Nowadays,cloud computing has been identified as new opportunities for migrating to the expected agility,reuse,and adaptive capabilities that can support the ever changing IT trends and ***,the rapid evolution of those technologies also comes with open issues such as security,privacy,integrity,quality of services,and their possible detrimental *** this work,the concept of insurance is introduced to compensate the cloud computing customers when encountering those failures if service providers(SPs)have insurance ***,we consider the situation when the insurer is unable to see the system failure risk levels of the SPs,which is usually seen as an incomplete information market,in contrast with the optimal situation in a complete information ***,an insurance-based cloud computing architecture is proposed to build a monetary credit system in which the cloud computing SP pays a premium for a certain coverage to the ***,problem is formulated to solve the optimal insurance plan in complete and incomplete information markets,together with detail analysis of insurance policies in both cases are ***,simulation results show the properties of the two insurance plans and parameters that affect the design of the insurance plan.

Objective:To evaluate hepatitis B virus(HBV)vaccine coverage and its associated factors among health science students in ***:This cross-sectional study involving 459 health science students at Tra Vinh University was conducted between April and June *** were collected using a structured questionnaire with items on sociodemographic characteristics,knowledge and attitude about HBV,and vaccination status.A multivariable logistic regression model was used to explore the factors associated with vaccination ***:The majority of participants were female(65.8%)and enrolled at the medical school(56.2%).A total of 30.3%participants received the full dose of the HBV *** percentages of participants with sufficient knowledge and positive attitudes toward HBV infection were 75.2%and 43.4%,*** was 11.8 times higher in sixth-year medical students than any healthcare student in their first-year[adjusted odds ratio(aOR)11.8,95%CI 3.1-45.1,Phan in their ***:The majority of students were not fully vaccinated against HBV,indicating they were vulnerable to the *** and authorities should reinforce health education messages aimed at encouraging all students to get vaccinated with the HBV vaccine,enhance their awareness and knowledge of HBV,and improve attitudes toward HBV infection prevention.

This paper presents the application of an artificial neural network to develop an approach to determine and study the energy-optimal wing kinematics of a hovering bionic hawkmoth model.A three-layered artificial neural network is used for the rapid prediction of the unsteady aerodynamic force acting on the wings and the required *** this artificial network is integrated into genetic and simplex algorithms,the running time of the optimization process is reduced *** validity of this new approach is confirmed in a comparison with a conventional method using an aerodynamic model based on an extended unsteady vortex-lattice method for a sinu soidal wing kinematics *** studying the obtained results,it is found that actual hawkmoths do not hover under an energy-optimal ***,by tilting the stroke plane and lowering the wing positions,they can compromise and expend some energy to enhance their maneuverability and the stability of their flight.

A new microchannel capillary flow assay (MCFA) platform with lyophilized chemiluminescence reagents for a smartphone-based POCT detecting malaria

There has been a considerable development in microfluidic based immunodiagnostics over the past few years which has greatly favored the growth of novel point-of-care-testing(POCT).However,the realization of an inexpensive,low-power POCT needs cheap and disposable microfluidic devices that can perform autonomously with minimum user *** work,for the first time,reports the development of a new microchannel capillary flow assay(MCFA)platform that can perform chemiluminescence based ELISA with lyophilized chemiluminescent *** new MCFA platform exploits the ultra-high sensitivity of chemiluminescent detection while eliminating the shortcomings associated with liquid reagent handling,control of assay sequence and user *** functionally designed microchannels along with adequate hydrophilicity produce a sequential flow of assay reagents and autonomously performs the ultra-high sensitive chemiluminescence based ELISA for the detection of malaria biomarker such as *** MCFA platform with no external flow control and simple chemiluminescence detection can easily communicate with smartphone via USB-OTG port using a custom-designed optical *** use of the smartphone for display,data transfer,storage and analysis,as well as the source of power allows the development of a smartphone based POCT analyzer for disease *** paper reports a limit of detection(LOD)of 8 ng/mL by the smartphone analyzer which is sensitive enough to detect active malarial *** MCFA platform developed with the smartphone analyzer can be easily customized for different biomarkers,so a hand-held POCT for various infectious diseases can be envisaged with full networking capability at low cost.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19,tourists have been increasingly concerned over various risks of international travel,while knowledge of the pandemic appears to vary *** addition,as travel restrictions continue to impact adversely on international tourism,tourism efforts should be placed more on the domestic *** structural equation modeling,this study unearthed different risk factors impacting Korean travelers’choices of alternative local destinations in the post-pandemic *** addition,this study extended the goal-directed behavior framework with the acquisition of perceived risk and knowledge of COVID-19,which was proven to hold a sig-nificantly superior explanatory power of tourists’decisions of local alternatives over foreign countries during the COVID-19 ***,desire was found to play an imminent mediating role in the conceptual mod-el,maximizing the impact of perceived risk on travel ***,this research offers meaningful the-oretical implication as thefirst empirical study to deepen the goal-directed behaviour framework with perceived risk and knowledge in the context of post-COVID-19 *** also serves as insightful knowledge for Korean tour-ism authorities and practitioners to understand local tourists’decision-making processes and tailor effective recovery strategy for domestic tourism.

