In this paper,we study the pseudo-spherical evolutes of curves in three dimensional hyperbolic *** use techniques from singularity theory to investigate the singularities of pseudo-spherical evolutes and establish some relationships between singularities of these curves and geometric invariants of curves under the action of the Lorentz ***,we defray with illustration some computational examples in support our main results.

In the light of great importance of curves and their frames in many differentbranches of science, especially differential geometry as well as geometric properties andthe uses in various fields, we are interested here to study a special kind of curves calledSmarandache curves in Lorentz 3-space. Then, we present some characterizations for thesecurves and calculate their Darboux invariants. Moreover, we classify TP, TU, PU andTPU-Smarandache curves of a spacelike curve according to the causal character of thevector, curve and surface used in the study. Besides, we give some of differential geometricproperties and important relations between that curves. Finally, to demonstrate ourtheoretical results a computational example is given with graph.

Recently,fuzzy multi-sets have come to the forefront of scientists’interest and have been used in algebraic structures such asmulti-groups,multirings,anti-fuzzy multigroup and(α,γ)-anti-fuzzy *** this paper,we first summarize the knowledge about the algebraic structure of fuzzy multi-sets such as(α,γ)-anti-multi-fuzzy *** a way,the notion of anti-fuzzy multigroup is an application of anti-fuzzy multi sets to the theory of *** concept of anti-fuzzy multigroup is a complement of an algebraic structure of a fuzzy multi set that generalizes both the theories of classical group and fuzzy *** aim of this paper is to highlight the connection between fuzzy multi-sets and algebraic structures from an anti-fuzzification point of ***,in this paper,we define(α,γ)-antimulti-fuzzy subgroups,(α,γ)-anti-multi-fuzzy normal subgroups,(α,γ)-antimulti-fuzzy homomorphism on(α,γ)-anti-multi-fuzzy subgroups and these been explicated some algebraic ***,we introduce the concept(α,γ)-anti-multi-fuzzy subgroups and(α,γ)-anti-multi-fuzzy normal subgroups and of their *** new concept of homomorphism as a bridge among set theory,fuzzy set theory,anti-fuzzy multi sets theory and group theory and also shows the effect of anti-fuzzy multi sets on a group *** results that discuss the(α,γ)cuts of anti-fuzzy multigroup are explored.

We have investigated the main experimental characteristics(multiplicity correlation ,angular distributions and the analysis of emission of the shower particles produced at target fragments in central collisions of 28Si+AgBr at 4.5AGeV/c has shown a formation of hadronic and baryonic clusters. Events of central collisions are defined, here, as those having no projectile charged fragments, even a singly charged one, emitted within 30 of the beam direction.

The experimental results of complete charge distribution of projectile fragments (PFS) and the total charge of the projectile fragments (PFS ) are presented. Also the multiplicity distributions of (PFS) and the rapidity distribution of shower tracks produced from events with nh = 0 from 28Si with emulsion at 4.5 A GeV /c are obtained.

Quantum molecular dynamics (QMD) is used to investigate multifragmentation resulting from an expanding nuclear matter. Equation of state, the structure of nuclear matter and symmetric nu-clear matter is discussed. Also, the dependence of the fragment mass distribution on the initial temperature (Tinit) and the radial flow velocity (h) is studied. When h is large, the distribution shows exponential shape, whereas for small h, it obeys the exponentially falling distribution with mass number. The cluster formation in an expanding system is found to be different from the one in a thermally equilibrated system. The used Hamiltonian has a classical kinetic energy term and an effective potential term composed of four parts.

Vaginal Trachelectomy for Retained Cervical Stump after Supracervical Hysterectomy: Technical Tips and Outcomes

Background and Objectives: The supracervical hysterectomy (SCH) has resulted in a group of patients with a retained cervix at risk of persistent symptoms, who may require a trachelectomy in the future. This study was to evaluate the efficacy of vaginal trachelectomy (VT) after a previous SCH. Methods: This was a prospective study that includes 13 cases with different ages and different complaints, sharing the same primary operation supracervical hysterectomy. They have different pathologies of the SCH specimen but they share the same completion surgery. The surgical outcome was analyzed. Results: Thirteen patients underwent vaginal trachelectomy for recurrent symptoms. The ages of patients were ranged from 37 years to 68 years (Mean ± SD, 56.4 ± 10.7). SCH was most commonly performed for abnormal uterine bleeding AUB (7/13, 53.8%), pelvic mass (5/1, 38.5%), and pelvic pain (1/13, 7.7%), the symptoms leading to vaginal trachelectomy were the same as those leading to supracervical hysterectomy. The median interval time from SCH to seeking medical help for the persistence or recurrence of symptoms and to VT was 2 weeks (1 to 96 weeks). Concomitant procedures were laparoscopic removal of both ovaries in 2 cases and pelvic lymphadenectomy in 1 case. The median length of operation was 45 minutes. In all cases, symptoms leading to trachelectomy resolved completely after surgery, and patients reported a significant improvement. Conclusions: The cervix, left behind at subtotal hysterectomy, requires removal, the vaginal route is probably the safest, and least traumatic. Vaginal radical trachelectomy appears to be feasible and safe for the treatment of endometrial malignancy discovered after supracervical hysterectomy.

Postoperative Mechanical Axis Alignment and Components Position after Conventional and Patient-Specific Total Knee Arthroplasty

Introduction: Accurate postoperative alignment and implant positioning are determinant factors for successful total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Patient-specific template (PST) is a technique that uses computer technology for the planning, deigning and production of cutting guides. This study aims to compare PST to conventional technique in terms of mechanical axis alignment and component positioning. Patients and method: 109 TKA were performed for 78 patients in 2 groups. Group A included 69 conventional TKA in 55 patients and Group B included 40 patient-specific TKA in 23 patient. Postoperative long-film X-rays were done for all patients to observe the mechanical axis, anatomical axis, lateral distal femoral mechanical angle and medial proximal tibial angle. Results: No statistically significant difference was found between the two groups regarding alignment or component positioning. Conclusion: Both techniques have shown similar results in restoring the mechanical axis and alignment after TKA. However, PST had the advantages of reduced blood loss and shorter operative time.
