The FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of complexes (C5H5)2TiCl2(Ⅰ), (C5H4Me)2TiCl2 (Ⅱ) and (C5HMe4)2TiCl2(Ⅲ) have been obtained and discussed. The FT-Raman spectral data pro- vide some new vibrational information about complexes (Ⅰ), (Ⅱ) and (Ⅲ). The assignments of cyclopentadienyl vibrational modes and skeletal vibrational modes have been made.

After a discussion about some limitations of Schumm’s conceptual model for prediction of river metamorphosis, this study introduces the channel boundary material as an independent variable, and thereby establishes a conceptual model that can be used to predict the direction of channel adjustment induced by human activities. This model has been tested by data from natural rivers and a laboratory model river, and can be used to explain the complex behavior of channel adjustment after reservoir construction.

Synthesis of (4R)-α-Terpineol

OBJECTIVE Compound FLZ is a novel synthetic squamosamide cyclic analogue with several phenolichydroxy *** researches have demonstrated that FLZ exhibits strong anti-oxidative and neuroprotective activities in AD and PD models. Hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy) is believed to induce endothelial dysfunction,which is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis and vascular *** study was designed to examine whether FLZ has protective effect against HHcy-induced primary cultured rat brain microvascular endothelial cells(rBMEC) *** Cell survival was measured by MTT *** nuclei were observed by Hochest 33342 *** cells were detected by senescence associatedβ-galactosidase(SA-β-gal) staining. ROS was measured by DCF fluorescent *** NO production and NOS activity were measured by biochemical *** -induced expression of NF-κB,p53,Noxa and Fas,the release of mitochondrial cytochrome c were measured by Western blot analysis. RESULTS In this study,we found that FLZ(0.1-10μmol·L) may antagonize homocysteine(1 mmol·L) induced cell death(88%when FLZ was 10μmol·L vs.55%for Hcy,P<0.001) and apoptosis,senescent cells increase,which were correlated with the decrease of ROS accumulation,NO production and NOS *** blotting analyses showed FLZ could inhibit the activation of NF-κB,upregulation of p53,Noxa and *** of FLZ also blocked mitochondrial cytochrome c ***- CLUSION These findings suggest that FLZ has protective action against HHcy-induced toxicity in rBMECs,which may have implications FLZ may have therapeutic potential for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.

The effects of annealing temperatre on the electrical conducitivity and mechanical property of Cu-Te alloys were studied via an AG-10TA electronic universal machine, an SB2230 digital electric bridge, SEM, EDS and XPS. The results show the electrical conductivity increases while the tensile strength fluctuates when the annealing temperature becomes higher because the recrystallization occurs during the annealing process, leading to the density of dislocation decreasing, grain size growing up, but the second phase precipitating sufficiently and simultaneously.

The temporal evolution feature of a microscopic phase field model is utilized to study the antisite defects of L1 2-Ni 3 Al;this is quite different from other physicist’ *** are mainly two points in ***,antisite defects Ni Al and Al Ni ,which are caused by the deviation from the stoichiometric Ni 3 Al,coexist in the Ni 3 Al *** surplus Ni atom in the Ni-rich side is prone to substitute Al thus producing the antisite defect Ni Al that maintains the stability of the L1 2 *** other case,the surplus Al atom in the Al-rich side is accommodated by a Ni sublattice consequently giving rise to antisite defect Al Ni .The calculated equilibrium occupancy probability of Ni Al is much higher than that of Al Ni .This point is generally in line with other theoretical and experimental ***,both Ni Al and Al Ni have a strong negative correlation to time step during the disorder-order *** the initial value of Ni Al and Al Ni on each site of the matrix is right at the concentration that we set,we can observe the decrease process of Ni Al and Al Ni from the initial disordered high anti-structure state to their respective equilibrium state,*** the result of the ordering process further coarsening.

The Al-Ca-Ba glass system with good chemical durability was firstly investigated as the scintillators host. Luminescence properties of Ce3＋ ions in this glass were studied, and obvious red shift and larger stokes shift with respect to others system were investigared. The excellent physical property such as high density and large refractive index implies this glass as an important material for the high quality scintillating fiber.

Rare-earth ternary catalysts Y（CCl3COO）3-ZnR2-glycerin were prepared for the copolymerization of carbon dioxide and propylene oxide （PO）, where dialkylzincs （ZnR2） were diethylzinc, di（n-propyl）zinc, di（n-butyl）zinc, di（i-propyl）zinc, di（i-butyl）zinc, di（s-butyl）zinc,respectively. The Y（CCl3COO）3-ZnR2-glycerin catalysts displayed the highest catalytic activity at the molar ratio of Y（CCl3COO）3：ZnR2：glycerin = 1：20：10. In the same copolymerization condition, catalysts containing dialkylzincs with branched alkyl group showed lower catalytic activity than that with primary alkyl group. For those catalysts including dialkylzincs with primary alkyl group, their catalytic activity decreases with increasing number of carbon atom in the alkyl group with the following sequence： Y（CCl3COO）3-ZnEt2-glycerin 〉 Y（CCl3COO）3-Zn（n- Pr）2-glycerin〉Y（CCl3COO）3-Zn（n-Bu）2-glycerin. However, the alkyl group in the dialkylzinc does not influence the insertion of PO into the propagation chain end.
