The finance supply chain has always been a different supply chain compared to product supply chain being a service supply *** Banking(OB)is one of the most important milestones since the beginning of financial technology innovation and service supply *** these are activities provided by traditional banks,non-bank financial institutions also provide financial service with access to consumer banking,transactional and other financial data to develop financial applications and services tailored to their *** development of financial technology,“Open banking”,promotes financial services to begin this ***,evaluating and selecting open banking business partners from multiple perspectives for banks are ***,the authors in this research proposed a hybrid multicriteria decision-making model which includes a Spherical Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process(SF-AHP)model and a Multi-Attributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis(MAIRCA)model with supports from seasoned domain *** contribution of this research is a proposition of a fuzzy decision model for evaluating and selecting open banking business *** model successfully determined a suitable open bank provider in order to assist decision makers decide objectively.

Image perception plays a fundamental role in the tomography-based approaches for microstructure characterization and has a deep impact on all subsequent stages of image processing,such as segmentation and 3D *** enhancement of image perception,however,frequently involves observer-dependence,which reflects user-to-user dispersion and uncertainties in the calculated *** work presents an objective quantitative method,which uses convolutional neural networks (CNN) for the quality assessment of the X-ray tomographic *** only dozens of annotations,our method allows to evaluate directly and precisely the quality of tomographic *** metrics were employed to evaluate the correlation between our predicted scores and subjective human *** evaluation results demonstrate that our method can be a direct tool to guide the enhancement process in order to produce reliable segmentation *** processing of the tomographic image can thus evolve into a robust observer-independent procedure and advance towards the development of an efficient self-supervised approach.

In international trade,exporters prefer to receive payments as quickly as possible,and importers want to make payments as late as *** this respect,the payment field,an essential condition for trade transactions,also represents the positions of exporters and importers *** addition,there are many cases in which various variables must be considered rather than only one specific variable representatively affecting payment,particularly in the case of import-export Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(SMEs)from emerging countries.A selection of proper payment methods can be categorized as a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making(MCDM)***,this study aims to propose a novel and efficient Spherical Fuzzy Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment based Entropy Objective Weighting method(SF-EW and WASPAS-SF)to evaluate international payment methods with uncertain ***,SF-EW model is applied to determine the relative weights of critical ***,international payment method alternatives are prioritized by the WASPAS-SF *** essential factors for four international payment methods are proposed based on experts’opinions and the existing literature.A real-world case study from Vietnamese import-export SMEs is presented to validate the applicability of the proposed *** results indicated that“Characteristics of payment method(PA)”had the most significant impact on international payment method *** comparison,“Letters of Credit(L/C)”was the most reliable payment method with the highest ranking available to international ***,a sensitivity analysis was performed to examine the validity and robustness of the proposed decision support ***,this study could contribute to international payment services and in the context of globalization and international trade.

There have been many digital signature schemes were developed based on the discrete logarithm problem on a finite *** this study,we use the elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem to build new collective signature *** cryptosystem on elliptic curve allows to generate digital signatures with the same level of security as other cryptosystems but with smaller *** extend practical applicability and enhance the security level of the group signature protocols,we propose two new types of collective digital signature schemes based on the discrete logarithm problem on the elliptic curve:i)the collective digital signature scheme shared by several signing groups and ii)the collective digital signature scheme shared by several signing groups and several individual *** two new types of collective signatures have combined the advantages of group digital signatures and collective digital *** signatures have a fixed size and do not depend on the number of members participating in the creation of the final collective *** of the advantages of the proposed collective signature protocols is that they can be deployed on top of the available public key infrastructures.

Digital signature schemes are often built based on the difficulty of the discrete logarithm problems,of the problem of factor analysis,of the problem of finding the roots modulo of large primes or a combination of the difficult problems mentioned *** this paper,we use the new difficult problem,which is to find the wth root in the finite ground field GF(p)to build representative collective signature schemes,but the chosen modulo p has a special structure distinct p=Nt_(0)t_(1)t_(2)+1,where N is an even number and t_(0),t_(1),t_(2) are prime numbers of equal magnitude,about 80 *** characteristics of the proposed scheme are:i)The private key of each signer consists of 2 components(K_(1),K_(2)),randomly selected,but the public key has only one component(Y)calculated by the formula Y=K_(w)^(1)_(1) K^(w)_(2)^(2);w_(1)=t_(0)t_(1) and w_(2)=t_(0)t_(2);and ii)The generated signature consists of a set of 3 components(e,S_(1),S_(2)).We use the technique of hiding the signer’s public key Y,which is the coefficientλgenerated by the group nanager,in the process of forming the group signature and representative collective signature to enhance the privacy of all members of the signing collective.

