The geomorphology of the southern Yellow Sea(SYS) is characterized by offshore radial sand ridges(RSR).An offshore tidal channel(KSY Channel) is located perpendicular to the coast,comprised of a main and a tributary channel separated by a submarine sand ridge(KSY Sand Ridge) extending *** order to investigate the interactions among water flow,sediment transport,and topography,current velocity and suspended sediment concentration(SSC) were observed at 11 anchor stations along KSY Channel in RSR during a spring tide *** resolution bottom topography was also *** currents and tidally averaged suspended sediment fluxes were calculated and analyzed by using the decomposition *** suggested that the water currents became stronger landward but with asymmetrical current speed and temporal duration of flood and ebb *** currents showed landward water transport in the nearshore channel and a clockwise circulation around the KSY Sand ***-averaged SSC also increased landward along the *** main mechanisms controlling SSC variations were resuspension and horizontal advection,with spatial and temporal variations in the channel,which also contributed to sediment redistribution between channels and sand *** flow transport and the tidal pumping effect dominated the suspended sediment flux in the KSY *** KSY Sand Ridge had a potential southward migration due to the interaction between water flow,sediment transport,and topography.

The ultraviolet(UV)light stability of silicon heterojunction(SHJ)solar cells should be addressed before large-scale production and *** downshifting(DS)nanophosphors on top of solar cells that can convert UV light to visible light may reduce UV-induced degradation(UVID)without sacrificing the power conversion efficiency(PCE).Herein,a novel composite DS nanomaterial composed of YVO_(4):Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)nanoparticles(NPs)and AgNPs was synthesized and introduced onto the incident light side of industrial SHJ solar cells to achieve UV *** YVO_(4):Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)NPs and Ag NPs were synthesized via a sol-gel method and a wet chemical reduction method,***,a composite structure of the YVO_(4):Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)NPs decorated with Ag NPs was synthesized by an ultrasonic *** emission intensities of the YVO_(4):Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)nanophosphors were significantly enhanced upon decoration with an appropriate amount of~20 nm Ag NPs due to the localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)*** the introduction of LSPR-enhanced downshifting,the SHJ solar cells exhibited an~0.54%relative decrease in PCE degradation under UV irradiation with a cumulative dose of 45 k W h compared to their counterparts,suggesting excellent potential for application in UV-light stability enhancement of solar cells or modules.

In order to explore the influence of wet nitrogen(N)deposition on N output in watersheds,this study selected a typical small watershed(Chenjiagou,CJG)in the Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR)area based on one-year observation of rainfallrunoff N *** and sources of N output were clarified by chemical statistics and isotopic abundance,and the contribution of N deposition to the N output was quantified by the output coefficient *** N flux of wet deposition was estimated at 18.53 kg N ha^(-1) yr^(-1),and originated mostly from agricultural *** N was significantly accumulated from upper to lower reaches due to frequent human *** changes of riverine N were strongly affected by chemical fertilizer,with the highest concentration in spring and the lowest in *** was mainly derived from chemical fertilizer,accounting for 38.83% of all sources.N concentration in processes of different rainfall events had a hysteresis effect corresponding to the flow *** rainfall events greatly changed DTN(Dissolved total N)outputs:rainstorm caused 91.26 kg DTN output,which was 11 times that of moderate rain(8.46 kg)and 4 times that of heavy rain(20.80 kg).N deposition contributed 19.89% of riverine N output in the *** results can provide theoretical support for the control of N pollution in the TGR area.
