Diffusion magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) has been utilized to probe the renal microstructures but investigating the three-dimensional(3D) tubular network still presents significant challenges due to the complicated architecture of kidney. This study aims to assess whether high angular resolution diffusion imaging(HARDI) could improve the reconstruction of 3D tubular architectures. Kidneys from both mice and rats were imaged using 3D diffusion-weighted pulse sequences at 9.4 T. Five healthy mouse kidneys were scanned at an isotropic spatial resolution of 40 μm, with a b value of 1500 s/mm2across 46 diffusion encoding directions. The study employed diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) and generalized Q-sampling imaging(GQI) to examine the tubular orientation distributions and tractography, validated by conventional histology. Fractional anisotropy(FA) and mean diffusivity(MD) were quantified and compared among the inner medullar(IM), outer medullar(OM), and cortex(CO) at different angular resolutions. FA values, estimated with 6 diffusion-weighted images(DWIs), were significantly overestimated by 49.9%(p sing 46 DWIs. In contrast, MD exhibited less variations to angular resolution variations(3.4% in IM, 4.2% in OM, and 4.6% in CO). Both DTI and GQI at high angular resolution successfully traced renal tubular structures throughout the kidney, with GQI demonstrating superior performance in generating more continuous tracts. Furthermore, disrupted renal tubule structures were observed in a chronic kidney disease(CKD) rat model. HARDI, especially when combined with the GQI approach, holds promise in tracking complicated 3D tubule architectures and may serve as a potent tool for kidney disease research.

Lung cancer is the leading cause of mortality in the world affectingboth men and women *** a radiologist just focuses on the patient’sbody, it increases the amount of strain on the radiologist and the likelihoodof missing pathological information such as abnormalities are *** of the primary objectives of this research work is to develop computerassisteddiagnosis and detection of lung cancer. It also intends to make iteasier for radiologists to identify and diagnose lung cancer accurately. Theproposed strategy which was based on a unique image feature, took intoconsideration the spatial interaction of voxels that were next to one *** the U-NET+Three parameter logistic distribution-based technique, wewere able to replicate the situation. The proposed technique had an averageDice co-efficient (DsC) of 97.3%, a sensitivity of 96.5% and a specificity of94.1% when tested on the Luna-16 dataset. This research investigates howdiverse lung segmentation, juxta pleural nodule inclusion, and pulmonarynodule segmentation approaches may be applied to create Computer AidedDiagnosis (CAD) systems. When we compared our approach to four otherlung segmentation methods, we discovered that ours was the most *** employed 40 patients from Luna-16 datasets to evaluate this. In termsof DsC performance, the findings demonstrate that the suggested techniqueoutperforms the other strategies by a significant margin.

In this study, to fabricate dual-pore scaffolds with interconnected pores, Non-solvent Induced Phase separation （NIPs） and Wire-Network Molding （WNM） techniques were combined. First, a mold with uniform slits was prepared, and needles were inserted into the mold. subsequently, polycaprolactone （PCL） pellets were dissolved in tetrahydrofuran （THF） at a specified ratio. The slurry was mixed using hot plate stirrer at 1200 rpm for 24 hours at 40 ~C. The PCL slurry was subsequently injected into the mold. Thereafter, to exchange the THF （solvent） with the ethanol （non-solvent）, the mold was soaked in an ethanol bath. After removing the mold from the ethanol bath, the needles were removed from the mold. Consequently, dual-pore scaffold with interconnected pores was obtained. The surface morphology of the fabricated scaffolds were observed using scanning Electron Microscope （sEM）. Moreover, cell culture experiments were performed using the CCK-8 assay, and the characteristics of cells grown on the dual-pore scaffolds were assessed and were compared with the NIPs-based 3D plotting scaffold.

For the purpose of development of highly energy-efficient light sources,one needs to design highly efficient green,red and yellow phosphors,which are able to absorb excitation energy and generate *** this contribution,we present our results on producing some efficient phosphors with improved luminescence *** double activation,energy could be transferred from one luminescent activator to the other one,resulting in more efficient or brighter device ***-activators could be added to a host material to change the color of the emitted *** incorporation of Eu3+ or Tb3+ ions into the CaWO4 crystal lattice modified the luminescence spectrum due to the formation of the emission centers that generated the specific red and green *** efficient new red phosphors based on YNbO4 and doped by Eu3+,Ga3+,Al3+ allowed recommending these materials as good candidates for different applications including LED and X-ray intensifying *** double activated TAG with Ce3+ and Eu3+ and for different mole ratios of Ce/Eu,the color temperature changed from 5500 K(0.331,0.322) up to 4200 K(0.370,0.381) and the light became 'warmer'.Application of TAG:Ce,Eu in the light emitting device showed better chromaticity coordinates of luminescence and color rendering index of LEDs.

To overcome the deficiency of traditional mathematical statistics methods,an adaptive Lasso grey model algorithm for regional FDI(foreign direct investment)prediction is proposed in this paper,and its validity is ***,the characteristics of the FDI data in six provinces of Central China are generalized,and the mixture model’s constituent variables of the Lasso grey problem as well as the grey model are ***,based on the influencing factors of regional FDI statistics(mean values of regional FDI and median values of regional FDI),an adaptive Lasso grey model algorithm for regional FDI was ***,an application test in Central China is taken as a case study to illustrate the feasibility of the adaptive Lasso grey model algorithm in regional FDI *** also select RMsE(root mean square error)and MAE(mean absolute error)to demonstrate the convergence and the validity of the ***,we train this proposedal gorithm according to the regional FDI statistical data in six provinces in Central China from 2006 to *** then use it to predict the regional FDI statistical data from 2019 to 2023 and show its changing *** extended work for the adaptive Lasso grey model algorithm and its procedure to other regional economic fields is also discussed.
