The risk of flammability is an unavoidable issue for gel polymer electrolytes(gPEs).Usually,flameretardant solvents are necessary to be used,but most of them would react with anode/cathode easily and cause serious interfacial instability,which is a big challenge for design and application of nonflammable ***,a nonflammable gPE(SgPE)is developed by in situ polymerizing trifluoroethyl methacrylate(TFMA)monomers with flame-retardant triethyl phosphate(TEP)solvents and LiTFSI–LiDFOB dual lithium *** is strongly anchored to PTFMA matrix via polarity interaction between-P=O and-CH_(2)CF_(3).It reduces free TEP molecules,which obviously mitigates interfacial reactions,and enhances flame-retardant performance of TEP *** TEP molecules are also inhibited in solvation of Li^(+),leading to anion-dominated solvation sheath,which creates inorganic-rich solid electrolyte interface/cathode electrolyte interface *** coordination structure changes Li^(+)transport from sluggish vehicular to fast structural transport,raising ionic conductivity to 1.03 mS cm^(-1) and transfer number to 0.41 at 30℃.The Li|SgPE|Li cell presents highly reversible Li stripping/plating performance for over 1000 h at 0.1 mA cm^(−2),and 4.2 V LiCoO_(2)|SgPE|Li battery delivers high average specific capacity>120 mAh g^(−1) over 200 *** study paves a new way to make nonflammable gPE that is compatible with Li metal anode.

Defects-rich heterointerfaces integrated with adjustable crystalline phases and atom vacancies,as well as veiled dielectric-responsive character,are instrumental in electromagnetic *** methods,however,constrain their delicate ***,an innovative alternative is proposed:carrageenan-assistant cations-regulated(CACR)strategy,which induces a series of sulfides nanoparticles rooted in situ on the surface of carbon *** unique configuration originates from strategic vacancy formation energy of sulfides and strong sulfides-carbon support interaction,benefiting the delicate construction of defects-rich heterostructures in M_(x)S_(y)/carbon composites(M-CAs).Impressively,these generated sulfur vacancies are firstly found to strengthen electron accumulation/consumption ability at heterointerfaces and,simultaneously,induct local asymmetry of electronic structure to evoke large dipole moment,ultimately leading to polarization coupling,i.e.,defect-type interfacial ***“Janus effect”(Janus effect means versatility,as in the greek two-headed Janus)of interfacial sulfur vacancies is intuitively confirmed by both theoretical and experimental investigations for the first ***,the sulfur vacancies-rich heterostructured Co/ni-CAs displays broad absorption bandwidth of 6.76 gHz at only 1.8 mm,compared to sulfur vacancies-free CAs without any dielectric *** defects-rich heterostructures,this one-pot CACR strategy may steer the design and development of advanced nanomaterials,boosting functionality across diverse application domains beyond electromagnetic response.

Microglia,the resident monocyte of the central nervous system,play a crucial role in the response to spinal cord ***,the precise mechanism remains *** investigate the molecular mechanisms by which microglia regulate the neuroinflammatory response to spinal cord injury,we performed single-cell RNA sequencing dataset analysis,focusing on changes in microglial *** found that the Mg1 subpopulation emerged in the acute/subacute phase of spinal cord injury and expressed genes related to cell pyroptosis,sphingomyelin metabolism,and neuroinflammation at high ***,we established a mouse model of contusive injury and performed intrathecal injection of siRNA and molecular inhibitors to validate the role of ceramide synthase 5 in the neuroinflammatory responses and pyroptosis after spinal cord ***,we established a PC12-BV2 cell co-culture system and found that ceramide synthase 5 and pyroptosis-associated proteins were highly expressed to induce the apoptosis of neuron *** ceramide synthase 5 expression in a mouse model of spinal cord injury effectively reduced ***,ceramide synthase 5-induced pyroptosis was dependent on activation of the NLRP3 signaling *** ceramide synthase 5 expression in microglia in vivo reduced neuronal apoptosis and promoted recovery of neurological ***2g7 formed a“bridge”between sphingolipid metabolism and ceramide synthase 5-mediated cell death by inhibiting the NLRP3 signaling ***,these findings suggest that inhibiting ceramide synthase 5 expression in microglia after spinal cord injury effectively suppressed microglial pyroptosis mediated by NLRP3,thereby exerting neuroprotective effects.