In image processing, one of the most important steps is image segmentation. The objects in remote sensing images often have to be detected in order toperform next steps in image processing. Remote sensing images usually havelarge size and various spatial resolutions. Thus, detecting objects in remote sensing images is very complicated. In this paper, we develop a model to detectobjects in remote sensing images based on the combination of picture fuzzy clustering and MapReduce method (denoted as MPFC). Firstly, picture fuzzy clustering is applied to segment the input images. Then, MapReduce is used to reducethe runtime with the guarantee of quality. To convert data for MapReduce processing, two new procedures are introduced, including Map_PFC and Reduce_*** formal representation and details of two these procedures are presented in thispaper. The experiments on satellite image and remote sensing image datasets aregiven to evaluate proposed model. Validity indices and time consuming are usedto compare proposed model to picture fuzzy clustering model. The values ofvalidity indices show that picture fuzzy clustering integrated to MapReduce getsbetter quality of segmentation than using picture fuzzy clustering only. Moreover,on two selected image datasets, the run time of MPFC model is much less thanthat of picture fuzzy clustering.

New Representative Collective Signatures Based on the Discrete Logarithm Problem

The representative collective digital signature scheme allows the creation of a unique collective signature on document M that represents an entire signing community consisting of many individual signers and many different signing groups,each signing group is represented by a group *** document M,a collective signature can be created using the representative digital signature scheme that represents an entire community consisting of individual signers and signing groups,each of which is represented by a group *** characteristic of this type of letter is that it consists of three elements(U,E,S),one of which(U)is used to store the information of all the signers who participated in the formation of the collective signature on document *** storing this information is necessary to identify the signer and resolve disputes later,it greatly increases the size of *** is considered a limitation of the collective signature representing 3 *** this paper,we propose and build a new type of collective signature,a collective signature representing 2 elements(E,S).In this case,the signature has been reduced in size,but it contains all the information needed to identify the signer and resolve disputes if *** construct the approved group signature scheme,which is the basic scheme for the proposed representative collective signature schemes,we use the discrete logarithm problem on the prime finite *** the end of this paper,we present the security analysis of the AGDS scheme and a performance evaluation of the proposed collective signature schemes.

The representative collective digital signature,which was suggested by us,is built based on combining the advantages of group digital signature and collective digital *** collective digital signature schema helps to create a unique digital signature that deputizes a collective of people representing different groups of signers and may also include personal *** advantage of the proposed collective signature is that it can be built based on most of the well-known difficult problems such as the factor analysis,the discrete logarithm and finding modulo roots of large prime numbers and the current digital signature standards of the United States and Russian *** this paper,we use the discrete logarithmic problem on prime finite fields,which has been implemented in the GOST R34.10-1994 digital signature standard,to build the proposed collective signature *** protocols help to create collective signatures:Guaranteed internal integrity and fixed size,independent of the number of members involved in forming the *** signature built in this study,consisting of 3 components(U,R,S),stores the information of all relevant signers in the U components,thus tracking the signer and against the“disclaim of liability”of the signer later is *** idea of hiding the signer’s public key is also applied in the proposed *** makes it easy for the signing group representative to specify which members are authorized to participate in the signature creation process.

Emotion Recognition with Capsule Neural Network

For human-machine communication to be as effective as human-tohuman communication, research on speech emotion recognition is *** the models and the classifiers used to recognize emotions, neural networks appear to be promising due to the network’s ability to learn and the diversity in configuration. Following the convolutional neural network, a capsuleneural network (CapsNet) with inputs and outputs that are not scalar quantitiesbut vectors allows the network to determine the part-whole relationships thatare specific 6 for an object. This paper performs speech emotion recognition basedon CapsNet. The corpora for speech emotion recognition have been augmented byadding white noise and changing voices. The feature parameters of the recognition system input are mel spectrum images along with the characteristics of thesound source, vocal tract and prosody. For the German emotional corpus EMODB, the average accuracy score for 4 emotions, neutral, boredom, anger and happiness, is 99.69%. For Vietnamese emotional corpus BKEmo, this score is94.23% for 4 emotions, neutral, sadness, anger and happiness. The accuracy scoreis highest when combining all the above feature parameters, and this scoreincreases significantly when combining mel spectrum images with the featuresdirectly related to the fundamental frequency.
