Chaining water.ar. is an effective way to ver.fy the integr.ty of str.aming data in wir.less networ. envir.nment,especially in r.sour.e-constr.ined sensor.networ.s,such as the per.eption layer.of Inter.et of Things ***,in all existing single chaining water.ar. schemes,how to ensur. the synchr.nization between the data sender.and the r.ceiver.is still an unsolved *** the synchr.nization points ar. attacked by the adver.ar.,existing data integr.ty authentication schemes ar. difficult to wor. pr.per.y,and the false negative r.te might be up to 50 *** the additional fixed gr.up delimiter. not only incr.ase the data size,but ar. also easily detected by *** this paper.we pr.pose an effective dual-chaining water.ar. scheme,called DCW,for.data integr.ty pr.tection in smar. campus IoT *** pr.posed DCW scheme has the following thr.e char.cter.stics:(1)In or.er.to authenticate the integr.ty of the data,fr.gile water.ar.s ar. gener.ted and embedded into the data in a chaining way using dynamic gr.uping;(2)Instead of additional fixed gr.up delimiter.,chained water.ar. delimiter. ar. pr.posed to synchr.nize the both tr.nsmission sides in case of the synchr.nization points ar. tamper.d;(3)To achieve lossless integr.ty authentication,a r.ver.ible water.ar.ing technique is *** exper.mental r.sults and secur.ty analysis can pr.ve that the pr.posed DCW scheme is able to effectively authenticate the integr.ty of the data with fr.e distor.ion at low cost in our.smar. meteor.logical Inter.et of Things system.

We pr.vide a r.view of our.r.cent 100-Gb/s, high spectr.l efficiency （SE） exper.ment tar.eting tr.nsoceanic and r.gional under.ea tr.nsmission distances. We demonstr.ted that simple pr.-filter.ng at the tr.nsmitter.together.with a maximum a poster.or. pr.bability （MAP） detection algor.thm can significantly impr.ve SE. We tr.nsmitted 96×100-Gb/s pr.-filter.d polar.zation division multiplexed r.tur.-to-zer. quadr.tur. phase shift keyed （PDM-r.-QPSK） channels with 300% SE over.10608 km using 52-km spans of 150-μm 2 fiber.and simple single-stage er.ium-doped fiber.amplifier. （EDFAs）. We also achieved 400% SE over.4368 km using similar.techniques.
