The introduction of designer oestrogens as a treatment modality in hormone replacement in women has invited toconsider the concept of compounds with selective androgenic effects for male hormone replacement therapy. The fullspectrum of the actions of testosterone may not be necessary of even undesired for certain indications for testosteronetreatment. To define for what indications certain androgenic properties are desired and undesired more insight in basicandrogen (patho)physiology is required. There is convincing evidence that aromatization of androgenic compounds tooestrogens might be an advantage for maintenance of bone mass and it might also mitigate negative effects of androgenson biochemical parameters of cardiovascular risks; the potentially negative effects of oestrogens on prostate pathology inageing men needs further elucidation. While the role of dihydro-testosterone (DHT) for the male sexual differentiationand for pubertal sexual maturation is evident, its role in mature and ageing males seems less significant or may even beharmful. It is, however, of note that a negative effect of DHT on prostate pathophysiology is certainly not *** male contraception a progestational agent with strong androgenic properties might be an asset. For most of theandrogenic actions the critical levels of androgens are not well established. The latter is relevant since the large amountof androgen molecules required for its biological actions (as compared to oestrogens)is an impediment in androgenreplacement modalities. There may be room for more biopotent androgens since delivery of large amounts of androgenmolecules to the circulation poses problems for treatment modalities.

Attribute reduction through the combined approach of Rough Sets(RS)and algebraic topology is an open research topic with significant potential for *** research works have introduced a strong relationship between RS and topology spaces for the attribute reduction ***,the mentioned recent methods followed a strategy to construct a new measure for attribute ***,the strategy for searching for the reduct is still to select each attribute and gradually add it to the ***,those methods tended to be inefficient for high-dimensional *** overcome these challenges,we use the separability property of Hausdorff topology to quickly identify distinguishable attributes,this approach significantly reduces the time for the attribute filtering stage of the *** addition,we propose the concept of Hausdorff topological homomorphism to construct candidate reducts,this method significantly reduces the number of candidate reducts for the wrapper stage of the *** are the two main stages that have the most effect on reducing computing time for the attribute reduction of the proposed algorithm,which we call the Cluster Filter Wrapper algorithm based on Hausdorff *** validation on the UCI Machine Learning Repository Data shows that the proposed method achieves efficiency in both the execution time and the size of the reduct.

In this study,a process for establishing design requirements and selecting alternative configurations for the conceptual phase of aircraft design has been *** proposed process uses system-engineering-based requirement-analysis techniques such as objective tree,analytic hierarchy process,and quality function deployment to establish logical and quantitative ***,in order to perform a logical selection of alternative aircraft configurations,it uses advanced decision-making methods such as morphological matrix and technique for order preference by similarity to the ideal *** addition,a preliminary sizing tool has been developed to check the feasibility of the established performance requirements and to evaluate the flight performance of the selected *** present process has been applied for a two-seater very light aircraft（VLA）,resulting in a set of tentative design requirements and two families of VLA configurations：a high-wing configuration and a low-wing *** resulting set of design requirements consists of three categories：customer requirements,certification requirements,and performance *** performance requirements include two mission requirements for the flight range and the endurance by reflecting the customer *** flight performances of the two configuration families were evaluated using the sizing tool developed and the low-wing configuration with conventional tails was selected as the best baseline configuration for the VLA.