High-resolution non-emissive displays based on electrochromic tungsten oxides(WOx)are crucial for future near-eye virtual/augmented reality interactions,given their impressive attributes such as high environmental stability,ideal outdoor readability,and low energy ***,the limited intrinsic structure of inorganic materials has presented a significant challenge in achieving precise patterni.g/pixelation at the micron ***,we successfully developed the direct photolithography for WOx nanoparticles based on in situ photo-induced ligand *** strategy enabled us to achieve ultra-high resolution efficiently(line widthganic electrochromic materials).Additionally,the resulting device exhibited impressive electrochromic performance,such as fast response(gh coloration efficiency(119.5 cm^(2) C^(−1)),good optical modulation(55.9%),and durability(>3600 cycles),as well as promising applications in electronic logos,pixelated displays,flexible electronics,*** success and advancements presented here are expected to inspire and accelerate research and development(R&D)in high-resolution non-emissive displays and other ultra-fine micro-electronics.

Lightweight Underwater Target Detection Using YOLOv8 with Multi-Scale Cross-Channel Attention

Underwater target detection is extensively applied in domains such as underwater search and rescue,environmental monitoring,and marine resource *** is crucial in enabling autonomous underwater robot operations and promoting ocean ***,low imaging quality,harsh underwater environments,and obscured objects considerably increase the difficulty of detecting underwater targets,making it difficult for current detection methods to achieve optimal *** order to enhance underwater object perception and improve target detection precision,we propose a lightweight underwater target detection method using You Only Look Once(YOLO)v8 with multi-scale cross-channel attention(MSCCA),named *** the proposed multiscale cross-channel attention module,multi-scale attention(MSA)augments the variety of attentional perception by extracting information from innately diverse sensory *** cross-channel strategy utilizes RepVggbased channel shuffling(RCS)and one-shot aggregation(OSA)to rearrange feature map channels according to specific *** aggregates all features only once in the final feature mapping,resulting in the extraction of more comprehensive and valuable feature *** experimental results show that the proposed YOLOv8-UOD achieves a mAP50 of 95.67%and FLOPs of 23.8 g on the Underwater Robot Picking Contest 2017(URPC2017)dataset,outperforming other methods in terms of detection precision and computational cost-efficiency.

Pro-resolving lipid mediator reduces amyloid-β42–induced gene expression in human monocyte–derived microglia

Specialized pro-resolving lipid mediators including maresin 1 mediate resolution but the levels of these are reduced in Alzheimer's disease brain, suggesting that they constitute a novel target for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease to prevent/stop inflammation and combat disease pathology. Therefore, it is important to clarify whether they counteract the expression of genes and proteins induced by amyloid-β. With this objective, we analyzed the relevance of human monocyte–derived microglia for in vitro modeling of neuroinflammation and its resolution in the context of Alzheimer's disease and investigated the pro-resolving bioactivity of maresin 1 on amyloid-β42–induced Alzheimer's disease–like inflammation. Analysis of RNA-sequencing data and secreted proteins in supernatants from the monocyte-derived microglia showed that the monocyte-derived microglia resembled Alzheimer's disease–like neuroinflammation in human brain microglia after incubation with amyloid-β42. Maresin 1 restored homeostasis by down-regulating inflammatory pathway related gene expression induced by amyloid-β42 in monocyte-derived microglia, protection of maresin 1 against the effects of amyloid-β42 is mediated by a re-balancing of inflammatory transcriptional networks in which modulation of gene transcription in the nuclear factor-kappa B pathway plays a major part. We pinpointed molecular targets that are associated with both neuroinflammation in Alzheimer's disease and therapeutic targets by maresin 1. In conclusion, monocyte-derived microglia represent a relevant in vitro microglial model for studies on Alzheimer's disease-like inflammation and drug response for individual patients. Maresin 1 ameliorates amyloid-β42–induced changes in several genes of importance in Alzheimer's disease, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target for Alzheimer's disease.

Lithium-sulfur （Li-S） battery,as a promising next-generation high-energy-density battery,suffers from lithium polysulfides（LPSs） shuttle and Li dendrites *** crystalline framework-based membranes as separator can effectively absorb and restrain LPSs but without precise structural design principal exploration and mechanism ***,bio-inspired 1D oriented lithium-ion transport channels with molecular negatively charged PO3（-1） have been developed in hybrid tetrazole frameworks for promoting the transmission of Li+*** theoretical calculations and in situ spectroscopy demonstrated the higher binding energy and inhibited diffusion of LPSs in *** assembled PP@PO3Janus separator in Li-S coin cell delivered a high initial capacity of 1410.9 mAh g-1at 0.1 C and a low attenuation rate of 0.038%per cycle over 500 cycles at 5 ***,the high capacities of 862,542 and 409 mAh g-1based on high-sulfur-loading cathodes of 2.6,3.8 and 5.0 mg cm-2at0.5 C were achieved,***,the punch battery of PO3@PP separator with S-cathode of 1.2 mg cm-2has been developed for demonstrating its potentials commercial application,which displays impressive capacity of 873.4 mAh g-1with the retention of～78.9%over 50 cycles.

