The spread of tuberculosis(TB),especially multidrug-resistant TB and extensively drug-resistant TB,has strongly motivated the research and development of new anti-TB *** strategies to facilitate drug combinations,including pharmacokinetics-guided dose optimization and toxicology studies of first-and second-line anti-TB drugs have also been introduced and *** chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)has arguably become the gold standard in the analysis of both endo-and exo-genous *** technique has been applied successfully not only for therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM)but also for pharmacometabolomics *** improves the effectiveness of treatment,reduces adverse drug reactions,and the likelihood of drug resistance development in TB patients by determining dosage regimens that produce concentrations within the therapeutic target *** on TDM,the dose would be optimized individually to achieve favorable *** is essential in generating and validating hypotheses regarding the metabolism of anti-TB drugs,aiding in the discovery of potential biomarkers for TB diagnostics,treatment monitoring,and outcome *** article highlighted the current progresses in TDM of anti-TB drugs based on LC-MS bioassay in the last two ***,we discussed the advantages and disadvantages of this technique in practical *** pressing need for non-invasive sampling approaches and stability studies of anti-TB drugs was ***,we provided perspectives on the prospects of combining LC-MS-based TDM and pharmacometabolomics with other advanced strategies(pharmacometrics,drug and vaccine developments,machine learning/artificial intelligence,among others)to encapsulate in an all-inclusive approach to improve treatment outcomes of TB patients.

this work uses refined first-order shear theory to analyze the free vibration and transient responses of double-curved sandwich two-layer shells made of auxetic honeycomb core and laminated three-phase polymer/GNP/fiber surface subjected to the blast *** of the two layers that make up the double-curved shell structure is made up of an auxetic honeycomb core and two laminated sheets of three-phase polymer/GNP/*** exterior is supported by a Kerr elastic foundation with three *** key innovation of the proposed theory is that the transverse shear stresses are zero at two free surfaces of each *** contrast to previous first-order shear deformation theories,no shear correction factor is ***'s exact solution was used to treat the double-curved shell problem with a single title boundary,while the finite element technique and an eight-node quadrilateral were used to address the other boundary *** ensure the accuracy of these results,a thorough comparison technique is employed in conjunction with credible *** problem model's edge cases allow for this kind of *** study's findings may be used in the post-construction evaluation of military and civil works structures for their ability to sustain explosive *** addition,this is also an important basis for the calculation and design of shell structures made of smart materials when subjected to shock waves or explosive loads.

Application of extreme gradient boosting in predicting the viscoelastic characteristics of graphene oxide modified asphalt at medium and high temperatures

Complex modulus(G^(*))is one of the important criteria for asphalt classification according to AASHTO M320-10,and is often used to predict the linear viscoelastic behavior of asphalt *** addition,phase angle(φ)characterizes the deformation resilience of asphalt and is used to assess the ratio between the viscous and elastic *** is thus important to quickly and accurately estimate these two *** purpose of this investigation is to construct an extreme gradient boosting(XGB)model to predict G^(*)andφof graphene oxide(GO)modified asphaltat medium and high *** data sets are gathered from previously published experiments,consisting of 357 samples for G^(*)and 339 samples forφ,and the se are used to develop the XGB model using nine inputs representing theasphalt binder *** findings show that XGB is an excellent predictor of G^(*)andφof GO-modified asphalt,evaluated by the coefficient of determination R^(2)(R^(2)=0.990 and 0.9903 for G^(*)andφ,respectively)and root mean square error(RMSE=31.499 and 1.08 for G^(*)andφ,respectively).In addition,the model’s performance is compared with experimental results and five other machine learning(ML)models to highlight its *** the final step,the Shapley additive explanations(SHAP)value analysis is conducted to assess the impact of each input and the correlation between pairs of important features on asphalt’s two physical properties.

