Ly Son (Quang Ngai province) and Phu Quy (Binh Thuan province) are two island districts in Vietnam that have similar natural characteristics;both are facing the issues of sustainable economic development. This research applied Man-Kendall model to estimate the trend of some socio-economic elements in these two island districts that have been collected during the period of 2002-2018. In general, socio-economic factors showed a tendency to increase recently. Ly Son island district has faster growth rate than that of Phu Quy because Phu Quy is farther from the mainland, more difficult to access and this island district does not own distinct local products. However, with the current development speed, Ly Son is facing several consequences such as insufficient water sources to meet the water demand and security instability due to the increasing number of visitors to the island. This research also proposed that, in order to sustainably develop the two island districts, there should be a specific structure for economic development orientation among sectors based on phased schedule. More importantly, tourism development planning should take capacity into consideration. Fishing practices should pay attention to methods and fishing equipment. Infrastructure investment for environmental protection as well as advocacy program to minimize the use of plastic bags should be done on a regular basis.

Based on the mechanism for mass creation in the space-time with extradimensions proposed in our previous work, (arXiv: 1301.1405 [hep-th] 2013) we consider now the mass spectrum of vector bosons in extradimensions. It is shown that this spectrum is completely determined by some function of compactification length and closely related to the metric of extradimensions.

越南战争(1967-1975)是二战后产生了较大国际影响力的局部战争之一,给越南造成了巨大的物质损失以及精神创伤,同时对美国社会也产生了也深刻的影响了,尤其是给参加越南的士兵与家庭带来巨大的精神创伤。美国民众对越南战争怀有一种复杂而矛盾的情感与认识。直到战争结束,美国大多数民众怀疑政府所传播的有关越战的信息。1960年代以来,越南战争是美国和越南电影重点表现的题材。从客观的角度,好莱坞电影试图表现那种复杂的情感,给人们展现一个直观而多维的战争镜像,表达好莱坞所理解的―战争的本质‖。对越南来说,20世纪70年代以前都是一部充满血泪的民族抗争的历史,因此,越南的战争题材电影基本上都是抗法、抗美的主题,内容主要表现战士的英勇和人民的爱国激情。对于美国和越南来说,越战一直以来都是电影的热门题材,两国影片不论是从数量还是质量上都有所突破,很值得研究。本文通过对美越两国的越战题材电影文本进行比较分析,结合电影史研究、文化研究和影像语言研究的视角,审视美越两国同一题材电影作品对于战争的不同理解以及表达方式。论文分为四章。绪论部分主要解释了本论文的研究背景,研究意义,研究方法,简要介绍美国、中国、越南关于越战题材电影的研究现状。第一章以历史的视野分析了美国和越南关于越战题材电影的创作情况。第二章和第三章选择了美国和越南的越战题材电影代表作品《现代启示录》和《回乡之路》为研究对象,分析了两部作品的镜像形象和镜像语言的特色。第二章运用电影叙事学的相关理论,分析了《现代启示录》和《回乡之路》的叙事结构、经典场景、人物形象。采用了Joseph Campbell的“英雄的旅程”模式,分析了两部电影的叙事模式,指出它们的相似处。第三章从拍摄场地、拍摄镜头和拍摄手法三个方面,分析了影片的镜像语言。由于《回乡之路》产生于越南电影产业的起步时期,因此,在拍摄技术以及镜像语言的运用等方面还比较粗略和简单,与美国的《现代启示录》的制作水平存在较大的差距。《现代启示录》使用的拍摄镜头、光线、色彩极为出色精致。第四章主要分析两部电影的主题表达,《现代启示录》以现实主义与超现实主义的观念,表达战争对人性的扭曲,这是战争的本质。《回乡之路》主要表达了越南的民族主义、爱国主义和英雄主义,勾描了一个民族的抗争的镜像。与美国对越南战争的复杂而多维的理解相比,越南的抗美电影更多是为了满足当时的社会宣传需要,激励民族精神,因此,表现主题相对单一。结语总结了美越两国在越战题材电影生产机制、主题、镜像语言等方面的不同特色。总结论证了美国对约占题材电影体现在电影机制与本质上的认识、叙事模式以及主题表达等方面的创作经验,并提出了给我国抗战电影的启发。

Productivity Growth, Technological Progress, and Efficiency Change in Vietnamese Manufacturing Industries: A Stochastic Frontier Approach

