重叠在汉语词语中是一种重要的语言现象,包含了形容词、动词、副词等的叠音形式,一直受到语言学界的关注。其中,形容词叠音形式的数量最多,内部结构形式多样和语用复杂构成了一个带有丰富的表达和描写系统,本文在前人研究成果的基础上,对越南语和汉语叠音词构造方式、语音和语义特点进行比较研究。语义方面,汉越语的叠音词大都是用来描写事物,使其更形象生动,富有感情色彩。但是,同样的AA式叠音词形式,汉语表示程度加强而越南语可能是用来表示程度减弱也可能用来表示程度的加强。例如汉语说“小小”意思是“很小”,越南语“nh6”和“t9o”翻译成汉语时都用“小”来表示,当说直译为“小小”,意义为“有点小”表示程度减弱,说直译也为“小小”,意义却为“很小”,表示程度得到加强。汉语里则不存在这样的区别。另外,越南语还具有独特的重叠形式：同一个词根可以通过重叠方式造出新的词语。例如：同样是词根(冷),当与“leo”相结合成为“是形容天气或气氛的“冷清”;当与相结合成为却多用来形容一种性格或一种表情,意思是“冷淡”/“冷漠”。语义上有着相连,但表达的对象不一样。两国的交流越来越广,汉语成为越南的重要第二语言之一,而现在的中国学习者对越南语也越来越感兴趣。因此我们对越南语和汉重叠词进行比较是为了让学习者了解两种语言中重叠词的异同,从而使学习语言更加有效。

Cancer is one of the most dangerous diseaseswith *** of the principal treatments is radiotherapy by using radiation beams to destroy cancer cells and this workflow requires a lot of experience and skill from doctors and *** our study,we focused on the 3D dose prediction problem in radiotherapy by applying the deeplearning approach to computed tomography(CT)images of cancer *** image data has more complex characteristics than normal image data,and this research aims to explore the effectiveness of data preprocessing and augmentation in the context of the 3D dose prediction *** proposed four strategies to clarify our hypothesis in different aspects of applying data preprocessing and *** strategies,we trained our custom convolutional neural network model which has a structure inspired by the U-net,and residual blocks were also applied to the *** output of the network is added with a rectified linear unit(Re-Lu)function for each pixel to ensure there are no negative values,which are absurd with radiation *** experiments were conducted on the dataset of the Open Knowledge-Based Planning Challenge which was collected from head and neck cancer patients treatedwith radiation *** results of four strategies showthat our hypothesis is rational by evaluating metrics in terms of the Dose-score and the Dose-volume histogram score(DVH-score).In the best training cases,the Dose-score is 3.08 and the DVH-score is *** addition,we also conducted a comparison with the results of another study in the same context of using the loss function.

Genesis and Quality of Groundwater in the Southeastern Region of Southern Vietnam

The origin and quality of groundwater in the Southeastern region （belongs to Southern Plain） were identified by using isotopic techniques and geochemical analysis. Groundwater samples were collected from 7 aquifers： the Holocene, upper Pleistocene, middle Pleistocene, lower Pleistocene, upper Pliocene, middle Pliocene and Miocene aquifers. The water isotopic compositions （82H and 8180） were determined to elucidate the origin and the interaction between surface water and groundwater studies. Transit time （age） of the groundwater samples was determined to explain the direction of groundwater flow. The dating techniques included 3H and ^14C isotopes measurement, followed by a correction for the initial ^14C-activity by the ^13C-composition （^13C） in TDIC （Total Dissolved Inorganic Carbon）. Geochemical parameters of the groundwater samples were measured either directly in the field or in the laboratory. The results showed that the groundwater from the Holocene and upper Pleistocene aquifers was most recharged from the local meteorological and hydrological systems, including local precipitation, fiver and reservoirs. Thus, it has short transit time and its stable isotopic composition is spread around the local meteoric waterline and lines for rivers or reservoirs water. The groundwater in the deeper aquifers： middle and lower Pleistocene, and Neogene aquifers has old age up to 22.5 ka BP. Its water seems to be recharged from the areas with an altitude from 600 to 700 m higher to the Neogene deposit layer altitude. The groundwater in the SE SP （South-Eastern Southern Plain） region has a high quality. The water type is Na-Ca-Mg-HCO3 with low content of chloride and TDS （Total Dissolved Solids）. Calcite/dolomite and gypsum dissolution, organic matter decomposition and sequence of red-ox reactions proceeding through different electron acceptors sediment were controlled the chemistry of the groundwater in the study region.

