The Indo-Burma Biodiversity Hotspot is renowned for its rich biodiversity,including that of vascular ***,the fern diversity and its endemism in this hotspot have not been well understood and so far,the diversity of very few groups of ferns in this region has been explored using combined molecular and morphological ***,we updated the plastid phylogeny of the Java fern genus Leptochilus with 226(115%increase of the latest sampling)samples across the distribution range,specifically those of three phylogenetically significant species,Leptochilus ovatus,***,and *** also reconstructed the first nuclear phylogeny of the genus based on pgiC gene *** on molecular and morphological evidence,we identified three new major clades and six new subclades,redefined three existing species,discovered a number of cryptic species of the genus,and elucidated the evolution of the three most variable *** divergence time analyses and ancestral area reconstruction showed that Leptochilus originated in the Oligocene and diversified from early Miocene and 15 dispersal events from lower to higher latitudes are *** evolution of three most important morphological characters is analyzed in a context of the new *** analysis showed that 30(59%of total 51)species of Leptochilus occur in Indo-Burma hotspot,24(80%of the 30 species)of which are endemic to this *** argue that the Indo-Burma hotspot should be recognized as a diversity hotspot for ferns.

Object Detection in Remote Sensing Images Using Picture Fuzzy Clustering and MapReduce

In image processing, one of the most important steps is image segmentation. The objects in remote sensing images often have to be detected in order toperform next steps in image processing. Remote sensing images usually havelarge size and various spatial resolutions. Thus, detecting objects in remote sensing images is very complicated. In this paper, we develop a model to detectobjects in remote sensing images based on the combination of picture fuzzy clustering and MapReduce method (denoted as MPFC). Firstly, picture fuzzy clustering is applied to segment the input images. Then, MapReduce is used to reducethe runtime with the guarantee of quality. To convert data for MapReduce processing, two new procedures are introduced, including Map_PFC and Reduce_*** formal representation and details of two these procedures are presented in thispaper. The experiments on satellite image and remote sensing image datasets aregiven to evaluate proposed model. Validity indices and time consuming are usedto compare proposed model to picture fuzzy clustering model. The values ofvalidity indices show that picture fuzzy clustering integrated to MapReduce getsbetter quality of segmentation than using picture fuzzy clustering only. Moreover,on two selected image datasets, the run time of MPFC model is much less thanthat of picture fuzzy clustering.

Fusing medical images is a topic of interest in processing medical *** is achieved to through fusing information from multimodality images for the purpose of increasing the clinical diagnosis *** fusion aims to improve the image quality and preserve the specific *** methods of medical image fusion generally use knowledge in many differentfields such as clinical medicine,computer vision,digital imaging,machine learning,pattern recognition to fuse different medical *** are two main approaches in fusing image,including spatial domain approach and transform domain *** paper proposes a new algorithm to fusion multimodal *** algorithm is based on Entropy optimization and the Sobel *** transform is used to split the input images into components over the low and high frequency ***,two fusion rules are used for obtaining the fusing *** rule,based on the Sobel operator,is used for high frequency *** second rule,based on Entropy optimization by using Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm,is used for low frequency *** algorithm is implemented on the images related to central nervous system *** experimental results of the paper show that the proposed algorithm is better than some recent methods in term of brightness level,the contrast,the entropy,the gradient and visual informationfidelity for fusion(VIFF),Feature Mutual Information(FMI)indices.

Objective:To assess the knowledge and attitude toward coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19)among healthcare workers at District 2 Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City(HCMC).Methods:A cross-sectional study was performed between January 2020 and February 2020 at District 2 Hospital.A systematic random sampling strategy was carried out and the data was collected through a self-administered questionnaire of the knowledge and attitude of healthcare workers regarding *** analysis was reported to describe the demographic,mean knowledge and attitude score of healthcare *** statistics including t-test,ANOVA and Spearman’s correlation were used to evaluate the relationship between study ***:A total of 327 eligible healthcare workers had a mean score of knowledge and attitude of 8.17±1.3(range 4-10)and 1.86±0.43(range 1-5),*** showed good knowledge and a positive ***,approximately two thirds of the participants knew the mode of transmission,the isolation period and treatment(67.0%,65.8%,and 58.4%,respectively),and 82.3%and 79.8%,respectively,held positive attitude regarding the risk of personal and family members getting *** was a negative correlation between knowledge scores and attitude scores(r=-0.21,Plusions:The majority of healthcare workers had good knowledge and positive attitude toward ***,the level of some knowledge and attitude lower than that expected for their position level towards the *** education interventions and campaigns are required for healthcare workers.