This study applies a stochastic frontier production approach to decompose the sources of total productivity (TFP) growth into technical progress and changes in technical efficiency of 8057 firms in Vietnamese manufacturing industries during 2003-2007. Using both total manufacturing industry and sub-manufacturing industrial regressions, the analysis focuses on the trend of technological progress (TP) and technical efficiency change (TEC), and the role of productivity change in economic growth. According to the estimated results, the annual technical progress for the manufacturing industry and sub-manufacturing industries are calculated directly from the estimated parameters of the translog stochastic frontier production function by taking a partial derivative of output with respect to time t. The average technical changes in manufacturing industry and sub-manufacturing industries are positive, with an average technical change about 5.2%, 5.8%, 5.4%, 11.8%, 4.6%, 4.1%, 7.3%, 4.8%, 4.8% and 4.8% for total sample, food products & beverages, textile & wearing apparel, footwear, paper & products, industrial chemicals, rubber & plastic products, non- metallic mineral, basic & fabricated metal and other sub-industries, respectively. Total TFP in the manufacturing sector has grown at the annual rate of 0.052, although the rate of growth decreased continuously during the sample period. For the sub-industry estimates during the sample period, TFP grew fastest in the footwear sub-industry, with annual average growth rate of 11.8%, followed by the rubber & plastic products with a rate of 7.3%, and the food products & beverages with a rate of 5.8% per annum.

Observations by the Atacama Large Millimetre/sub-millimetre Array of the dust continuum and ^13 CO（3–2） millimetre emissions of the triple stellar system GG Tau A are analysed,giving evidence for a rotating gas disc and a concentric and coplanar dust ring. The present work complements an earlier analysis（Tang et al.） by exploring detailed properties of the gas disc. A 95% confidence level upper limit of 0.24＂（34 au） is placed on the disc scale height at a distance of 1＂（140 au） from the central stars. Evidence for Keplerian rotation of the gas disc is presented,with the rotation velocity reaching-3.1 km s^-1 at 1＂ from the central stars,and a 99% confidence level upper limit of 9% is placed on relative contribution from a possible in-fall velocity. Variations of the intensity across the disc area are studied in detail and confirm the presence of a hot spot in the south-eastern quadrant. However several other significant intensity variations,in particular a depression in the northern direction,are also revealed. Variations of the intensity are found to be positively correlated to variations of the line width. Possible contributions to the measured line width are reviewed,suggesting an increase of the disc temperature and opacity with decreasing distance from the stars.

随着中国融入世界,在中国学习的留学生日益增加,对外汉语教育出现了许多新问题,也总结了许多新经验。如何做好语言教育,在做语言教育的同时如何做好文化教育?对外汉语教育和中国文化教育之间又有深刻而必然的联系?本文旨在探讨对外汉语教育中融入中国文化的必要性和可行性方案。在对外汉语中融入中国文化,不仅是对外汉语教育的教学目标,更是时代进步和世界进步的要求。语言和文化无法割裂,学习中国文化对外国学生汉语语言学习具有重要意义,在语言教育中融入中国文化是推广弘扬中华文化的重要手段。但是在汉语教学中推广中国文化在不同文化语境的障碍,在目前看来,对外汉语教育者应当尝试进行更多的探索。思考如何引导学生走出文化误区,避免跨文化交际障碍。只有与文化结合的语言教育,才能有助于学生更好地理解中国,提升人文修养,提高其作为留学生对文明差异的敏感和作为当代世界公民对不同文化的包容度。

Ethanol extracts of Scutellaria baicalensis protect against lipopolysaccharide-induced acute liver injury in mice

Objective: To investigated the protective potential of ethanol extracts of Scutellaria baicalensis(S. baicalensis) against lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced liver injury. Methods: Dried roots of S. baicalensis were extracted with ethanol and concentrated to yield a dry residue. Mice were administered 200 mg/kg of the ethanol extracts orally once daily for one week. Animals were subsequently administered a single dose of LPS(5 mg/kg of body weight, intraperitoneal injection). Both protein and m RNA levels of cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin-1β, and interleukin-6 in liver tissues were evaluated by ELISA assay and quantitative PCR. C yclooxygenase-2, inducible nitric oxide synthase, and nuclear factor-κB protein levels in liver tissues were analyzed by western blotting. Results: Liver injury induced by LPS signifi cantly increased necrosis factor alpha, interleukin-1β, interleukin-6, cyclooxygenase-2, inducible nitric oxide synthase, and nuclear factor-κB in liver tissues. Treatment with ethanol extracts of S. baicalensis prevented all of these observed changes associated with LPS-induced injury in liver ***: Our study showed that S. baicalensis is potentially protective against LPS-induced liver injury in mice.
