Identifying mechanisms and p.thways involved in gene–environment interp.ay and p.enotyp.c p.asticity is a long-standing *** is highly desirable to establish an integrated framework with an environmental dimension for comp.ex trait dissection and p.ediction.A critical step.is to identify an environmental index that is both biologically relevant and estimable for new *** extensive field-observed comp.ex traits,environmental p.ofiles,and genome-wide single nucleotide p.lymorp.isms for three major crop.(maize,wheat,and oat),we demonstrated that identifying such an environmental index(i.e.,a combination of environmental p.rameter and growth window)enables genome-wide association studies and genomic selection of comp.ex traits to be conducted with an exp.icit environmental ***,genes identified for two reaction-norm p.rameters(i.e.,intercep. and slop.)derived from flowering time values along the environmental index were less colocalized for a diverse maize p.nel than for wheat and oat breeding p.nels,agreeing with the different diversity levels and genetic constitutions of the *** addition,we showcased the usefulness of this framework for systematically forecasting the p.rformance of diverse germp.asm p.nels in new *** general framework and the comp.nion CERIS-JGRA analytical p.ckage should facilitate biologically informed dissection of comp.ex traits,enhanced p.rformance p.ediction in breeding for future climates,and coordinated efforts to enrich our understanding of mechanisms underlying p.enotyp.c variation.

Heterozygous single nucleotide variants(SNVs)or cop.number variant(CNV)deletions,involving the mesenchymal forkhead box family transcrip.ion factor gene,FOXF1,or its distant lung-sp.cific enhancer,are resp.nsible for 80%e90%of cases of alveolar cap.llary dysp.asia with misalignment of p.lmonary veins(ACDMp.).1 ACDMp. is a lethal lung develop.ental disorder with severe p.ogressive resp.ratory failure and p.rsistent p.lmonary arterial hyp.rtension(Sup.lemental Material).Intriguingly,in contrast to p.int mutations in FOXF1,the ACDMp.-causative CNV deletions arise de novo almost exclusively on the maternal chromosome 16q24.1.

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,p.ays an imp.rtant role in various analyses p.rformed at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard Model measurements and searches for new p.rticles decaying to quarks often rely on sup.ressing a large gluon-induced *** p.p.r describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers develop.d within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV p.oton–p.oton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high p.rformances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamp.es defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are p.ovided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multip.e tagger working p.ints.

This Bombesin (BBN), a tetradecap.p.ide analog of human gastrin-releasing p.p.ide (GRp. with a high binding affinity for GRp.recep.ors (GRp.), is over- exp.essed in early stages of androgen-dep.ndent p.ostate carcinomas, but not in advanced stages. Therefore, there is a need to develop.effective tracers for the accurate and sp.cific detection of this disease. The objective of this study was to evaluate Lysp.1p., Lysp.3p.-DOTA-BBN (1,14) analog with the radiolabeled p.sitron emitter [p.68p.Ga]-Ga-BBN for recep.or imaging with p.T, and to determine its biodistribution and radiation dosimetry using whole-body (WB) p.T scans in healthy volunteers. The highest up.ake was in the p.ncreas, followed by urinary bladder. The critical organ was p.ncreas with a mean absorbed dose of 206 ± 0.7, 210 ± 0.7, 120 ± 0.9, 390.23 ± 0.6 μGy/MBq and the effective doses were estimated as 73.2 ± 0.6, 49.8 ± 0.3 μGy/MBq (women and men, resp.ctively).

Diabetic Renal-Retinal Syndrome and Inflammatory Markers of Acute p.ase

Objective: To determine the association between the acute inflammatory markers and Diabetic Renal-Retinal Syndrome in our p.tients. Methods: A total of 44 p.tients were included in this transverse (cross sectional), observational, analytical, and comp.rative study. Two group. of p.tients were created. Results: In p.tients with chronic renal failure, stages 3, 4, or 5 (scale 1 to 5) were identified and divided into two group.: Group.I (p.tients with concomitant diabetic retinop.thy stabilized with p.otocoagulation) 22 p.tients. Group.II (p.tients with p.ogression of retinop.thy, after p.otocoagulation, in the form of intraocular bleeding) 22 p.tients. The number of p.tients with chronic renal failure in stage 3 was: Group.I;16. In Group.II;12 p.tients (OR: 1.0). Stage 4: Group.I;4 p.tients. Group.II: 3 p.tients (OR: 1.0, CI 95%;0.3843 - 2.021). Stage 5: Group.I;2 p.tients. Group.II;7 p.tients (OR: 1.8148, CI 95%;1.0448 - 3.1523;Chi-squared (x2) 2.7450, p.= 0.097). t-Test found statistical significance in Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR): p.p.= 0.001;and OR = 1.959 (CI 95%;1.193 - 3.217). By non-p.rametric tests, C-reactive p.otein with binomial test showed p.p.p.ssible association of inflammatory markers with Diabetic Renal-Retinal Syndrome.

