Background:Strongyloidiasis,a neglected disease caused by intestinal nematodes of the genus,is endemic to tropical and subtropical areas such as *** methods only identify the genus,while DNA-molecular techniques are susceptible in Strongyloides *** study aims to determine the prevalence of dominant Strongyloides species among the population in Duc Hoa district,Long An,***:A cross-sectional study used 1190 stool specimens collected from July 2017 to November *** samples were transported within 2 h,stored at 2-8℃,and processed within 48 h for microscopy smear and culture at the Laboratory of Medical Parasitology,Pham Ngoc thach University of Medicine(PNT).Then all positive samples with the above 2 methods were verified by real-time PCR ***-time PCR amplification was conducted at the Laboratory of Molecular Biology,***:Direct microscopy and modified Harada-Mori culture detected Strongyloides *** in 79/1190 sam-ples(6.6%).About 94.2%of the DNA samples were Strongyloides stercoralis,2.9%were co-infections with Strongy-loides ratti and ***,and 2.9%were patients with *** identity of 12/14 sequences was confirmed as *** with a high level of similarity(91.3%-100%)and over 98%for ***:DNA-molecular techniques and sequence analysis are highly suitable for identifying Strongyloides species isolated from stool *** is remarkable evidence of the presence of zoonosis *** disease in human,not just the known *** is likely to result in a certain proportion of people being infected by this animal-borne infectious pathogen.

　　Cardiovascular disease is the most frequent diagnosis in elderly people and is the leading cause of death in both men and women older than 65 years. Every year in the United States more than 700,000 patients arrive at the emergency room with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI). In the early years of coronary interventions,when a single lesion was found,the question then was asked whether it was feasible and safe to dilate right away the lesion with plain old balloon angioplasty (ad hoc POBA) or to call in a senior interventional cardiologist to do POBA on a later *** lesions were found in more than one coronary artery territories,then the interventional cardiologists had to pull his or her hair and asked whether it was feasible and safe to dilate right away the other lesion(s) at the same *** than 20 years later,at this present time,with nearly perfect outcomes due to stent availability and high level of experiences from operators,the question of multiple coronary stenting in one session is neither problematic nor ***,if not all lesions are taken care immediately or in near future sessions,the question would be whether the patient receives standard of care as there is no complete revascularization.

This study measured the yields of the radionuclides^(82)Sr,^(83(m+g))Sr,^(85m)Sr,^(85g)Sr,^(87m)Sr,^(81(g+0.976m))Rb,^(82m)Rb,^(83g)Rb,^(84(m+g))Rb,and^(86(m+g))Rb produced in^(nat)Sr(γ,xnyp)multiparticle reactions with bremsstrahlung end-point energies of 55,60,and 65 *** bremsstrahlung radiation was generated using the 100-MeV electron linear accelerator at the Pohang Accelerator Laboratory,Korea,and the reaction yields were derived from the induced activitiesmeasured using off-lineγ-ray *** obtain accurate experimental results,we performed the necessaryγ-ray interference *** experimental results were compared with the theoretical predictions obtained using the TALYS-1.95 statistical nuclear model *** calculations were performed using six different level-density models to ascertain which model best fitted the experimental *** dependence of the reaction yield on the incident bremsstrahlung energy and on the number of nucleons emitted by the photonuclear reactions was also investigated.