进入二十一世纪以来,随着科学技术的飞速发展,传统媒体以及新媒体的出现给受众的选择越来越多。大众与媒介之间有密切关系,不仅影响媒体发展的趋势,而会影响国家的政治、经济、社会的问题。本文从传播学的视角切入,通过选取越南河内市纸桥区的奕望后坊、观花坊与福寿县的福寿小镇、寿禄社为调查对象,采用定量与定性结合的研究方法,结合文献分析、数据统计分析等研究方法。根据越南民众与媒介接触情况、特点以及影响因素,进行探讨民众与报纸、广播、电视、网络等四大媒体接触的类型、内容、习惯等方面的异同点。本文采用SPSS 21.0统计分析软件对283个样本数据分为性别、年龄、职业、婚姻情况、受教育程度的变量进行描述分析和相关性分析。研究发现:(1)电视是越南民众最依赖的媒介渠道,此外,网络、报纸在提供信息方面仍然发挥着重要的作用,相比之下,广播的受众较小;(2)民众对电视传播的内容也是最可靠,其次是报纸,再次是广播,最后是网络;(3)男性人群比女性人群更倾向于媒介接触,年龄越大与媒介接触的需求越少,文职人员、大学生比农民、工人与媒介接触的程度更高,未婚人群与媒介接触多于已婚人群,受教育程度高人群比受教育程度低人群接触媒体更有选择;(4)在越南媒体背景下,民众与媒介接触有所变化。趋势和预测如下:男性人口增多是越南媒体发展的潜力,年轻人更倾向于新媒体,电视、报纸、广播都需要数字化才能生存下去,媒介受众逐渐转为网络媒体以及新媒体,受众与媒介接触的需求越来越高。

中国电视剧自20世纪80年代开始发轫,伴随着传播技术的飞速发展、电视受众群体的不断壮大,30多年后的今天,电视剧作为当今电视节目的重要形态,已成为大众文化的一种载体。中国电视剧不仅在国内获得比较大的发展和进步,还不断进入海外市场,包括东南亚、欧美、非洲等区域。就影响所及以及文化传播的角度来看,中国电视剧对东南亚,特别是对越南的影响力尤为巨大。从上个世纪90年代中越邦交正常化以来,中越两国在政治、经济、教育、科技等领域的合作与交流更为广泛和密切。中国电视剧也是伴随着中越邦交正常化进入越南市场,并在越南吸引了大量各阶层的观众。从中越文化交流的角度看,中国电视剧实际上为越南观众提供了一个了解中国社会和文化的窗口。本文研究的题目是“中国电视剧在越南的传播及其影响”,牵涉到中国和越南两国文化。因此本文将从跨文化传播的视角考察中国电视剧在越南的传播历程、影响因素等,并借此进一步研究越南观众对中国电视剧的接受心理。而在这方面,越南国内几乎没有现存的文献,作为一个留学生,希望能在这个方面填补越南跨文化传播研究的空白。本文通过问卷调查法对越南观众进行研究。研究内容主要有四个方面：第一,中国电视剧在越南的传播途径及手段;第二,中国电视剧在越南的传播效果;第三,中国电视剧输入越南的主要类型及受欢迎情况;第四,中国电视剧对越南社会文化的影响。整个调查围绕这四个部分进行,通过调查资料的归类,并结合跨文化传播的系列理论,分析得出中国电视剧在越南传播过程中跨文化传播的内容,影响因素等。最后根据研究结果提出相应的跨文化传播传播建议,以深入探讨越南观众借助中国电视剧完成的文化融合,从而为两国民众在历史和文化层面的沟通和交流提供学识上的贡献。

