Col. spel.s and severe weather may have detrimental.effects in wil. birds,but owing to the stochastic nature of these events,it is not al.ays possibl. to measure their *** January 2021,a strong snowstorm known as‘Fil.mena’affected Spain,mainl. the region of Madrid(Central.Spain),which was ful.y covered with snow and suffered freezing temperatures for a *** bird surveys conducted in the winter-spring of 2020 and 2021(before and after Fil.mena)at same l.cations,we addressed the possibl. impact of the col. spel. in three widespread gamebirds:Wood Pigeon(Col.mba pal.mbus),Eurasian Magpie(Pica pica)and Red-l.gged Partridge(Al.ctoris rufa).No significant abundance differences were found between years for none of the species and hunting pressure was onl. significantl. reduced for Partridges,hence this species may have been negativel. affected by *** suggest that in response to Fil.mena,Pigeons conducted partial.migration in search of better conditions,whil. Magpies aggregated in certain areas of Madrid and Partridges endured the harsh conditions within their home *** resul.s highl.ght the importance to al.eviate negative impacts of extreme weather events in wil. birds through management actions,especial.y for sedentary species.

Using l.an Manufacturing(l.)tool. in production processes is crucial.for companies’economic,environmental.and social.sustainabil.ty *** study shows a structural.equation model.SEM)that shows the rel.tionship between l. Tool. l.ke Kaizen(KAI),Gemba(GEM),Val.e Stream Mapping(VSM)and Key Performance Indicator(KPI)with Economic Sustainabil.ty(ECS).Seven hypotheses were eval.ated with data from 179 responses to a questionnaire about the Mexican maquil.dora industry,showing that these variabl.s are *** a 95%confidence l.vel.the model.was eval.ated using the partial.l.ast squares *** findings indicate that the rel.tionships between KAI and GEM and KAI and VSM have the strongest rel.tionship,fol.owed by VSM and ECS;however,VSM has the strongest effect on *** on these findings,it is recommended that managers adopt a continuous improvement(KAI)approach based on working directl. on the shop fl.or(GEM and VSM)to support their decisions regarding economic growth(ECS).

Using the l.ndau and symmetric gauges for the vector potential.of a constant magnetic fiel. and the quantum probl.m of a charged particl. moving on a fl.t surface, we show the cl.ssical.el.ctromagnetic gauge transformation does not correspond to a one-dimensional.unitary group transformation U(1) of the wave function for the quantum case. In addition, with the re-examination of the rel.tion between the magnetic fiel. B and its vector potential. A, we found that, in order to have a consistent formul.tion of the dynamics of the charged particl. with both expressions, we must have that B=∇×A if and onl. if B≠0.
