采用恒电位电解法用不同电解质、在不同过电位下获得银枝晶纳米结构,并用扫描电镜(SEM)技术和X射线衍射分析对所得粉末进行表征。采用硝酸盐电解质在极限扩散电流密度的平台范围内外,分别形成了银针状和蕨状枝晶。采用氨盐电解质时,在极限扩散电流密度的平台范围内外均形成了由近球形晶粒构成的银三维松树状枝晶。在半量子化水平上,银枝晶的形貌与其晶体结构相关。在极限扩散电流密度平台范围外的过电位条件下形成的松树状枝晶,其晶体取向从针状枝晶的强(111)面择优取向转变为球形晶粒的几乎随机取向,同时,所得粉末的比表面积显著增加。形成的银颗粒的平均晶粒尺寸在38~50 nm之间,证明了其纳米结构特征。

采用恒电流法在具有不同Ni^2+/Co^2+比(摩尔比)的硫酸盐电解液中制备镍钴(Ni-Co)合金粉末。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRd)、原子发射光谱仪(AES)和基于SQUId的磁力仪检测粉末的形态、相结构、化学成分和磁学性能。当Ni^2+/Co^2+比从0.25增加到4.0时,颗粒形貌从菜花状和树枝状转变为珊瑚状和海绵状。Ni-Co粉末的XRd分析表明,Ni/Co比降低(Co含量增加)导致结构变化:Ni^2+/Co^2+比为4.0、1.5和0.67时,粉末为面心立方(FCC)结构;Ni/Co比为0.25时,粉末为面心立方(FCC)和六方密堆(HCP)相的混合物。增加电解液中Ni含量导致电解机理发生变化:当电解液中Ni含量低于40%(质量分数)时为不规则共沉积;Ni含量为40%~60%(质量分数)时接近平衡共沉积,Ni含量高于60%(质量分数)时则为异常共沉积。所有获得的Ni-Co合金样品均为软磁材料,其磁性参数显示出直接的成分依赖性,因为矫顽力和饱和磁化强度几乎都随Co含量线性增大。

BACKGROUNd The roles of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen(CA19-9)in monitoring the patient response to chemotherapy for metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC)are not clearly defined,and inflammatory indices,including the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio(LMR),platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and systemic immune-inflammation index(SII),have been sparsely investigated for this *** To aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the kinetics of CEA,CA19-9,NLR,LMR,PLR and SII in serum and patient response to chemotherapy estimated by computed tomography(CT)in patients with unresectable *** Patients with mCRC treated with a 1st-line and 2nd-line chemotherapy underwent at least 3 whole-body spiral CT scans during response monitoring according to the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumour 1.1(RECIST 1.1),and simultaneous determination of CEA,CA19-9,neutrophil,lymphocyte,platelet and monocyte levels was *** kinetics of changes in the tumour markers and inflammatory indices were calculated as the percentage change from baseline or nadir,while receiver operating characteristic curves were drawn to select the thresholds to define patients with progressive or responsive disease with the highest sensitivity(Se)and specificity(Sp).The correlation of tumour marker kinetics with inflammatory index changes and RECIST response was determined by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis and the clinical utility index(CUI).RESULTS A total of 102 patients with mCRC treated with chemotherapy were *** disease(Pd),defined as a CEA increase of 25.52%,resulted in an Se of 80.3%,an Sp of 84%,a good CUI negative[CUI(Ve-)]value of 0.75 and a good fraction correct(FC)value of 81.2;at a CEA cut-off of-60.85%with an Se of 100%and an Sp of 35.7%for Pd,CT could be avoided in 25.49%of *** 21.49%CA19-9 cut-off for Pd had an Se of 66.5%,an Sp of 87.4%,an acceptable CUI(

