Coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19)has affected more than 200 countries *** disease has hugely affected healthcare systems as well as the economy to an extent never seen *** date,COVID-19 infection has led to about 165000 deaths in 150 *** present,there is no specific drug or efficient treatment for this *** this analysis based on evidential relationships of the biological characteristics of MSCs,especially umbilical cord(UC)-derived MSCs as well as the first clinical trial using MSCs for COVID-19 treatment,we discuss the use of UC-MSCs to improve the symptoms of COVID-19 in patients.

In order to evaluate the performance of deep geological disposal of radioactive waste,an underground research laboratory(URL)was constructed by Andra in the Callovo-Oxfordian(COx)claystone formation at the Meuse/Haute-Marne(MHM).The construction of URL induced the excavation damage of host formations,and the ventilation in the galleries desaturated the host formation close to the gallery ***,it is expected that the mechanical behaviour of COx claystone is *** study presents a constitutive model developed to describe the viscoplastic behaviour of unsaturated and damaged COx *** this model,the unsaturation effect is considered by adopting the Bishop effective stress and the van Genuchten(VG)water retention *** terms of the viscoplastic behaviour,the nonstationary flow surface(NSFS)theory for unsaturated soils is used with consideration of the coupled effects of strain rate and suction on the yield stress.A progressive hardening law is ***,a non-associated flow rule is used,which is similar to that in Barcelona basic model(BBM).In addition,to describe the damage effect induced by suction change and viscoplastic loading,a damage function is defined based on the crack volume *** damage function contains two variables:unsaturated effective stress and viscoplastic volumetric strain,with the related parameters determined based on the mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP)*** the model validation,different tests on COx claystone under different loading paths are *** between experimental and simulated results indicated that the present model is able to well describe the viscoplastic behaviour of damaged COx claystone,including swelling/shrinkage,triaxial extension and compression,and triaxial creep.

In thiswork,the perovskite LaZnO_(3) was synthesized via sol-gel method and applied for photocatalytic treatment of sulfamethizole(SMZ)antibiotics under visible light *** was almost completely degraded(99.2%±0.3%)within 4 hr by photocatalyst LaZnO3 at the optimal dosage of 1.1 g/L,with amineralization proportion of 58.7%±0.4%.The efficient performance of LaZnO_(3) can be attributed to itswide-range light absorption and the appropriate energy band edge levels,which facilitate the formation of active agents such as·O_(2)^(−),h^(+),and·*** integration of RP-HPLC/Q-TOF-MS and DFT-based computational techniques revealed three degradation pathways of SMZ,which were initiated by the deamination reaction at the aniline ring,the breakdown of the sulfonamidemoieties,and a process known as Smile-type rearrangement and SO2 *** toxicity of SMZ and the intermediateswere analyzed by quantitative structure activity relationship(QSAR),indicating the effectiveness of LaZnO_(3)-based photocatalysis in preventing secondary pollution of the intermediates to the ecosystem during the degradation *** visible-light-activated photocatalyst LaZnO_(3) exhibited efficient performance in the occurrence of inorganic anions and maintained high durability across multiple recycling tests,making it a promising candidate for practical antibiotic treatment.

Urea-assisted natural seawater electrolysis is an emerging technology that is effective for grid-scale carbon-neutral hydrogen mass production yet *** scaling relations is an effective strategy to break through the bottleneck of natural seawater ***,by DFT calculation,we demonstrated that the interface boundaries between Ni_(2)P and MoO_(2) play an essential role in the selfrelaxation of the Ni-O interfacial bond,effectively modulating a coordination number of intermediates to control independently their adsorption-free energy,thus circumventing the adsorption-energy scaling *** this conceptual model,a well-defined 3D F-doped Ni_(2)P-MoO_(2) heterostructure microrod array was rationally designed via an interfacial engineering strategy toward urea-assisted natural seawater *** a result,the F-Ni_(2)P-MoO_(2) exhibits eminently active and durable bifunctional catalysts for both HER and OER in acid,alkaline,and alkaline sea water-based *** in-situ analysis,we found that a thin amorphous layer of NiOOH,which is evolved from the Ni_(2)P during anodic reaction,is real catalytic active sites for the OER and UOR ***,such electrode-assembled urea-assisted natural seawater electrolyzer requires low voltages of 1.29 and 1.75 V to drive 10 and600 mA cm^(-2)and demonstrates superior durability by operating continuously for 100 h at 100 mA cm^(-2),beyond commercial Pt/C||RuO_(2) and most previous reports.

The article introduces a finite element procedure using the bilinear quadrilateral element or four-node rectangular element(namely Q4 element) based on a refined first-order shear deformation theory(rFSDT) and Monte Carlo simulation(MCS), so-called refined stochastic finite element method to investigate the random vibration of functionally graded material(FGM) plates subjected to the moving *** advantage of the proposed method is to use r-FSDT to improve the accuracy of classical FSDT, satisfy the stress-free condition at the plate boundaries, and combine with MCS to analyze the vibration of the FGM plate when the parameter inputs are random quantities following a normal distribution. The obtained results show that the distribution characteristics of the vibration response of the FGM plate depend on the standard deviation of the input parameters and the velocity of the moving ***, the numerical results in this study are expected to contribute to improving the understanding of FGM plates subjected to moving loads with uncertain input parameters.

