近年来,数字X射线摄影(DR)系统在我国广泛应用,数字X射线骨关节摄影检查是最为常见的检查之一。优化骨关节摄影检查技术、规范骨关节摄影标准影像、总结辐射防护要求,将进一步提升数字X射线摄影检查在骨关节的临床应用价值。粤港澳大湾区影像技术联盟组织相关专家,参考国内外文献,并结合粤港澳大湾区的临床实际情况,编写了骨关节摄影检查技术与防护规范专家共识,以指导与规范大湾区各级医疗机构的医学影像部门X射线骨关节摄影检查相关工作。

Solar energy,which is essential for the origin and evolution of all life forms on Earth,can be objectively recorded through attributes such as climatic ambient temperature(CAT),ultraviolet radiation(UVR),and sunlight duration(SD).These attributes have specific geographical variations and may cause different adaptation ***,the adaptation profile of each attribute and the selective role of solar energy as a whole during human evolution remain ***,we performed a genome-wide adaptation study with respect to CAT,UVR,and SD using the Human Genome Diversity Project-Centre Etude Polymorphism Humain(HGDP-CEPH)panel *** singled out CAT as the most important driving force with the highest number of adaptive loci(6 SNPs at the genome-wide 1×10^(-7)level;401 at the suggestive 1×10^(-5)level).Five of the six genomewide significant adaptation SNPs were successfully replicated in an independent Chinese population(N=1395).The corresponding 316 CAT adaptation genes were mostly involved in development and *** addition,265(84%)genes were related to at least one genome-wide association study(GWAS)-mapped human trait,being significantly enriched in anthropometric loci such as those associated with body mass index(χ^(2);P<0.005),immunity,metabolic syndrome,and cancer(χ^(2);P<0.05).For these adaptive SNPs,balancing selection was evident in Euro-Asians,whereas obvious positive and/or purifying selection was observed in *** together,our study indicates that CAT is the most important attribute of solar energy that has driven genetic adaptation in development and immunity among global human *** also supports the non-neutral hypothesis for the origin of disease-predisposition alleles in common diseases.

AIM: To predict node-positive disease in colon cancer using computed tomography(CT).METHODS: American Joint Committee on Cancer stage Ⅰ-Ⅲ colon cancer patients who underwent curavtiveintent colectomy between 2007-2010 were identified at a single comprehensive cancer center. All patients had preoperative CT scans with original radiology reports from referring institutions. CT images underwent blinded secondary review by a surgeon and a dedicated abdominal radiologist at our institution to identify pericolonic lymph nodes(LNs). Comparison of outside CT reports to our independent imaging review was performed in order to highlight differences in detection in actual clinical practice. CT reviews were compared with final pathology. Results of the outside radiologist review, secondary radiologist review, and surgeon review were compared with the final pathologic exam to determine sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values, false positive and negative rates, and accuracy of each review. Exclusion criteria included evidenceof metastatic disease on CT, rectal or appendiceal involvement, or absence of accompanying imaging from referring ***: From 2007 to 2010, 64 stageⅠ-Ⅲ colon cancer patients met the eligibility criteria of our study. The mean age of the cohort was 68 years, and 26(41%) patients were male and 38(59%) patients were female. On final pathology, 26 of 64(40.6%) patients had nodepositive(LN+) disease and 38 of 64(59.4%) patients had node-negative(LN-) disease. Outside radiologic review demonstrated sensitivity of 54%(14 of 26 patients) and specificity of 66%(25 of 38 patients) in predicting LN+ disease, whereas secondary radiologist review demonstrated 88%(23 of 26) sensitivity and 58%(22 of 38) specificity. On surgeon review, sensitivity was 69%(18 of 26) with 66% specificity(25 of 38). AIM: To establish whether d-limonene can protect against induction of cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers(CPDs) and sunburn in ultraviolet irradiation(UVR) irradiated mouse skin. METHODS: The d-limonene was given in 4 daily oral 20 μL aliquots at different concentrations as follows: 100%, 10% or 1% in liponate and 100% liponate as control. One day after the final d-limonene treatment, the mice were anesthetized with i.p. sodium pentobarbital and placed in boxes to allow a rectangular(2 cm × 4 cm) region of dorsal skin to be irradiated with a single, ultraviolet radiation dose of 1.5 kJ /m2. Skin samples from UVR irradiated area were obtained at 5 min after UVR exposure for CPD detection, at 6 d after UVR exposure, skin samples were obtained for in situ analysis for N-myc downstream regulating gene 1(NDRG1)(a stress response gene), proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)(an S-phase marker) and filaggrin(a barrier integrity gene). Based on immunohistochemistry staining, the number of CPD, NDRG1 and PCNA positive cells, as well as unstained cells was counted in 3 different individually selected areas and percentage of positive cells was established. RESULTS: CPD reduction occurred as follows: liponate only-none; 1% d-limonene-54.3% reduction of CPDs; 10% d-limonene-73.4% reduction of CPDs; 100% d-limonene-86.1% reduction of CPDs, the latter equivalent to a UV dose of only 0.21 k J/m2. Sunburn was also dose-dependently reduced by d-limonene. The NDRG1 protein was strongly induced by UVR(70.0% ± 10.4% positive cells), but 1% d-limonene reduced the response to 64.6% ± 9.2%, 10% d-limonene reduced the response to 16.2% ± 3.4% and 100% d-limonene reduced the response to 6.3% ± 1.7%. Similarly, PCNA was 52.4% ± 9.9% positive in UVR exposed skin, and 1% d-limonene reduced it to 42.9% ± 8.1%, 10% d-limonene reduced it to 36.2% ± 6.7% and 100% d-limonene reduce it to 13.8% ± 3.4%.