How knowledge of hepatitis B disease and vaccine influences vaccination practices among parents in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Objective:To assess the influences of the knowledge of parents about hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection and the benefit of HBV vaccination on the practice of HBV vaccination among ***:A prospective cross-sectional study recruited parents whose children,aged 12-24 months,received HBV vaccination at Commune Health Centers(CHCs)in Ho Chi Minh City from Feb.2016 to *** were interviewed using a questionnaire that included 11-item binary knowledge questions and checked their children’s vaccination ***:A total of 768 parents had a mean age of(30.8±5.1)*** mean knowledge score of the 11-item questions was(7.0±2.4).The knowledge score was positively associated with full and timely HBV *** addition,children who received complete and timely HBV vaccination were significantly more likely to live in rural areas(Adjusted OR 4.02,95%CI 2.79-5.79,P<0.001).Also,children whose parents received vaccination information from health care providers,and had knowledge about HBV risk,had a higher rate of full and timely HBV vaccination(Adjusted OR 1.60,95%CI 1.13-2.29,and Adjusted OR 1.47,95%CI 1.01-2.13,P all<0.05).Conclusions:Parents possessed a great deal of incorrect knowledge about *** health education from health care providers should target parents living in specific locations and focus on the benefits of HBV vaccine.

Objective:To assess the knowledge and attitude toward coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19)among healthcare workers at District 2 Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City(HCMC).Methods:A cross-sectional study was performed between January 2020 and February 2020 at District 2 Hospital.A systematic random sampling strategy was carried out and the data was collected through a self-administered questionnaire of the knowledge and attitude of healthcare workers regarding *** analysis was reported to describe the demographic,mean knowledge and attitude score of healthcare *** statistics including t-test,ANOVA and Spearman’s correlation were used to evaluate the relationship between study ***:A total of 327 eligible healthcare workers had a mean score of knowledge and attitude of 8.17±1.3(range 4-10)and 1.86±0.43(range 1-5),*** showed good knowledge and a positive ***,approximately two thirds of the participants knew the mode of transmission,the isolation period and treatment(67.0%,65.8%,and 58.4%,respectively),and 82.3%and 79.8%,respectively,held positive attitude regarding the risk of personal and family members getting *** was a negative correlation between knowledge scores and attitude scores(r=-0.21,Phan that expected for their position level towards the *** education interventions and campaigns are required for healthcare workers.

Inspired by erythrocytes that contain oxygen-carrying hemoglobin(Hb)and that exhibit photo-driven activity,we introduce homogenous-sized erythrocyte-like Hb microgel(μGel)systems(5-6μm)that can(i)emit heat,(ii)supply oxygen,and(iii)generate reactive oxygen species(ROS;1O2)in response to near-infrared(NIR)laser *** μGels consist of Hb,bovine serum albumin(BSA),chlorin e6(Ce6)and erbium@lutetium upconverting nanoparticles(UCNPs;~35 nm)that effectively convert 808 nm NIR light to 660 nm visible *** Hb μGels are capable of releasing oxygen to help generate sufficient reactive oxygen species(^(1)O_(2))from UCNPs/Ce6 under severely hypoxic condition upon NIR stimulation for efficient photodynamic ***,the Hb μGels emit heat and increase surface temperature due to NIR light absorption by heme(iron protoporphyrin IX)and display photothermal *** changing the Hb/UCNP/Ce6 ratio and controlling the amount of NIR laser irradiation,it is possible to formulate bespoke Hb μGels with either photothermal or photodynamic activity or both in the context of combined therapeutic *** Hb μGels effectively suppress highly hypoxic 4T1 cell spheroid growth and xenograft mice tumors in vivo.

用Pro/E软件建立喷头内流道的三维实体模型,选择RNGk-ε模型在CFD软件Fluent中模拟了雨鸟30PSH型摇臂式喷头在10种入口压力和4种主喷嘴直径组合下的内流道流场,分析了喷头主副喷嘴的流量、入口压力与出口平均速度等参数的关系。研究结果表明:主喷嘴直径增大时,副喷嘴流量几乎不变;主、副喷嘴的流量分配比例由主喷嘴直径决定,与入口压力无关。入口压力增大,主喷嘴出口平均速度增大,但副喷嘴出口平均速度不变。喷头主、副喷嘴的平均湍动能随入口压力增大而增大,不受主喷嘴直径变化的影响。主喷嘴出口静压力、湍动能和速度的标准差、副喷嘴出口静压力标准差与入口压力近似成正比;而副喷嘴出口湍动能和速度的标准差随主喷嘴直径或入口压力增大产生较大的无规律变化。喷头内流道流场的可视化结果显示喷头副喷嘴与弯管连接处静压力较大,接近喷头入口静压力。