The response of tunnels subjected to seismic loading is a complex mechanism and depends not only on the seismic nature but also on tunnel structure and surrounding soil *** individual behavior of circular,rectangular,and sub-rectangular tunnels subjected to seismic loadings has already been studied in the *** the present research,two case scenarios of circular,rectangular tunnels and four sub-rectangular shaped tunnels,with similar cross-section areas,were adopted to perform a comprehensive numerical *** purpose of the study was to determine the mechanical behavior of tunnels of different shapes,depending upon seismic *** were performed by considering the influence of soil-lining interaction,soil parameters,and lining thickness,as well as lining *** were performed for no-slip and full-slip *** results indicate that the tunnel shape design is of great importance when regarding the mechanical behavior of the surrounding *** concerns no-slip as well as full-slip soil-lining interaction,especially when the lining is subjected to seismic ***,it is shown that changes in incremental bending moments for circular,rectangular and sub-rectangular tunnels that depend upon the soil-lining interaction conditions differ significantly.

本研究对越南本土汉语教材《汉语》和中国通用汉语教材《汉语教程》与《HSK标准教程》初级阶段的练习设计进行全面的研究。同时对学生和教师进行调查与访谈,以了解学生和教师对练习设计的反馈。研究发现:(1)在练习的题量方面,《汉语》的课数虽然比中国通用型教材多,但练习题量却远低于《汉语教程》和《HSK标准教程》。中国通用型教材的题量更符合越南大部分重点高中的教学进度与需求。(2)在练习的题型方面,《汉语》的题型数量最多但有些题型练习价值不高,缺乏趣味性,而且有些题型相似度较高。因此,《汉语教程》和《HSK》题型的丰富性实际上超过越南本土汉语教材。因此,越南本土汉语教材的编排模式可以在很大程度上参考中国通用型汉语教材的固定编排模式,不过需要注意在每课题型上做出一些变化。另一方面,《HSK》的练习编排设计比传统的方式更受欢迎。根据共有和特有题型的比较分析,越南本土教材《汉语》缺乏专门针对越南学生而设计的题型,而《汉语教程》和《HSK》的一些题型的设计却能有效帮助越南学生克服学习难点,满足目前的学习需求。(3)在练习内容方面,《汉语教程》和《HSK标准教程》比《汉语》的练习更能充分覆盖学习内容。中国通用型教材的练习内容在各个方面比越南本土汉语教材都更为全面。此外,《汉语》和《汉语教程》的练习设计更倾向于读写的培养,而听力和口语练习有待改进。相比之下,《HSK标准教程》更全面兼顾四项技能。(4)《汉语》和《汉语教程》在三种练习方式的题型很相似,两套教材交际性练习的互动性不如《HSK》高。总体来看,可知越南本土初级汉语综合教材的练习设计存在的问题比较多,未能充分顾及越南本土学习者的特点,而中国通用型教材的练习设计在各方面反而更能满足越南目前的教学和学习的需求,因此中国通用型教材的练习设计的思路、设计理念和题型题量等都有较多值得越南本土教材借鉴的地方。这个研究结果意味着越南新的本土教材编写至少在练习设计思路和方法方面需要做出比较大的调整。基于以上研究结果,本文提出了相应的改进建议,希望能为越南初级汉语综合教材练习设计的改善提供有益的参考和借鉴。

The paper introduces a novel approach for detecting structural damage in full-scale structures using surrogate models generated from incomplete modal data and deep neural networks(DNNs).A significant challenge in this field is the limited availability of measurement data for full-scale structures,which is addressed in this paper by generating data sets using a reduced finite element(FE)model constructed by SAP2000 software and the MATLAB programming *** surrogate models are trained using response data obtained from the monitored structure through a limited number of measurement *** proposed approach involves training a single surrogate model that can quickly predict the location and severity of damage for all potential *** achieve the most generalized surrogate model,the study explores different types of layers and hyperparameters of the training algorithm and employs state-of-the-art techniques to avoid overfitting and to accelerate the training *** approach’s effectiveness,efficiency,and applicability are demonstrated by two numerical *** study also verifies the robustness of the proposed approach on data sets with sparse and noisy measured ***,the proposed approach is a promising alternative to traditional approaches that rely on FE model updating and optimization algorithms,which can be computationally *** approach also shows potential for broader applications in structural damage detection.

BACKGROUND Sessile serrated lesions(SSLs)are considered precancerous colorectal lesions that should be detected and removed to prevent colorectal *** studies in Vietnam mainly investigated the adenoma pathway,with limited data on the serrated *** To evaluate the prevalence,risk factors,and BRAF mutations of SSLs in the Vietnamese *** This is a cross-sectional study conducted on patients with lower gastrointestinal symptoms who underwent colonoscopy at a tertiary hospital in *** were diagnosed on histopathology according to the 2019 World Health Organi-zation *** mutation analysis was performed using the Sanger DNA sequencing *** multivariate logistic regression model was used to determine SSL-associated *** There were 2489 patients,with a mean age of 52.1±13.1 and a female-to-male ratio of 1:*** prevalence of SSLs was 4.2%[95%confidence interval(CI):3.5-5.1].In the multivariate analysis,factors significantly associated with SSLs were age≥40[odds ratio(OR):3.303;95%CI:1.607-6.790],male sex(OR:2.032;95%CI:1.204-3.429),diabetes mellitus(OR:2.721;95%CI:1.551-4.772),and hypertension(OR:1.650,95%CI:1.045-2.605).The rate of BRAF mutations in SSLs was 35.5%.CONCLUSION The prevalence of SSLs was 4.2%.BRAF mutations were present in one-third of *** risk factors for SSLs included age≥40,male sex,diabetes mellitus,and hypertension.