Emergency cerclage with advanced cervical dilatation and bulging of fetal membranes is still challenging to obstetricians.?Objective:?To identify the live birth rate after physical examination indicated rescue cerclage. Methods:?A retrospective cohort study of 36 pregnant women, who underwent rescue cerclage at Hung Vuong hospital from January 2015 to January 2019. Selection criteria: cervical dilation 10 to 40 mm, at 20 to 30 gestational weeks. Exclusion criteria: multiple pregnancy, birth defects, pregnancy termination due to maternal or fetal indications. Results: Delivery of live infant rate was 72.22%;mean pregnancy prolongation was 42.8 ±?34.15 days. Early live birth rate was 77.78%. The percentage of delivery after 34 and 37 weeks was 44.45% and 27.78%, respectively. Live birth weight was 400 to 3600?g, with mean being 1878.06 ±?1049.04?g. No procedure-related complication was observed. Conclusions:?Rescue cerclage may be an effective and safe method in prolonging pregnancy and improving neonatal outcome in women with cervical dilation 10 to 40 mm. It should be considered as a viable option for women with a dilated cervix in 20 to 30 gestational weeks. Future controlled studies are needed.

Inhibition of 11βHSD1 （11-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 1） is a promising strategy in drug treatment of diabetes. Several 11βHSDI inhibitors have been proposed; however, their selectivity to 11βHSD1 over its isozyme 11βHSD2 （11-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 2） has not been fully reported. The authors sought to provide a short list of top potent and selective compounds along with their detailed binding modes and pharmacophore models, Molecular docking was used for initial screening of a set of 23 potent inhibitors reported by previous experimental studies. After that, selected promising entries were reassessed by molecular dynamics simulations, followed by hydrogen bond analysis. Pharmacophore models of all drug candidates and binding modes of some selected drugs were analyzed. Among the 23 compounds, only four inhibitors were identified as potent and selective drug candidates. Binding energies, 3D pharmacophores and binding modes of the four compounds with 11βHSDI are also discussed in detail in this study.

Stem cells are commonly classified based on the developmental stage from which they are isolated, although this has been a source of debate amongst stem cell scientists. A common approach classifies stem cells into three different groupings: Embryonic Stem Cells (ESCs), Umbilical Cord Stem Cells (UCBSCs) and Adult Stem Cells (ASCs), which include stem cells from bone marrow (BM), fat tissue (FT), engineered induced pluripotent (IP) and peripheral blood (PB). By definition stem cells are progenitor cells capable of self-renewal and differentiation hypothetically “ab infinitum” into more specialized cells and tissue. The main intent of this study was to determine and characterize the different sub-groups of stem cells present within the human PB-SCs that may represent a valid opportunity in the field of clinical regenerative medicine. Stem cells in the isolated mononucleated cells were characterized using a multidisciplinary approach that was based on morphology, the expression of stem cell markers by flowcytometry and fluorescence analysis, RT-PCR and the capacity to self-renew or proliferate and differentiate into specialized cells. This approach was used to identify the expression of hematopoietic, mesenchymal, embryonic and neural stem cell markers. Both isolated adherent and suspension mononucleated cells were able to maintain their stem cell properties during in-vitro culture by holding their capacity for proliferation and differentiation into osteoblast cells, respectively, when exposed to the appropriate induction medium.