Attribute Reduction on Decision Tables Based on Hausdorff Topology

Attribute reduction through the combined approach of Rough Sets(RS)and algebraic topology is an open research topic with significant potential for *** research works have introduced a strong relationship between RS and topology spaces for the attribute reduction ***,the mentioned recent methods followed a strategy to construct a new measure for attribute ***,the strategy for searching for the reduct is still to select each attribute and gradually add it to the ***,those methods tended to be inefficient for high-dimensional *** overcome these challenges,we use the separability property of Hausdorff topology to quickly identify distinguishable attributes,this approach significantly reduces the time for the attribute filtering stage of the *** addition,we propose the concept of Hausdorff topological homomorphism to construct candidate reducts,this method significantly reduces the number of candidate reducts for the wrapper stage of the *** are the two main stages that have the most effect on reducing computing time for the attribute reduction of the proposed algorithm,which we call the Cluster Filter Wrapper algorithm based on Hausdorff *** validation on the UCI Machine Learning Repository Data shows that the proposed method achieves efficiency in both the execution time and the size of the reduct.

I IntroductionBacterial Blight (Xanthomonas malvacearum ,BB) was probably originated in India, although the disease was first reported in the USA by Atkinson (1891), who gave the names angular leaf spot, blackarm and bacterial boll rot to the various stages in the syndrome of the *** first programme to breed for cultivar resistance to the disease was initiated in Sudan by research officers with the Cotton Research Corporation. Methods adopted there were soon implemented in Uganda and most of the early resistant varieties grown in many African countries were derived from the Uganda programme.

In this study,selenium nanoparticles(SeNPs)were synthesized using Annona glabra leaf extract as a reducing *** addition,the solution-casting method was employed to prepare the food preservation film from the chitosan-Andrographis paniculata extract-selenium nanoparticles(CS-APE-Se).The effects of SeNPs with different contents(equivalent to 1,2,3,and 4%of chitosan mass)on fundamental properties and bioactivities of the films were also *** to the results,the prepared films possess good biodegradability after 30 days of ***,the antioxidant activity of the material was also investigated via free radical scavenging toward 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)(ABTS),which showed the inhibition rate up to 45 and 82%,***,the antibacterial performance of the films was assessed against Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,which indicated the highest antibacterial capacity with the inhibition diameter of 18.1±0.03 and 19.25±0.01 mm,***,the coating of the CS-APE-Se films also effectively prevented physical damage and prolonged the shelf life of the strawberries by up to 10 *** aforementioned results demonstrated the potential for applying chitosan(CS)film in combination with Andrographis paniculata leaf extract and SeNPs as a secure alternative to the harmful chemicals currently used in food preservation.

Clustering is a crucial method for deciphering data structure and producing new *** to its significance in revealing fundamental connections between the human brain and events,it is essential to utilize clustering for cognitive *** with noisy data caused by inaccurate synthesis from several sources or misleading data production processes is one of the most intriguing clustering *** data can lead to incorrect object recognition and *** research aims to innovate a novel clustering approach,named Picture-Neutrosophic Trusted Safe Semi-Supervised Fuzzy Clustering(PNTS3FCM),to solve the clustering problem with noisy data using neutral and refusal degrees in the definition of Picture Fuzzy Set(PFS)and Neutrosophic Set(NS).Our contribution is to propose a new optimization model with four essential components:clustering,outlier removal,safe semi-supervised fuzzy clustering and partitioning with labeled and unlabeled *** effectiveness and flexibility of the proposed technique are estimated and compared with the state-of-art methods,standard Picture fuzzy clustering(FC-PFS)and Confidence-weighted safe semi-supervised clustering(CS3FCM)on benchmark UCI *** experimental results show that our method is better at least 10/15 datasets than the compared methods in terms of clustering quality and computational time.

