随着遥感、机器人技术、计算机视觉和人工智能的发展,植物表型组学研究已经步入了快速成长阶段。本文首先介绍了植物表型组学的发展简史,包括其理论核心、研究方法、在生物研究中的应用以及国际上最新的研究动向。然后,针对各类表型技术载体平台如手持、人载、车载、田间实时监控、大型室内外自动化平台和航空机载等,分析这些技术手段在室内、外植物研究中的应用情况和实际问题。为了对表型研究中产生的巨量图像和传感器数据进行量化分析,把大数据转化为有实际意义的性状信息和生物学知识,本文着重讨论了后期表型数据解析和相应的研发过程。最后,提出表型组学的应用前景与未来展望,以期为中国的表型研究提供指导和建议。

There is a strong drive towards hyperresolution earth system models in order to resolve finer scales of motion in the *** problem of obtaining more realistic representation of terrestrial fluxes of heat and water,however,is not just a problem of moving to hyperresolution grid *** is much more a question of a lack of knowledge about the parameterisation of processes at whatever grid scale is being used for a wider modelling *** grid scales cannot alone solve the problem of this hyperresolution *** paper discusses these issues in more detail with specific reference to land surface parameterisations and flood inundation *** importance of making local hyperresolution model predictions available for evaluation by local stakeholders is *** is expected that this will be a major driving force for improving model performance in the future.

＜正＞Surface Enhanced Laser Desorption/Ionization Time Of Flight（SELDI-TOF）Mass Spectrometry is characterized by integration of mass spectrometry with surface chemistry,which gives rise to rapid purification and subsequent determination of protein/peptide *** are several surface matrices,named proteinChips,available for analyzing a particular analyte or a subset of biomolecules in biological samples. Each proteinChip has a unique surface property suitable for fractionation of a specific group of *** study demonstrates the application of SELDI-TOF for the analysis of a cleaved peptide（Mr 7,739 Daltons）from von Willebrand Factor by a metalloproteinase,*** of ADAMTS13 is a known primary risk factor for the devastating hematological disorder,Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura（TTP）.Rapid determination of ADAMTS13 activity by SELDI-TOF helps clinicians tremendously in making the correct diagnosis and initiating timely *** patients with TTP are acquired cases who exhibit a production of autoimmune antibodies against ADAMTS13 ***’s clinical course is critically controlled by the autoantibody’s ability to inhibit ADAMTS13 ***,a second SELDI-TOF based test has been devised to measure ADAMTS13 autoantibody activity for the evaluation of TTP disease *** conclusion,the unique features of SELD1-TOF which allow for the examination of the role of key proteases in disease processes have opened up new doors for the clinical application of mass spectrometer based techniques.

Rationale Haematoma growth is common early after intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH),and is a key determinant of *** acid,a widely available antifibrinolytic agent with an excellent safety profile,may reduce haematoma *** and design Stopping intracerebral haemorrhage with tranexamic acid for hyperacute onset presentation including mobile stroke units(STOP-MSU)is a phase Ⅱ double-blind,randomised,placebo-controlled,multicentre,international investigator-led clinical trial,conducted within the estimand statistical *** In patients with spontaneous ICH,treatment with tranexamic acid within 2 hours of onset will reduce haematoma expansion compared with *** size estimates A sample size of 180 patients(90 in each arm)would be required to detect an absolute difference in the primary outcome of 20%(placebo 39%vs treatment 19%)under a two-tailed significance level of *** adaptive sample size re-estimation based on the outcomes of 144 patients will allow a possible increase to a prespecified maximum of 326 *** Participants will receive 1 g intravenous tranexamic acid over 10 min,followed by 1 g intravenous tranexamic acid over 8 hours;or matching *** efficacy measure The primary efficacy measure is the proportion of patients with haematoma growth by 24±6 hours,defined as either≥33%relative increase or≥6 mL absolute increase in haematoma volume between baseline and follow-up CT *** We describe the rationale and protocol of STOP-MSU,a phase Ⅱ trial of tranexamic acid in patients with ICH within 2 hours from onset,based in participating mobile stroke units and emergency departments.
