Gastric cance. re.ative. w.0}e.invite. for scre.ning e.doscopy. H. pylori infe.tion w.s diagnose. by e.doscopic and se.ological me.hods. Re.ults. Among the.270 cance. re.ative. e.amine., 161 (59.6% ) w.0}e.found to be.infe.te. w.th H. pylori. The.pre.ale.ce.of infe.tion in cance. re.ative. w.s significantly highe. than age. and ge.de.-matche. dyspe.tic control (45.5% , p = 0.0006). The.me.n age.of H. pylori-infe.te. re.ative. w.s significantly olde. than that of non-infe.te. re.ative. (43.9 ve.sus 38.3 ye.rs; p e.pre.ale.ce.of H. pylori infe.tion w.s highe. in those.w.th more.siblings (p = 0.013, χ 2 te.t for tre.d). More.ve., individuals w.ose.siblings had stomach cance. w.0}e.more.lik.0}y to have.H. pylori infe.tion than those.w.th a pare.tal history of cance. (68.2% ve.sus 51.8% , p = 0.007). In contrast, the.younge.t sibling had a significantly low.0} H. pylori infe.tion rate.than othe. siblings (39.2% ve.sus 64.2% , p = 0.001). Usingmultiple.logistic re.re.sion, it w.s found that age.>45 ye.rs (OR = 1.8; 95% CI, 1.02- 3.3) and a history of gastric cance. in siblings (OR = 1.9; 95% CI, 1.06- 3.3) w.0}e.inde.e.de.t risk.factors for H. pylori infe.tion, and that the.younge.t sibling in the.family had a re.uce. risk.(OR = 0.45; 95% CI, 0.24- 0.84). Conclusions. 司法行为的社会影响备受关注,但对该问题的研究缺乏充足的经验证据。从金融秩序维护的角度,利用中国裁判文书网公布的破坏金融管理秩序刑事一审判决书构建地级市层面的金融司法审判指标,探讨金融司法审判对企业e.G表现的影响。研究结果显示:企业所在地的金融司法审判效率越高、上诉率越低,企业的e.G表现越好。机制分析表明,金融司法审判主要通过降低信息不对称程度、缓解企业融资约束以及增强企业风险管理意识来提高企业的e.G表现水平。进一步分析发现,对于那些拥有较多法律背景高管的企业以及处于银行机构密集城市的企业,金融司法审判的影响更加显著;而且,金融司法审判的改善还有助于降低e.G不确定性程度,以及强化e.G对企业价值的提升效应。因此,应当持续加强金融司法审判的专业化和严格化,鼓励企业主动承担e.G责任,从而实现企业和社会的“双赢”局面。
