Autonomous vehicles have attracted considerable attention in the research community and industry due to their potential benefits to unmanned driving and assisted driving. This paper addresses the problem of designing lateral control law and the strategy of determining the giving speed for autonomous vehicles. An improved method of calculating lateral offset and angle error based on multiple look-ahead distances is proposed to reduce the impact of noise in reference path data on the lateral control system. Multiple fuzzy inference engines are used to design the steering controller and determine the given driving speed including forward and backward to deal with both simple and complex reference paths. Satisfactory simulation and experimental results have been obtained for different reference paths including a path with U-turn task in which backward driving is needed.

Quality-related fault detection attracted more and more attention in quality control and process monitoring. In recent literature, reconstruction based contributions （RBC） are used for isolating faulty variables which affect product quality. If datasets of known faults are available, fault-specific RBCs are used to identify fault types. Otherwise, variable RBCs are used to isolate faulty variables. However, the existing generalized RBC are quite improvable. On one side, fault-specific RBC can not tell faulty variables, which makes it hard to locate fault root. On the other side, it is well known that the variable RBC suffers a lot from the smearing effect, which provides too many candidates of faulty variables. In the present work, a new usage of RBC is derived to select faulty variables without smearing effect on non- faulty variables. The benchmark examples of Tennessee Eastman （TE） process is used to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach for quality-related fault diagnosis.

In this paper, decentralized filtering of multiagent systems with coupling uncertainties is proposed and investigated. The considered multi-agent system is composed of many agents, each of which evolves with a discrete-time stochastic linear time-varying dynamics, and every agent can be locally influenced by its neighbor agents. Therefore the states evolution of each agent is not only related with its previous states but also related with its neighbors’ previous states in the linear dynamic system. Communication limitations existing in the considered multi-agent system restrict that each agent can only observe its own measurements （outputs） and its neighbor agents’ outputs while the states are invisible to any agent. Because of communication limitations and information constraints, without knowing the coupling gains of the local interactions, it is not easy for each agent to estimate its states by traditional kalman filter or other state observers, which were extensively discussed in the literature. In this preliminary study, for the considered coupled linear discrete-time multiagent system with uncertain linear local couplings, based on the key idea of state augmentation and the certainty-equivalence principle borrowed from the area of adaptive control, we propose an efficient decentralized kalman filtering scheme, for each agent, to simultaneously estimate the unknown states and coupling parameters, and extensive simulations are conducted, which have clearly verified the effectiveness of the proposed decentralized filtering scheme.

This paper is concerned with optimal guaranteed cost sliding mode control for an offshore steel jacket platform subject to nonlinear self-excited wave force. A nonlinear quadratic performance index which directly associates with the wave force is introduced first. Then, by combining the guaranteed cost control scheme and the integral sliding mode control scheme, an optimal guaranteed cost sliding mode controller is proposed to attenuate the wave force and improve the performance of the offshore platform. It is shown through simulation results that the oscillation amplitudes of the offshore platform under the optimal guaranteed cost sliding mode controller are small than those under the integral sliding mode controller and the delayed dynamic output feedback controller. Moreover, the required control force by the optimal guaranteed cost sliding mode controller is less than the ones by the integral sliding mode controller and the delayed dynamic output feedback controller.

According to the characteristics of the bearing ball surface defects, the capacitance probe detection system was adopted for measuring. Due to the sensitive measurement area of capacitance sensor is certain sizes of equivalent plane, the average effect eliminates the influence of microcosmic geometric feature. According to the standard of the ball bearing parameter changes, we put forward a dynamic threshold algorithm for defect detection. The algorithm combined the whole characteristic value with local one, by using differences between the normal surface measurements and defective surface detection to find defect. And to φ18.2562mm stainless steel bearing ball as an example, the normalization processing was done for data measured along the meridian, through the data distribution of probability density function, it intuitively shows the measurement value distribution characteristics of qualified bearing ball and defective one, so we can do effective separation for normal data and defect data.

In this paper, we study a class of networked switched fuzzy systems, which switched plants with the controllers connected by limited bandwidth communication channels, network induced delay and packet dropout happened inevitably. Using the parallel distributed compensation （PDC） method, we design a switched fuzzy controller to stabilize the closed-loop system. Meanwhile, free-weighting matrix has been taken to deal with the delay and packet dropout cased by network. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

For the networked control system with both markov random delay and packet dropout, a fault detection method based on dynamic feedback observer is studied. The networked control system is modeled as a markov jump system. With the output error as the input signal, the dynamic feedback observer generates the dynamic residual signal and feed it back to the equations of state estimation and output estimation. The problem of fault detection filter design is transformed to the H∞ filtering problem. The solvable condition of the fault detection filter and further the solutions are derived in terms of LMI. A numerical example illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

应用元素衡算和代谢衡算方法,建立用重组大肠杆菌发酵生产类人胶原蛋白表达期的数学模型,并利用非线性优化法对模型中的未知参数进行估算。结果表明该模型与重组大肠杆菌的生长、代谢动力学模型一致,且模型的关键计算参数αh、αp和mx分别为1.173mol.C-mol-1、293.814mol.C-mol-1和17.878mol.C-mol-1.h-1。该模型能较好地预测重组类人胶原蛋白表达期中的宏观反应速率,且在类人胶原蛋白发酵表达期,必须通过控制葡萄糖的补料速率来控制菌体的生长,当μ=0.04h-1时,类人胶原蛋白的比生成速率达最大值。