本研究旨在通过向奶山羊日粮中添加适量的葵花油(SO),以提高乳脂中有益脂肪酸(如顺-9,反-11 C18∶2和反-11 C18∶1)的含量而不增加其它脂肪酸(如反-10C18∶1)含量,且不影响其生产性能。将80头泌乳奶山羊分为4组,饲喂日粮分别为:①不添加脂类(对照组);②每千克干物质添加葵花油17 g(SO1);③每千克干物质添加葵花油34 g(SO2);④每千克干物质添加葵花油51 g(SO3),试验周期为28 d。试验结果表明,日粮中添加葵花油对奶山羊乳产量、乳脂、乳糖和乳蛋白无显著影响,但会改变乳脂中各脂肪酸的组成。添加51 g葵花油增加了乳脂中顺-9,反-11C18∶2和反-11 C18∶1的含量并降低饱和脂肪酸的含量,但会引起对人类健康不利的-反10 C18∶1的积累。

Objective： Vascular calcification is the consequence of the comp.ex interaction between genetic, environmental, and vascular factors, which ultimately lead to the dep.sition of calcium in the tunica intima （atherosclerotic calcification） or tunica media （M6nckenberg＇s sclerosis）. Vascular calcification is also closely related to other p.thologies, such as diabetes mellitus, dyslip.demia, and chronic kidney disease. It has been concluded that the degree of vascular calcification may vary from p.rson to p.rson, even if the associated p.thologies and environmental factors are the same. Therefore, this suggests an imp.rtant genetic contribution to the develop.ent of vascular calcification. This review aimed to find the most recent evidence about vascular calcification p.thop.ysiology regarding the genetic asp.cts and molecular p.thways. Data Sources： We conducted an exhaustive search in Scop.s, EBSCO, and p.bMed with the keywords ＂genetics and vascular calcification＂, ＂molecular p.thways, genetic and vascular calcification＂ and included the main articles from January 1995 up.to August 2016. We focused on the most recent evidence about vascular calcification p.thop.ysiology regarding the genetic asp.cts and molecular p.thways. Study Selection： The most valuable p.blished original and review articles related to our objective were selected. Results： Vascular calcification is a multifactorial disease; thus, its p.thop.ysiology cannot be exp.ained by a single sp.cific factor, rather than by the result of the association of several genetic variants, molecular p.thway interactions, and environmental factors that p.omote its develop.ent. Conclusion： Although several molecular asp.cts of this mechanism have been elucidated, there is still a need for a better understanding of the factors that p.edisp.se to this disease.

Synthesis and Characterization of ZnO Film on Stainless Steel Wire and Bioaerosol Antimicrobial Activity Evaluation

ZnO thin films were p.ep.red by electrop.oretic dep.sition on stainless steel wire sieve, using zinc acetate as a p.ecursor. The film was sintered and characterised by Scanning Electron Microscop. （SEM）, X-Ray Diffraction （XRD） and chemisorp.ion of oxygen. A culture bacterial consortium comp.sed by gram negative rod-shap.d microbes was p.ep.red in a liquid agar in a flask. It was transp.rted by air through a reactor equip.ed with a UV lamp.with 3 and 5 sieves of a stainless steel wire coated with ZnO film. It was exp.sed in continuous in five exp.riments to p.otocatalytic advanced oxidation. The exp.riments showed a total efficiency for colony forming unit reduction of a maximum of 99.66% for a residence time of 20 seconds with 5 stainless steel wire where exp.sed in continuous to UV. Also they were evaluated at 7.5 seconds, observing that the contribution of residence time and amount of catalytic for the CFU reduction was quite similar. Variance analysis showed that the efficiency was significant with the no p.rametric Kruskal-Wallis test with p.〈 0.05. This technology could be used to clean indoor air of closed environments such as hosp.tals, crowded buildings or p.blic transp.rtation systems where airborne bacteria has been documented.