Beneficial effects of deep cryogenic treatment on mechanical properties of additively manufactured high entropy alloy:cyclic vs single cryogenic cooling

Additively manufactured(AM)metallic materials commonly possess substantial tensile surface residual stress,which is detrimental to the load-bearing service ***,we demonstrated that deep cryogenic treatment(DCT)is an effective method for improving the tensile properties of CoCrFeMnNi high-entropy alloy(HEA)samples fabricated by laser melting deposition(LMD),by introducing high compressive residual stress and deformation microstructures without destroying the AM ***,carrying out the DCT in a single-step mode does not improve the residual stress gradients inherent from the LMD process,which are undesirable as the mechanical properties will not be homogeneous within the *** this work,we show that carrying out the DCT in a cyclic mode with repeated cryogenic cooling and reheating can significantly homogenize the residual stress in LMD-fabricated Co Cr Fe Mn Ni HEA,and improve tensile strength and ductility,compared with single-step DCT of the same cryogenic soaking *** cyclic DCT,the thermal stress is re-elevated to a high value at each cryogenic cooling step,leading to the formation of denser and more intersecting reinforcing crystalline defects and hcp phase transformation,compared to single-step DCT of the same total cryogenic soaking duration in which the thermal stress relaxes towards a low value over *** enhancement of defect formation in the cyclic mode of DCT also leads to more uniform residual stress distribution in the sample after the *** results here provide important insights on optimizing DCT processes for post-fabrication improvement of mechanical properties of AM metallic net shapes.

越南报纸的发展,目前面临不少问题。在受到新冠病毒疫情的严重影响后,广告收入大幅下降,国家预算投入被削减,导致许多报纸因此破产。为了寻找新的替代收入来源,越南党和政府提出了许多办法,最可行的方法是付费新闻模式。付费新闻模式,或者更具体的说,“付费墙”模式在国际上已经出现了很长时间,并在许多著名的报社中得到了成功的应用。但是对越南来说是全新的模式,最近两年才开始兴起,而且当下越南几乎没有关于付费墙的研究,这可以说是一个重要的课题,有很大的空间做进一步的研究。本研究旨在调查越南电子报纸的现状,从而分析开发付费墙模式的可行性以及如何推进该模式,使越南报业经济走得更远。为了实现上述目标,本研究观察了三家正在测试这种付费墙模式的电子报纸,即Vietnamplus（越南共）、《Ngay Nay》（今日）杂志和Vietnamnet（越南网）。他们面临的挑战包括:政治制度与越南新闻业之间的特殊关系、新闻盗版问题、对记者专业和道德的挑战、电子支付方式的挑战以及越南新闻受众的付费意愿。特别需要认识到,新闻受众在开发报业经济模式中的重要作用。因为受众是媒体的客户,研究目标客户是测试付费内容的新闻产品时最有效的方式,也是最紧迫的步骤之一。本研究对越南新闻受众进行了在线调查,以更好地了解他们对付费新闻和付费墙模式的看法和态度。所获得的结果表明,由于越南电子时代很早就存在的免费情况,越南受众仍然大多没有意识到付费新闻模式的重要性,以致支付意识仍然薄弱。虽然仍有许多挑战需要应对,但是最重要的是如何改变受众免费阅读报纸的习惯。现在越南发展付费新闻模式不再是遥不可及的梦想,已经逐渐形成了具体的路径,最好的方法还是需要一步一步地去尝试。研究认为,可以从以下几个方面努力,推动付费新闻发展:完善新闻著作权保护相关法律制度、打造新闻品牌、改进记者管理和培训、吸引新闻受众。