荧光探针的研究促进了医学,化学和许多其他领域的发展,同时寻找高使用价值的新型探针具有很强的研究意义。由于吡唑啉化合物具有许多优点,同时有很高的实际应用价值,吡唑啉荧光探针受到越来越多的关注,并且该研究领域具有很高的研究价值。虽然对该领域的研究已经很广泛,但仍有许多实际应用价值需要开发和研究。第1章:荧光探针作为光分析检测技术在化学、环境及生命科学等领域具有良好的作用。目前,吡唑啉荧光探针受到广泛关注并已有许多研究进展。本文对首先综述了吡唑啉合成及其应用的研究进展,然后对设计并合成了三种新型的吡唑啉荧光探针的思路进行了阐述,期望为工业(医药,农药等)提供一定的价值。第2章:设计合成了一个基础吡挫啉结构的功能荧光探针1-(5-(Anthraeene-9-yl)-3-(pyridin-2-yl)-4,5-dihydro-lH-Pyrazol-l-yl)ethan-l-one(A1)。首先将9-蒽醛和2-乙酰吡啶通过乙醇溶液和10%经氧化钠作为催化剂反应合成了2-keto-l-one chalcone(A2)。接下来利用查尔酮A2与水合肼在冰乙酸溶剂回流118℃C反应制得吡唑啉化合物 1-(5-(Anthracene-9-yl)-3-(pyridin-2-yl)-4,5-dihydro-lH-Pyrazol-1-yl)ethan-l-one(A1)。通过 1H NMR,13C NMR 和 HRMS 确定结构。在CH3CH2OH:H2O(V:V=1:1)溶液中结构实行了紫外吸收和荧光检测(如滴定曲线、选择性、可逆性等)结果表明探针化合物(Al)对Cu2+特有很好的选择性而且有较高的灵敏度和抗干扰性能.第3章:设计了 1-(5-(3-phenyl-2H-chromen-2-yl)-3-(pyridin-2-yl)-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)ethanone(B1)。首先,将水杨醛与肉桂醛,通过迈克尔加成和分子内羟醛缩合反应合成了 2-苯基-2H-烯-3-甲醛。亮黄色固体,产率85%,m.p.70-72℃。接下来,我们进行了合成查尔酮。将2-苯基-2H-烯-3-甲醛与2-乙酰吡啶在乙醇作为溶液,10%NaOH作为催化剂常温反应得(E)-3-(3-phenyl-2H-chromen-2-yl)-1-(pyridin-2-yl)prop-2-en-l-one(B2)通过1H NMR检测确定结构。最后,我们将(E)-3-(3-phenyl-2H-chromen-2-yl)-l-(pyridin-2-yl)prop-2-en-l-one再与水合肼在冰乙酸回流的条件下反应得吡挫啉化合物,即1-(5-(3-phenyl-2H-chromen-2-yl)-3-(pyridin-2-yl)-4,5-dihydropyrazol-l-yl)ethanone(Bl),该化合物在缓冲液(V:V=1:1)中有较好的选择性且较高的灵敏度和抗干扰性能,通过核磁滴定实验,和Benesi-Hildebrand曲线可证明探针化合物与Fe3+配于1:1配位。再通过EDTA的实验证明了Fe3+对荧光探针B1识别的过程具有可逆性。第 4 章:设计了 l-(5-(indol-l0-yl)-3-(6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl)-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)one(C1)。将2-乙酰基-6-甲氧基萘与9-蒽醛在乙醇作为溶解和10%NaOH作为催化剂下反应得((E)-3-(Indol-10-yl)-l-(6)-Methoxypyridin-2-yl)prop-2-en-l-one(C2)。再以((E)-3-(Indol-10-yl)-1-(6)-Methoxypyridin-2-yl)prop-2-en-1-one(C2)与水合肼在冰乙酸溶解,回流条件下反应得到粗物品,通过使用乙酸乙酯萃取,柱层析等处理后得到吡唑啉-(5-(indol-10-yl)-3-(6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl)-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)one(C1),产率 82%。通过紫外吸收和荧光发射光谱测试了其光学性能。在322 nm处激发,加入Cu2+使得发射强度明显减弱,因此,可以用探针C1来检测水溶液的Cu2+。此外,PPi的加入可以使C1-Cu2+复合物荧光恢复,表明C1是可逆探针。

