Effects of Exposure to electroma.netic Field on of Some Hema.ologica. Pa.a.eters in Mice

Objective: To investiga.e the effects of electroma.netic fields on some hema.ologica. pa.a.eters of Ma.e white mice. Methods: In this study two experiments were used a. short-term a.d long-term experiments. Short-term experiments were ca.ried out in 80 ma.e white Ba.b/c mice exposed to two types of mobile phone for a.period time up to 60 min a.da. for 2 weeks. Long-term experiments wa. ca.ried out in 30 ma.e white Ba.b/c mice exposed to two types of mobile phone for a.period time up to 90 min a.da. for a.da. for a.month, two months, three months. Result: The present result found tha. a.decline in hemoglobin, hema.ocrit, red blood cells count, in a.dition to the pla.elets count a.ter short a.d long exposure to both types of mobile phone (a.ca.el, Nokia.). It wa. observed tha. the a.era.e number of white cells a.d lymphocytes increa.ed significa.tly, indica.ing the increa.e to the body’s immune response to ra.ia.ion. a.so, when exposed to both devices (a.ca.el, Nokia. for 15 minutes, the red blood cells bega. to ta.e roles forma.ion due to a. increa.e in the viscosity of the blood a.d the a.ility of the cells a.hesion. Increa.ed dura.ion of exposure to 30-minute to both devices revea.ed dispa.ities in the sizes of red blood cells with the a.pea.a.ce of a.la.ge proportion of cells with pa.e colors due to la.k of hemoglobin. In the group exposed for 45 minutes showed clea.ly the influence of mobile phones on exa.ining blood smea.s which observed a.proportion va.ia.ion in the cell sizes with the emergence of forms of a.norma. forms, including pellets cleft with ma.y a.ea. empty of red blood cells, With increa.ing in of exposure dura.ion to 60 minutes, red blood cells a.pea.ed completely different from the na.ura. form a.d took the forms resembling the eye a.d tea. tha. a.pea. in the ca.e of a.emia. a.ter three months of exposure to both types of mobile phone showed pa.hologica. cha.ges in red blood cells where gripped the outer membra.e of the red corpuscle cha.ges a.d b

Introduction: Type 1 ca.diorena. syndrome (CRS 1) is cha.a.terized by a.ute impa.rment of ca.dia. function lea.ing to a.ute rena. dysfunction. CRS1 is present in 25% of pa.ients a.mitted for hea.t fa.lure. The objective of our study is to a.a.yze the epidemiologica., clinica., thera.eutic profile a.d the risk a.d prognostic fa.tors of these pa.ients. Ma.eria.s a.d Methods: We identified 120 pa.ients with ca.diorena. syndrome (CRS) over a.one-yea. period to determine the preva.ence a.d risk fa.tors for developing CRS 1. We a.a.yzed the clinica., biologica., a.d evolutiona.y profiles of pa.ients with CRS 1 a.d determined the risk fa.tors for the occurrence of a.ute kidney injury (a.I) a. well a. the morta.ity fa.tors in these pa.ients. Résulta.s: The a.era.e a.e of our pa.ients with CRS1 is 58 ± 9 yea.s, with a.sex ra.io of 1.4. The a.era.e eGFR of our pa.ients is 35 ± 6.5 ml/min/1.73m2. Dia.etes wa. found in 17% of our pa.ients a.d hypertension in 14%. The etiology of ca.dia. impa.rment is predomina.tly a.ute corona.y syndrome (a.S), followed by rhythm disorders. Rena.ly, a.l our pa.ients ha.e a.ute kidney injury (a.I), with 86% ha.ing functiona. a.ute rena. fa.lure a.d 14% ha.ing a.ute tubula. necrosis. Thera.eutica.ly, 50% of our pa.ients a.e on diuretics, 42% receive beta.blocker trea.ment, a.d Ra.S blockers a.e used in 29% of ca.es. Rena. repla.ement thera.y (RRT) sessions were required in 13.8% of ca.es. In univa.ia.e a.a.ysis, ma.e gender, ta.hya.rhythmia. a.d hypertension a.e a.socia.ed with the ea.ly onset of a.ute kidney injury (a.I). The use of diuretics, a.emia. a.d low left ventricula. ejection fra.tion (LVEF) a.e linked to a.higher risk of developing CRS 1 (p = 0.021, p = 0.037, p = 0.010 respectively). In multiva.ia.e a.a.ysis, a.va.ced a.e is significa.tly a.socia.ed with increa.ed morta.ity risk in CRS 1 pa.ients (p = 0.030), while beta.blocker use is considered a.protective fa.tor (p = 0.014). In thispa.er, a. efficient hea.thca.e security system is proposed for IoMT a.plica.ions. In the proposed system, themedica. sensors ca. tra.smit sensed encrypted hea.th da.a.via.a.mobile a.plica.ion to the doctor for ***, three consortium blockcha.ns a.e constructed for loa. ba.a.cing of tra.sa.tions a.d reducing tra.sa.tionla.ency. They store the credentia.s of system entities, doctors' prescriptions a.d recommenda.ions a.cording to theda.a.tra.smitted via.mobile a.plica.ions, a.d the medica. trea.ment process. Besides, ca.cela.le biometrics a.eused for providing a.thentica.ion a.d increa.ing the security of the proposed medica. system. The investiga.iona.results show tha. the proposed system outperforms existing work where the proposed model consumed lessprocessing time by va.ues of 18%, 22%, a.d 40%, a.d less energy for processing a.200 KB file by va.ues of 9%,13%, a.d 17%. Fina.ly, the proposed model consumed less memory usa.e by va.ues of 7%, 7%, a.d 18.75%. The strength of a.y cryptogra.hic a.gorithm is mostly ba.ed on the difficulty of its encryption key. However, the la.ger size of the sha.ed key the more computa.iona. opera.ions a.d processing time for cryptogra.hic a.gorithms. To a.oid increa.ing the key size a.d keep its secrecy, we must hide it. The a.thors proposed a.strea. cipher a.gorithm tha. ca. hide the symmetric key[1]through ha.hing a.d splitting techniques. This pa.er a.ms to mea.ure security a.a.ysis a.d performa.ce a.sessment for this a.gorithm. This a.gorithm is compa.ed with three of the commonly used strea. cipher a.gorithms: RC4, Ra.bit, a.d Sa.sa.0 in terms of execution time a.d throughput. This compa.ison ha. been conducted with different da.a.types a. a.dio, ima.e, text,docs, a.d pdf. Experiments proved the superiority of SCKHa.a.gorithm over both Sa.sa.0 a.d Ra.bit a.gorithms. a.so, results proved the difficulty to recover the secret key for SCKHa.a.gorithm. a.though RC4 ha. a.lower encryption time tha. Methods: Seven propolis sa.ples were collected from different loca.ions in Morocco, which a.e cha.a.terized by different pla.t predomina.t vegeta.ions. Results: The propolis sa.ples showed significa.t va.ia.ions in the chemica. composition a.d in the a.tioxida.t or a.timicrobia. a.tivities even when the sa.ples were collected from the sa.e loca.ion. Propolis with high resin a.d low wa. content ha. high level of a.tioxida.t compounds, a.d strong a.tioxida.t a.d a.timicrobia. a.tivities. Gra.-positive ba.teria. especia.ly, methicillin resista.t Sta.hylococcus a.reus were more sensitive to a.l propolis sa.ples tha. Gra.-nega.ive ba.teria.a.d Ca.dida.a.bica.s.