研究不同析氢条件下恒电位电解法制备铜粉的过程。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRd)、粒度分布(PSd)和比表面积测定(SSA)对铜粉进行表征。根据电解过程析氢量的大小,形成树枝状和菜花状两种类型的颗粒。当析氢量大到足以对近电极层中的流体动力学条件产生强烈影响时,形成菜花状颗粒,否则形成树枝状颗粒。虽然颗粒的宏观结构差异很大,但他们的微观结构却相似,也就是说,这两种颗粒在微观层面上都是由近似球形的Cu颗粒小团聚体组成;球状形貌的存在是造成两种颗粒中Cu晶粒随机取向的原因。菜花样颗粒的比表面积是树枝状颗粒的3倍以上,其粒径则比树枝状颗粒的小很多。由此可见,强析氢条件对于铜粉制备是有益的。

The near-infrared luminescence of Ca_(6)Ba(PO_(4))_(4)O∶Mn^(5+)is demonstrated and *** excited into the broad and strong absorption band that spans the 500-1000 nm spectral range,this phosphor provides an ultranarrow(FWHM=5 nm)emission centered at 1140 nm that originates from a spin-forbidden ^(1)E → ^(3)A_(2) transition with a 37.5%internal quantum efficiency and an excited-state lifetime of about 350 μ*** derived the crystal field and Racah parameters and calculated the appropriate Tanabe-Sugano diagram for this *** found that 1E emission quenches due to the thermally-assisted cross-over with the ^(3)T_(2) state and that the relatively high debye temperature of 783 K of Ca_(6)Ba(PO_(4))_(4)O facilitates efficient *** Ca_(6)Ba(PO_(4))_(4)O also provides efficient yellow emission of the Eu^(2+)dopant,we calculated and explained its electronic band structure,the partial and total density of states,effective Mulliken charges of all ions,elastic constants,debye temperature,and vibrational ***,we demonstrated the application of phosphor in a luminescence intensity ratio thermometry and obtained a relative sensitivity of 1.92%K^(-1) and a temperature resolution of 0.2 K in the range of physiological temperatures.

目的：斗轮挖掘机回转支承上部结构的重量和重心位置不仅在设计过程中非常重要,在斗轮挖掘机组装完成后和运转时同样重要。本文旨在研究各参数对重心位置的影响。方法：1.分析比较由数值模拟和实验得到的静态稳定性基本参数;2.构建上部结构的3d模型（图1-3）,并根据斗轮挖掘机组装完成后的重量分布对模型进行质量修正;3.对上部结构进行负载和应力分析。结论：1.上部结构一个较小的质量变化（1.5%）会导致重心位置一个较大的变化（902 mm）,从而不得不明显增加配重的重量（24 t）来保持平衡;2.构建的3d模型可以得到精确的上部结构重量分布和重心位置;3.由dIN 22261-2标准规定的眼板应力被证明并不安全。

Background Anxiety disorder, one of the highly disabling, prevalent and common mental disorders, is known to be more prevalent in persons with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2dM) than the general population, and the comorbid presence of anxiety disorders is known to have an impact on the diabetes outcome and the quality of life. However, the information on the type of anxiety disorder and its prevalence in persons with T2dM is limited. Aims To assess the prevalence and correlates of anxiety disorder in people with type 2 diabetes in different countries. Methods People aged 18-65 years with diabetes and treated in outpatient settings were recruited in 15 countries and underwent a psychiatric interview with the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview. demographic and medical record data were collected. Results A total of 3170 people with type 2 diabetes (56.2% women;with mean (Sd) duration of diabetes 10.01 (7.0) years) participated. The overall prevalence of anxiety disorders in type 2 diabetic persons was 18%;however, 2.8% of the study population had more than one type of anxiety disorder. The most prevalent anxiety disorders were generalised anxiety disorder (8.1%) and panic disorder (5.1%). Female gender, presence of diabetic complications, longer duration of diabetes and poorer glycaemic control (HbA1c levels) were significantly associated with comorbid anxiety disorder. A higher prevalence of anxiety disorders was observed in Ukraine, Saudi Arabia and Argentina with a lower prevalence in Bangladesh and India. Conclusions Our international study shows that people with type 2 diabetes have a high prevalence of anxiety disorders, especially women, those with diabetic complications, those with a longer duration of diabetes and poorer glycaemic control. Early identification and appropriate timely care of psychiatric problems of people with type 2 diabetes is warranted.
