Polymeric micelles have long been considered as promising nanocarrier for hydrophobic drugs and imaging probes,due to their nanoscale particle size,biocompatibility and ability to loading reasonable amount of ***,a facile method for dextran micelles preparation was developed and their performance as carriers of superparamagnetic iron oxide(SPIO)nanocrystals was *** dextran(Dex-g-OA)was synthesized via the Schiff base reactions between oxidized dextran and oleylamine,and self-assembled in situ into nano-size micelles in the reaction *** self-assembling behaviors of the amphiphilic dextran were identified using fluorescence resonance energy transfer technique by detection the energy transfer signal between the fluorophore pairs,Cy5 and *** SPIO nanoparticles(Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs)were successfully loaded into the dextran micelles via the in situ self-assembly process,leading to a series of Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs-loaded micelle nanocomposites(Fe_(3)O_(4)@Dex-g-OA)with good biocompatibility,superparamagnetism and strongly enhanced T_(2)*** the magnetic field of 0.5 T,the Fe_(3)O_(4)@Dex-g-OA nanocomposite with particle size of 116.2±53.7 nm presented a higher T_(2)relaxivity of 327.9 mM_(re)^(-1)·s^(-1)·s^(−1).The prepared magnetic nanocomposites hold the promise to be used as contrast agents in magnetic resonance imaging.

Before 1985, there were a few Chinese participators for International Association of Hydrogeologists which founded in 1956. The Chinese team composed of senior hydrogeologists attended the 17 th and 18 th IAH congress in 1985. More and more Chinese delegates were present at the conferences since then. The IAH National Chapter of China was first established in 1987 and organized related activities continuously since that time. The IAH members in P.R. China increased in these years. IAH congresses have been hold in China twice. The 21 th congress was held in Guilin City in October, 1988. The 34 th congress was held in Beijing in October, 2006. The IAH China Chapter serves for all IAH members and other scientists promoting groundwater sciences in China. There were a lot of national conferences on Hydrogeology and Groundwater sciences held almost every year since 1987. Those national conferences associate with Commission on Hydrogeology, Geology Society of China in operation. Many Chinese IAH members were the editors and responsible for the Chinese translation for the abstract of Hydrogeology Journal. The Journal of Groundwater Science and Engineering is an international journal for the natural sciences. The sponsors are IAH China chapter, Institute of Hydrogeology and Environmental Geology, CAGS.

Okadaic acid(OA),a small molecule substance derived from shellfish,is one of the most widely distributed marine toxins with acute symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea after accidental *** this,there is an urgently need for sensitive and reliable methods to detect OA in real shellfish *** this study,a simple aptasensor based on screen-printed carbon electrode(SPCE)with modification of chitosan(CS)and gold nanoparticles(Au NPs)was designed for electrochemical determination of OA,and the electrode surface was modified with Au NPs by potential-sweeping electrodeposition,which greatly improved the electrochemical *** entire detection and characterization process were carried out by cyclic voltammetry(CV)with a linear correlation in the range of 0.01-100 ng/m L and a limit of detection(LOD)of 6.7 pg/m ***,recovery rates of 92.3-116%were obtained demonstrating excellent accuracy through the recovery trial of mussel and scallop samples.

The green-flesh(gf)mutant of the tomato fruit ripen to a muddy brown color and has been demonstrated previously to be a loss-of-function ***,we provide more evidence to support this view that S/SGR1 is involved in color change in ripening tomato *** out SISGR1 expression using a clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9 genome editing strategy showed obviously a muddy brown color with significantly higher chlorophyll and carotenoid content compared with wild-type(WT)*** further verify the role of SiSGR1 in fruit color change,we performed transcriptome deep sequencing(RNA-seq)analysis,where a total of 354 differentially expressed genes(124/230 downregulated/upregulated)were identified between WT and ***,the expression of numerous genes associated with photosynthesis and chloroplast function changed significantly when S/SGR1 was knocked *** together,these results indicate that S/SGR1 is involved in color change in ripening fruit via chlorophyll degradation and carotenoid biosynthesis.

AIM： To investigate the differently expressed genes in human colorectal adenocarcinorna.METHODS： The integrated approach for gene expression profiling that couples suppression subtractive hybridization, high-throughput cDNA array, sequencing, bioinformatics analysis, and reverse transcriptase real- time quantitative polymerase chain reaction （PCR） was carried out. A set of cDNA clones including 1260 SSH inserts amplified by PCR was arrayed using robotic printing. The cDNA arrays were hybridized with florescent-labeled probes prepared from RNA of human colorectal adenocarcinoma （HCRAC） and normal colorectal tissues.RESULTS： A total of 86 genes were identified, 16 unknown genes and 70 known genes. The transcription factor Sox9 influencing cell differentiation was downregulated. At the same time, Heat shock protein 10 KDis downregulated and Calmoulin is up-regulated.CONCLUSION： Downregulation of heat shock protein 10 KD lost its inhibition of Ras, and men attenuated the Ras GTPase signaling pathway, increased cell proliferation and inhibited cell apoptosis. Down-regulated transcription factor Sox9 influences cell differentiation and cell-specific gene expression. Down-regulated Sox9 also decreases its binding to calmodulin, accumulates calmodulin as receptor-activated kinase and phosphorylase kinase due to the activation of PhK.

Metacomposites with negative permittivity usually possess huge dielectric loss,showing potential for micro-wave attenuation devices where huge heat would ***,carbon nanotube-carbon black/CaCu_(3-)Ti_(4)O_(12)(CNT-CB/CCTO)ternary metacomposites were fabricated by spark plasma *** CNT-CB dualphase filler was pre-pared through electrostatic selfassembly process in order to construct an effective 3-dimensional(3D)carbon network in CCTO *** percolation threshold of CNT-CB/CCTO composites was identified at filler content of 12.52 wt%which accompanied with an essential change of conduction *** negative permittivity was derived from low-frequency plasmonic state of the 3D carbon network,described by Drude *** problem of heat transport,generally occurring in negative permittivity materials,has been solved and optimized in obtained ternary metacomposites beneftting from the substantially high thermal conductivity(9.49-2.00 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1))and diffusivity(2.74-1.22mm^(2)·s^(-1)).This work could spark significant development of practical application of metacomposites on novel electronic devices and electromagnetic apparatus.