Colibacillosis caused by avian pathogenic Escherichia coli(APEC)is a very prevalent disease in poultry farms in *** exploration of effective non-antibiotic substances is of great significance for the control of APEC *** experiment evaluated the efficacy of coated essential oil and organic acid(EOA)supplementation to prevent *** O78 infection in broiler chickens.A total of 288 one-day-old male broiler chicks were randomly distributed into 4 groups with 6 replicates per *** were fed a diet either supplemented with EOA(500 mg/kg feed)or not,and either uninfected or infected with *** O78 *** showed that *** O78 infection reduced body weight gain,increased mortality and the ratio of feed to gain along with cecal and liver *** load,damaged gut mucosa,induced local and systemic inflammation,and altered cecal microbial composition,diversity and function(P<0.05).Supplemental EOA improved feed conversion efficiency,lowered gross lesion scores and cecal *** population,enhanced intestinal goblet cells and serum IgG concentration,and tended to decrease serum IL-12 production(P<0.05).Essential oil and organic acid addition downregulated IFN-γmRNA,tended to decrease mucin-2 mRNA levels while upregulating IL-10 mRNA,and tended to increase ZO-1 gene expression in the jejuna of infected birds at 7 d after *** O78 challenge(P<0.05).The 16S rRNA gene sequencing indicated that both EOA addition and *** O78 challenge altered the diversity and composition of the cecal microbiota ***,infected birds fed EOA showed decreased Bacteroidetes and genus Lactobacillus abundance compared with the infected *** analysis showed that Firmicutes,Ruminococcaceae,Clostridiales,Clostridia,Lactobacillus,Lactobacilaceae,and cc-115 were enriched in the non-infected but EOA-treated group(P<0.05).Collectively,dietary EOA supplementation could mildly alleviate ***-induced gut injury and inflammation.

认知无线Ad Hoc网络（CRAHNs）提供一种有效的方案解决目前存在的频率分配问题，并具有高效地自组织的能力。认知无线（CR）的基本思想是用户通过择机的方式接入主用户的空闲频段，以提高频谱利用效率。为了达到这个目的，目前的工作主要集中研究在链路层的频谱感知和共享技术。因此，在不对拥有频谱的主用户（PUs）产生有害干扰的前提下，CR技术能够实现上述效果。尽管如此，但其在某种程度上将会在端到端的数据传输的高层协议中直接影响到该策略。传统Ad hoc无线网络的路由协议不适合在目前认知无线Ad hoc网络（CRAHNs）使用。因为在传统的无线网络中，还存在着许多主系统的干扰，而在认知无线Ad hoc网络（CRAHNs）中由于需要解除该干扰，使得路由协议的设计遇到新的挑战和问题。到现在为止，针对认知无线Ad Hoc网络还没有相关工作深入研究路由层协议。本文中将会在认知无线Ad hoc网络中提出该协议的相关策略。本文提出的方案将支持多载波的通信网络中的主系统的各种干扰。首先，介绍认知无线Ad hoc网络的相关研究背景，其如何运行，以及在这类网络中频谱感知操作的重要性。同时，在该章节中将会介绍CRAHNs的体系结构。接下来，在CRAHNs中描述部分路由协议解决问题以及其有效提高吞吐量的方案。在该章节当中，同时描述该路由协议在该网络如何工作，并介绍其最优的路由算法。然后，将会评价感知无线Ad hoc网络中的路由算法与传统Ad hoc网络中的路由算法的性能。评价结果将会得知感知无线Ad hoc网络中的路由协议是否有所改进。最后，将使用NS2对该路由协议做仿真。先利用NS2制造MAC协议模型、认知无线电路由模型。NS2是开放资源的，其在本文中仿真单接口多信道的案例。实验结果表明，与AODV路由协议相比，该协议明显提高吞吐量。此外，其吞吐量随着信道数量的增加而增加，而其冲突明显减少。
