Environmental pollution,such as water contamination,is a critical issue that must be absolutely ***,three different morphologies of tungsten-based photocatalysts(WO_(3)nanorods,WO_(3)/WS_(2)nanobricks,WO_(3)/WS_(2)nanorods)are made using a simple hydrothermal method by changing the solvents(H_(2)O,DMF,aqueous HCl solution).The as-prepared nanocatalysts have excellent thermal stability,large porosity,and high *** results show all materials have good photocatalytic activity in aqueous media,with WO_(3)/WS_(2)nanorods(NRs)having the best activity in the photodegradation of bisphenol A(BPA)under visible-light *** may originate from increased migration of charge carriers and effective prevention of electron–hole recombination in WO_(3)/WS_(2)NRs,whereby this photocatalyst is able to generate more reactive·OH and·O_(2)^(–)species,leading to greater photocatalytic *** 99.6% of BPA is photodegraded within 60 min when using 1.5 g/L WO_(3)/WS_(2)NRs and 5.0 mg/L BPA at pH ***,the optimal conditions(pH,catalyst dosage,initial BPA concentration)for WO_(3)/WS_(2)NRs are also elaborately *** rod-like heterostructures are expressed as potential catalysts with excellent photostability,efficient reusability,and highly active effectivity in different types of *** particular,the removal efficiency of BPA by WO_(3)/WS_(2)NRs reduces by only 1.5% after five recycling runs and even reaches 89.1%in contaminated lake *** study provides promising insights for the nearly complete removal of BPA from wastewater or different water resources,which is advantageous to various applications in environmental remediation.

越南等发展中国家的道路基础设施建设需要大量天然砂。河砂日益紧缺,其供应量将持续下降。因此,建筑行业必须实施可持续发展战略,将废弃材料与各种可利用资源相结合,以有效应对这一严峻形势。本研究的目的是测试采石场粉尘和海砂混合物的力学性能,并评估其在高速公路路基层中的潜在应用。进行了一系列试验,包括材料的含水率、相对密度、休止角测试和三轴试验,以研究不同配比下混合物的组成。结合Plaxis土工试验中的校准进行了广泛的参数研究,得出了割线模量E_(50)和围压曲线。根据加州承载比CBR对公路路基层所用材料的评估结果,证明海砂和采石场粉尘混合物具有适当性能,可用于公路路基的建设。

A new species Lobophora tsengii is described from Bach Long Vy(Bailongwei)Island,Haiphong Province,*** plants inhabit the subtidal zone and have predominantly erect fan-shaped thalli that attach to the substrate by a basal *** thallus is commonly composed of a single layer of large medullary cells with four layers of cortical cells on either side of the *** newly collected specimens from the island are morphologically similar to those from Hainan Island,China,but differ from the New Caledonian ones in having thicker *** molecular phylogenetic analyses based on concatenated rbcL and cox3 s equences,the specimens from the island were 100%identical to those from Hainan Island,China,and they formed a clade separating from other Lobophora ***,based on analyses of numerous cox3 s equences,our specimens were also distinguished from the closely related taxa occurring in New Caledonia,Kenya,and West *** the morphological and molecular analyses,we conclude that our specimens represent a new species of Lobophora,which is apparently endemic to the Beibu Gulf(Gulf of Tonkin)and adjacent waters.

Nanowires/nanorods of europium/terbium orthophosphate monohydrate with Eu^3＋ concentration of 6, 11, and 20 at.% were prepared by microwave synthesis method. The effects of Eu^3＋ doping concentration on structure, morphology and optical properties of nanomaterials were also investigated. The results showed that, for all studied Eu^3＋ doping concentrations, a single-crystalline phase of rhabdophane-type （Eu,Tb）PO4·H2O nanowires/nanorods was obtained by using microwave heating of an aqueous solution of terbium（Ⅲ） nitrate, europium（Ⅲ） nitrate and NH4H2PO4 with pH=2. The length and width of these nanowires/nanorods ranged from 150 to 300 nm and from 10 to 50 nm, respectively. The evidence of energy transfer from Tb^3＋ to Eu^3＋ due to the energy overlap between the donor Tb^3＋ and the acceptor Eu^3＋was observed obviously via a significant enhancement in the luminescent intensity of Eu^3＋. In the current work, to predict and improve the formability of deep drawing process for steel plate cold rolled commercial grade （SPCC） sheets, three parameters including the blanking force, the die and punch comer radius were considered. The experimental plan according to Taguchi＇s orthogonal array was coupled with the finite element method （FEM） simulations. Firstly, the data from the test of stress-strain and forming limit curves were used as input into ABAQUS/Explicit finite element code to predict the failure occurrence of deep drawing process. The three parameters were then validated to establish their effects on the press formability. The optimum case found via simulation was finally confirmed through an experiment. In order to obtain the complex curve profile of cup shape after deep drawing, the anisotropic behavior of earring phenomenon was modeled and implemented into FEM. After such phenomenon was correctly predicted, an error metric compared with design curve was then measured.

Crack identification in functionally graded material framed structures using stationary wavelet transform and neural network

In this paper,an integrated procedure is proposed to identify cracks in a portal framed structure made of functionally graded material(FGM)using stationary wavelet transform(SWT)and neural network(NN).Material properties of the structure vary along the thickness of beam elements by the power law of volumn *** are assumed to be open and are modeled by double massless springs with stiffness calculated from their *** dynamic stiffness method(DSM)is developed to calculate the mode shapes of a cracked frame structure based on shape functions obtained as a general solution of vibration in multiple cracked FGM Timoshenko *** SWT of mode shapes is examined for localization of potential cracks in the frame structure and utilized as the input data of NN for crack depth *** integrated procedure proposed is shown to be very effective for accurately assessing crack locations and depths in FGM structures,even with noisy measured mode shapes and a limited amount of measured data.
