DRP)is a paramount technology to improve the economic benefits of oil and gas fields,devise more scientific oil and gas field development plans,and create digital oil and gas ***,a significant gap is present between DRP theory and practical *** digital-core construction focuses only on simple cores,and the recognition and segmentation effect of fractures and pores of complex cores is *** identification of rock minerals is inaccurate,which leads to the difference between the digital and actual *** promote the application of DRP in developing oil and gas fields,based on the high-precision X-ray computed tomography scanning technology,the U-Net deep learning model of the full convolution neural network is used to segment the pores,fractures,and matrix from the complex rock core with natural fractures ***,the distribution of rock minerals is divided,and the distribution of rock conditions is corrected by X-ray diffraction.A pore—fracture network model is established based on the equivalent radius,which lays the foundation for fluid seepage ***,the accuracy of the established a digital core is verified by the porosity measured via nuclear magnetic resonance technology,which is of great significance to the development and application of DRP in oil and gas fields.

院前急救医疗服务一直是城市医疗公共服务建设的重要内容,其城市院前急救医疗站点空间分布合理与否,直接影响急救医疗服务的效用。本文综合利用地理国情数据、交通大数据和统计数据,提出了以出行便利度、均等度、人口覆盖度和人口协调度4个空间测度,对急救医疗站点的空间分布特征进行分析的方法,用于识别现有站点布局存在的问题。针对存在的问题,结合现有站点和潜在站点,研究了全局和局部优化方法。以合肥市为例进行验证,结果表明站点空间特征分析方法能够有效识别现有站点布局存在的问题,站点布局优化的结果能够有效提高服务效用。

Convergence of some finite element iterative methods related to different Reynolds numbers for the 2D/3D stationary incompressible magnetohydrodynamics

Based on the finite element method(FEM), some iterative methods related to different Reynolds numbers are designed and analyzed for solving the 2D/3D stationary incompressible magnetohydrodynamics(MHD) numerically. Two-level finite element iterative methods, consisting of the classical m-iteration methods on a coarse grid and corrections on a fine grid, are designed to solve the system at low Reynolds numbers under the strong uniqueness condition. One-level Oseen-type iterative method is investigated on a fine mesh at high Reynolds numbers under the weak uniqueness condition. Furthermore, the uniform stability and convergence of these methods with respect to equation parameters R_e, R_m, S_c, mesh sizes h, H and iterative step m are provided. Finally, the efficiency of the proposed methods is confirmed by numerical investigations.

The general discrete scheme of time-varying Reynolds equation loses the information of the previous step,which makes it unreasonable.A discretization formula of the Reynolds equation,which is based on the Crank-Nicolson method,is proposed considering the physical message of the previous ***-Seidel relaxation and distribution relaxation are adopted for the linear operators of pressure during the numerical solution *** addition to the convergent criteria of pressure distribution and load,an estimation framework is developed to investigate the relative error of the most important term in the Reynolds *** surface with frill contacts and mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication is tested for *** asperity contact and sinusoidal wavy surface are examined by the proposed discrete *** show the precipitous decline in the boundary of the contact *** relative error suggests that the pressure distribution is reliable and reflects the accuracy and effectiveness of the developed method.

NONLINEAR GALERKIN METHOD FOR THE EXTERIORNONSTATIONARY NAVIER-STOKES EQUATIONS

A new algorithm combining nonlinear Galerkin method and coupling method of finite element and boundary element is introduced to solve the exterior nonstationary Navier-Stokes equations. The regularity of the coupling variational formulation and the convergence of the approximate solution corresponding to the algorithm are proved. If the fine mesh h is chosen as coarse mesh H-square, the nonlinear Galerkin method, nonlinearity is only treated on the coarse grid and linearity is treated on the fine grid. Hence, the new algorithm can save a large amount of computational time.