Fog computing in the Internet of Health Things(IoHT)is promising owing to the increasing need for energy-and latency-optimized health sector ***,clinical data(particularly,medical image data)are a delicate,highly protected resource that should be utilized in an effective and responsible manner to fulfil consumer ***,we propose an energy-efficient fog-based IoHT with a tunicate swarm-optimization-(TSO)-based lightweight Simon cipher to enhance the energy efficiency at the fog layer and the security of data stored at the cloud *** proposed Simon cipher uses the TSO algorithm to select the optimal keys that will minimize the deterioration of quality between the original and reconstructed(decrypted)*** this study,the decrypted image quality is preserved by the peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)such that consumers can generate precise medical reports from IoHT devices at the application ***,a lightweight encryption step is implemented in the fog to improve energy efficiency and reduce additional computations at the cloud *** results indicate that the TSO-Simon model achieved a high PSNR of 61.37 dB and a pixel change rate of 95.31.

This paper presents a Game-theoretic optimization via Parallel Min-Max Ant System(PMMAS)algorithm is used in practice to determine the Nash equilibrium value to resolve the confusion in choosing appropriate bidders of multi-round procurement problem in software project *** this end,we introduce an approach that proposes:(i)A Game-theoretic model of multiround procurement problem(ii)A Nash equilibrium strategy corresponds to multi-round strategy bid(iii)An application of PSO for the determination of global Nash *** balance point in Nash Equilibrium can help to maintain a sustainable structure not only in terms of project management but also in terms of future *** an alternative of procuring entities subjectively,a methodology to support decision making has been studied using Nash equilibrium to create a balance point on benefit in procurement where buyers and suppliers need multiple rounds of *** goal focus on the balance point in Nash Equilibrium to optimizing bidder selection in multi-round procurement which is the most beneficial for both investors and selected *** PMMAS algorithm is implemented based on MPI(message passing interface)to find the approximate optimal solution for the question of how to choose bidders and ensure a path for a win-win relationship of all participants in the procurement *** also evaluate the speedup ratio and parallel efficiency between our algorithm and other proposed *** the experiment results,the high feasibility and effectiveness of the PMMAS algorithm are verified.

In present digital era,an exponential increase in Internet of Things(IoT)devices poses several design issues for business concerning security and *** studies indicate that the blockchain technology is found to be a significant solution to resolve the challenges of data security exist in *** this view,this paper presents a new privacy-preserving Secure Ant Colony optimization with Multi Kernel Support Vector Machine(ACOMKSVM)with Elliptical Curve cryptosystem(ECC)for secure and reliable IoT data *** program uses blockchain to ensure protection and integrity of some data while it has the technology to create secure ACOMKSVM training algorithms in partial views of IoT data,collected from various data ***,ECC is used to create effective and accurate privacy that protects ACOMKSVM secure learning *** this study,the authors deployed blockchain technique to create a secure and reliable data exchange platform across multiple data providers,where IoT data is encrypted and recorded in a distributed *** security analysis showed that the specific data ensures confidentiality of critical data from each data provider and protects the parameters of the ACOMKSVM model for data *** examine the performance of the proposed method,it is tested against two benchmark dataset such as Breast Cancer Wisconsin Data Set(BCWD)and Heart Disease Data Set(HDD)from UCI AI *** simulation outcome indicated that the ACOMKSVM model has outperformed all the compared methods under several aspects.

A problem of upgrading to the Next Generation Wireless Network (NGWN) is backward compatibility with pre-existing networks, the cost and operational benefit of gradually enhancing networks, by replacing, upgrading and installing new wireless network infrastructure elements that can accommodate both voice and data demand. In this paper, we propose a new genetic algorithm has double population to solve Multi-Objectives Optimal of Upgrading Infrastructure (MOOUI) problem in NGWN. We modeling network topology for MOOUI problem has two levels in which mobile users are sources and both base stations and base station controllers are concentrators. Our objective function is the sources to concentrators connectivity cost as well as the cost of the installation, connection, replacement, and capacity upgrade of infrastructure equipment. We generate two populations satisfy constraints and combine them to build solutions and evaluate the performance of my algorithm with data randomly generated. Numerical results show that our algorithm is a promising approach to solve this problem.
