Aim:Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are an excellent potential source of cells for bone tissue engineering due to their excellent renewal ability and osteogenic differentiation *** study was designed to evaluate the bone formation properties of a demineralized cancellous bone scaffold seeded with MSCs,with or without periosteum,in a critical size bone defect model in ***:Rabbit culture-expanded bone marrow(BM)-MSCs were seeded onto a human demineralized cancellous bone(HDCB)*** defects measuring 15 mm in length were created in each radius.A total of 56 bone defects in 28 rabbits were randomly assigned to one of the 4 groups for scaffold implantation:Group 1:HDCB graft only;Group 2:periosteum-wrapped HDCB graft;Group 3:HDCB graft seeded with BM-MSCs and Group 4:periosteum-wrapped HDCB graft seeded with *** rabbits were sacrificed 12 weeks after surgery for gross observation,radiological assessment,histological analyses and biomechanical ***:New bone(NB)formation and bone healing were successfully achieved,both radiologically and histologically,on demineralized cancellous bone graft seeded with *** were improved when BM-MSCs were associated with ***:this study demonstrates that repair of bone defects in a rabbit model can be achieved through bone grafting using BM-MSCs,implanted on a demineralized cancellous bone *** formation of NB was optimized when combined with the preservation of periosteum at the site of injury.

Improving irrigation monitoring and efficiency is a current priority of the Government of Vietnam, focusing primarily on the agricultural sector which consumes most of the available surface and groundwater. this paper presents how remote sensing can be used in an integrated manner to achieve better understanding of key eco-hydrological processes including precipitation, evapotran-spiration, irrigation and crop growth. The results indicated that Normalized Difference Vegetation Index derived from Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) can be applied to determine irrigated pixels on a spatial and temporal basis. The validation using measured water level showed a Pearson correlation of 0.7 proving the high accuracy of this method. The inclusion of these technologies is deemed necessary to improve water resources monitoring and management and hence, ensure long-term drought resilience and water and food security. Ca River Basin in the central Vietnam was selected as a case study to test this approach.

Integrated water resources management requires consistent and accurate data on available water storage in reservoirs as well as water stress level. Vietnam is enduring a significant deficit in collecting necessary information to manage its water resources in that manner. While reservoirs are abundant, the majority of them were constructed a long ago and often lack of regular and adequate measurement on storage volume. Furthermore, the condition of water stress is often missing or remains bias leading to certain risks in reservoir operation, e.g. during water scarcity period. this paper presents how remote sensing data can be used to acquire needed information that is fundamental to understand water resources conditions. The results indicated that Sentinel-1 and Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) can be applied to determine water surface area and water stress, through vegetation health index (VHI). this information is deemed necessary to improve water resources monitoring and management and hence, ensure long-term drought resilience and water and food security.

为了分离尿激酶(一种重要的血纤维蛋白溶酶原活化剂,合成了水溶性的能配位络合的聚合物。这种亲和聚合物是在无氧条件下,经N-丙烯酰-间-氨基苯甲脒和丙烯酰胺共聚而成。为了从人工配制的含过氧化物酶和尿激酶的溶液和从尿液中分离出尿激酶,后来发展了亲和超滤过程。测得的过程得率分别为86％、49％。回收的尿激酶的比活力接近于最高商品级。本文也介绍了把血纤维蛋白溶酶原偶联在价廉的显色底物-L-苯甲酰精氨酰-对-硝基苯胺(L-BAPNA)上,进行尿激酶分析的新技术。引言尿激酶。

The main objective of this work is to use the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) technique to study the effects of pitch ratio on the controllable pitch propeller"s thrust characteristic. The propeller analyzed is at the following design condition: diameter of 3.65 m, speed of 200 rpm, blade number of 4, average pitch of 2.459 m, pitch ratio at 0.7 of 0.6737. The first stage involves the mesh generation and refinement on domain of the designed propeller. The second stage deals with the identification of initial and boundary conditions of the mesh-equipped module. In the final stage, various results are calculated and analyzed for pitch ratio affecting on the propeller"s thrust characteristic. The achieved results are the basis design and improving efficiency of the controllable pitch propeller.

The purpose of this paper is to apply "Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT)" model to simulate the impacts of climate change and deforestation on nutrient (nitrogen and phosphorus) yield from Phu luong watershed in Northern Viet Nam. Among the three climate change scenarios B1, B2 and A2, which represented low, medium, and high levels of greenhouse gas emission respectively, were set up for Viet Nam. The B2 scenario was selected for this study. Two land use scenarios (S1-2030 and S2-2050 which converted 4.43%, and 13.40% forest-mixed land into agricultural land, respectively) were formulated by combination with climatic change in SWAT simulation. In B2 climate change scenario, mean temperature increases 0.7 oC (2030) and 1.3 oC (2050); annual rainfall increases 2.1% (2030) and 3.80% (2050) with respect to baseline scenario. The results showed that monthly Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient of Efficiency (NSE) ranged from 0.81 to 0.96 and percent bias (PBIAS) ranged from -7.88 to 9.38. Additionally, SWAT simulation results also showed that climate change and deforestation caused significant percentage of changes in total N and P loads within Phu luong watershed.