合作学习作为借助移动设备进行在线学习的重要组成部分,对促进在线英语学习成效具有积极作用。通过问卷调查方式,从合作态度和合作实施两个维度调查大学生在线合作学习英语的现状,并探讨个体因素(性别和英语水平)对大学生在线合作学习英语的影响。研究对象为广东某高校365名大一学生。研究结果表明:学生对在线合作学习英语的态度较为积极,且能较好地开展在线合作学习;在合作态度方面,性别对于积极态度没有影响,但是在消极态度方面,男女呈现出显著差异,女生对于在线合作学习英语的态度更积极;合作实施方面,女生在“个人责任”方面的表现优于男生,高水平学生在“人际和小组技能”方面稍好于低水平学生。

Deciphering the role of ultra-low-loaded rhodium in niFe-MIL-53 for superior oxygen evolution reaction

Designi.g highly active and stable electrocatalysts of oxygen evolution reaction （OER） is one of the crucial *** this study,a novel OER electrocatalyst,niFe-MIL-53 modified with ultra-low rhodium（Rh@niFe-MIL-53）,is successfully prepared via the hydrothermal ***-situ Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy reveal that the doped Rh accelerates the phase transformation of niFe-MIL-53 and the in-situ formed Rh@niFeOOH is the actual active *** importantly,the enhanced reversibility of electrochemical reconstruction between niFeOOH and niFe（OH）2after doping Rh is beneficial for improving the electrochemical stability of the catalyst.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy spectra show the strong electronic interaction between single-atom Rh and ni/Fe in Rh@***,theoretical calculations confirm that the integration of single-atom Rh into the niFeOOH successfully reduces the band gap,regulates the d-band center （εd）,accelerates the charge transfer,and optimizes the adsorption behavior of oxygen-containi.g intermediates,thereby lowering the energy barrier of rate-determini.g ***,the optimized Rh@niFe-MIL-53 exhibits excellent OER activity （240 mV） with a small Tafel slope of 48.2 mV dec-1and long-term durability (over1270 h at 10 m A cm-2and 110 h at 200 mA cm-2).This work presents a new perspective on designi.g highly efficient OER electrocatalysts.

Oxidative stress and apoptosis of Carassius auratus lymphocytes induced by nonplanar (PCB153) and coplanar (PCB169) polychlorinated biphenyl congeners in vitro

Among all the 209 kinds ofpolychlorinated biphenyls （PCBs） congeners, nonplanar and coplanar PCB congeners have different levels of toxicity on mammal cells such as neuronal cells, but little is known about their toxicity on fish cells although PCB congeners usually have high bioaccumulation abilities in the detected fish bodies. This study showed that 2,2＇,4,4＇,5,5＇-hexacholorbiphenyl （PCB 153, nonplanar congener） and 3,3＇,4,4＇,5,5＇-hexacholorbiphenyl （PCB 169, coplanar congener） caused apoptosis on the isolated crucian carp （Carassius auratus） lymphocytes and the induced cytotoxicity was structure-dependent. According to the laser confocal microscope observations, apoptosis was clearly distinguished by condensation of nucleus, shrinkage and formation of apoptotic bodies. DNA fragmentation was detected by agarose gel electrophoresis. These typical morphological and biochemical characteristics indicate the occurrence of apoptosis on fish lymphocytes. According to the flow cytometry analysis, after the cells were exposed to 10 μmol/L PCBs for 3 h, the apoptotic percentage induced by PCB153 was 23.41%, while that induced by PCBI69 was even higher （31.03%）. Furthermore, incubating PCBs with fish lymphocytes enhanced levels of reactive oxygen species （ROS） and malondialdehyde （MDA）, clearly indicating the presence of oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation. Our data also demonstrate that the different cytotoxic effects induced by coplanar and nonplanar PCBs were correlated with their structural characteristics and the coplanar congener was more cytotoxic than nonplanar congener. This study suggests that cytotoxicity mechanisms of the PCB congeners on fish lymphocytes depend on their planarity and chemical structures.