Environmental pollution,such as water contamination,is a critical issue that must be absolutely ***,three different morphologies of tungsten-based photocatalysts(WO_(3)nanorods,WO_(3)/WS_(2)nanobricks,WO_(3)/WS_(2)nanorods)are made using a simple hydrothermal method by changing the solvents(H_(2)O,DMF,aqueous HCl solution).The as-prepared nanocatalysts have excellent thermal stability,large porosity,and high *** results show all materials have good photocatalytic activity in aqueous media,with WO_(3)/WS_(2)nanorods(NRs)having the best activity in the photodegradation of bisphenol A(BPA)under visible-light *** may originate from increased migration of charge carriers and effective prevention of electron–hole recombination in WO_(3)/WS_(2)NRs,whereby this photocatalyst is able to generate more reactive·OH and·O_(2)^(–)species,leading to greater photocatalytic *** 99.6% of BPA is photodegraded within 60 min when using 1.5 g/L WO_(3)/WS_(2)NRs and 5.0 mg/L BPA at pH ***,the optimal conditions(pH,catalyst dosage,initial BPA concentration)for WO_(3)/WS_(2)NRs are also elaborately *** rod-like heterostructures are expressed as potential catalysts with excellent photostability,efficient reusability,and highly active effectivity in different types of *** particular,the removal efficiency of BPA by WO_(3)/WS_(2)NRs reduces by only 1.5% after five recycling runs and even reaches 89.1%in contaminated lake *** study provides promising insights for the nearly complete removal of BPA from wastewater or different water resources,which is advantageous to various applications in environmental remediation.

this research aims to analyze the static bending and free vibration behaviors of bidirectional functionally graded porous(BFGP)curved microbeams with elastic boundary conditions resting on a Pasternak’s elastic foundation in a hygro-thermal *** analysis based on non-uniform rational B-splines,first-order shear deformation theory,nonlocal elasticity theory combined with the modified strain gradient theories,modified Timoshenko beam theory are formulated to depict bending and shear deformations of BFGP curved ***,because using the modified Timoshenko beam theory,this study removes the requirement for a shear correction factor and describes shear stress by zero at the upper and lower cross-sectional sites of the BFGP curved *** from traditional boundary conditions,where the beginning and end positions of a curved beam are connected by an elastic system of straight and torsion *** allows for greater flexibility in controlling the stiffness of the springs to obtain arbitrary *** assess the accuracy and convergence of the proposed approach,validation numerical examples were conducted in the various examples.

In thiswork,the perovskite LaZnO_(3) was synthesized via sol-gel method and applied for photocatalytic treatment of sulfamethizole(SMZ)antibiotics under visible light *** was almost completely degraded(99.2%±0.3%)within 4 hr by photocatalyst LaZnO3 at the optimal dosage of 1.1 g/L,with amineralization proportion of 58.7%±0.4%.The efficient performance of LaZnO_(3) can be attributed to itswide-range light absorption and the appropriate energy band edge levels,which facilitate the formation of active agents such as·O_(2)^(−),h^(+),and·*** integration of RP-HPLC/Q-TOF-MS and DFT-based computational techniques revealed three degradation pathways of SMZ,which were initiated by the deamination reaction at the aniline ring,the breakdown of the sulfonamidemoieties,and a process known as Smile-type rearrangement and SO2 *** toxicity of SMZ and the intermediateswere analyzed by quantitative structure activity relationship(QSAR),indicating the effectiveness of LaZnO_(3)-based photocatalysis in preventing secondary pollution of the intermediates to the ecosystem during the degradation *** visible-light-activated photocatalyst LaZnO_(3) exhibited efficient performance in the occurrence of inorganic anions and maintained high durability across multiple recycling tests,making it a promising candidate for practical antibiotic treatment.

Analysis of Traffic Accidents in Vietnam

Understanding the causes and solutions of road traffic accidents is important for developing road and action plans in a country. In Vietnam, awareness of traffic participants is the main cause of serious traffic accidents. In recent years, the number of road traffic accidents in Tuyen Quang province with deaths has decreased, but the number of accidents has increased significantly. The article uses data on traffic accidents in Tuyen Quang over the (2016-2023) has been analytically reviewed. From there, analyze accident characteristics and causes of traffic accidents in Tuyen Quang province, and propose solutions to improve traffic safety in Tuyen Quang, Vietnam. The findings can be information for managers and researchers interested in studying the province of Tuyen Quang, Vietnam road traffic safety. Additionally, the findings have led the government to achieve national targets in reducing the number of accidents and serious injuries.
